Rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. Not a big fan of the carpet, but that is just a personal opinion. The hotel is really beautiful inside and the hotel staff is very friendly. But the restaurant staff are a bit weird and I never felt quite welcome, one day I was told only one cup of coffee was included in the breakfast (which is quite weird for a 4 star hotel) but then suddenly it wasn't ? Perfect location near the center but still nice and quiet.

I recently stayed there with my dad and brother. The location is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Christel the concierge was super helpful and the restaurant is pretty good. The best part about casa del alma is the free underground parking since it’s extremely difficult to find parking around downtown San Cristobal. Great experience!
