Mi segunda vez en el hotel, volví porque la primera vez fue sencillamente espectacular y les debo decir que la segunda vez fue igual o hasta mejor. La calidad de su atención al cliente es sobresaliente, todo el hotel está por encima del standard, todo funciona bien. La terraza es la joya, el desayuno bien variado y la vista al río es sin duda su atractivo más fuerte. Solo palabras positivas. Para quienes van en carro el hotel recomienda un parking que está a poca distancia, bien conveniente y no es tan caro, creo que alrededor de 15€ la noche. Fabulous stay, excellent location, beautiful breakfast views and very attentive staff especially to gluten free needs, lovely breakfast and comfy beds. Didn’t discover mini fridge until we were leaving ha maybe that was a good thing.

Great location - just close enough to the busy area but located inside a restricted area (uber/bolt cannot enter). Breakfast at the rooftop is definitely a highlight- fresh ingredients and changing menu. We will miss our mornings there. Staff is wonderful! Bed is also comfortable although the walls a thin and we can hear top floors and outside of our room.

Nice hotel, friendly/chatty staff. Be aware it is 3pm check in, felt that it would be ready early after completing the check in and suggested we wait with a coffee in the roof top bar. Had to ask again at 310 as they either forgot or don’t allow. Room clean and ok

The river view towards the bridge and the Christ is awesome; breakfast is amazing; rooms are cozy and quiet; 10 min walks to anywhere in the city center. The only defect found was the water leaking floor relates to the bath which gets wet each time the shower is used.

The location is unbeatable, with everything you could want within walking distance. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast is served there every morning, and it was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms are moderate in size but exceptionally clean and environmentally friendly.

Excellent hotel near to everything, of course everything is at the top of a hill so you will get a workout! The staff is so kind and welcoming, it was cleaned daily and the breakfast was a nice, typical European spread. I'll definitely stay at another one of their properties when I go to Porto.

Monte Belvedere Hotel by Shiadu in Lisbon, Portugal was such a lovely stay for my son and I. We have been planning this trip for a few years. A friend of mine stayed here and loved the boutique hotel. The boutique hotel is set in a historical area of Portugal so not every form of transportation is granted access arriving at the hotel. This I wasn't aware of, but made me more happy we were going to be staying here. I inquired about scheduling transportation to the hotel (paid at check-in) and back to the airport (paid before checking out). We were provided with 2 affordable options. One can take other forms of transport, but it won't leave you at the hotel's entrance. We arrived early so we were able to check our bags and Ms. Martins gave us a map of Portugal and recommended where to eat while we waited for our room to be ready. We walked around, shopped, and ate before returning. Our room was ready and we were escorted to our room. Our room was so quaint and a message was left for my son for his upcoming birthday. The room comes with a tv, safe and mini bar as well as an area to make coffee and tea. There was plenty of space for our clothes and belongings. The bathroom had plenty of towels and the toiletries were earthy and lovely. We had a view of the front of the street which was great. The bed had to be the best we ever slept on. The whole vibe was nothing but cozy. Bring an international adapter/plug. Wherever you were in the hotel, the views were amazing.

The staff is extremely helpful. Wifi was strong. Room was great. Brunch is absolutely perfect (hint: you can ask them to fry you an egg if you wish), and location is ideal, walking distance to everything. Only downside was the bed being too hard (and i like my mattress hard), and the windows don’t cover the noise from the street (if your room is facing the street). I still would stay here again though. We really enjoyed our stay.

I nearly liked everything, room, rooftop terras, breakfast, view, location, service, nice people who were working there. The only thing was the renovation next to our room, dust and noise, but during the day we went into the city, we couldn’t use our balcony so we went to the rooftop terras of our hotel. Still I would recommend this hotel, a perfect stay!

Veldig flott hotell sentralt i Lisboa. Nydelig frokost med flott utsikt. Veldig hyggelig betjening, og god service fra de ansatte! Noe lytt rom (6. etg) som gjorde at vi våknet litt tidlig enkelte netter. Pedro i resepsjonen var veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt da vi ba om å få et annet rom tidligere, supert!

Mi segunda vez en el hotel, volví porque la primera vez fue sencillamente espectacular y les debo decir que la segunda vez fue igual o hasta mejor. La calidad de su atención al cliente es sobresaliente, todo el hotel está por encima del standard, todo funciona bien. La terraza es la joya, el desayuno bien variado y la vista al río es sin duda su atractivo más fuerte. Solo palabras positivas. Not good. I had booked for 4 nights, and around 1 week before need to change to 3 nights. The hotel refused to change. Hotels.com tried to persuade them but they refused. I have used this hotel for several years and spent thousands of euros there, but for the sake of €200 or so they have lost a customer. I will never stay again. also the shower door jammed. no help from the hotel. I will never stay here again- there are many better quailty hotels in the area

O hotel é ótimo e todos os funcionários muito gentis mas uma coisa terrível é não poder chegar transfer ou Uber até a porta do hotel, apenas táxi! O hotel fica numa parte antiga e residencial e só quem tem direito a entrar com o carro são os moradores . Achei essa questão péssima pq eles não abrem exceção nem que seja apenas pra retirar as malas e fica no alto de uma ladeira! Então pra chegar até o hotel é muito complicado!

A Pâmela, igualmente, prestou ótimo atendimento na recepção. Sugiro especial atenção com a localização do hotel em área interna de condomínio com restrição de acesso por uber e/ou outros transfers no local o que poderá ter desconforto com movimentação de malas até o hotel. Recomendável verificar o serviço de transfer do próprio hotel ou taxi (este com acesso pleno até o hotel).

Incredible views of Lisbon and the surrounding water, prime location to get to everywhere, beautiful nearby ampitheater/look out area where great music was played during the day, narrow cobblestone streets and a wonderful experience as well as a great place to stay and relax.

The location is unbeatable, with everything you could want within walking distance. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop restaurant. Great location - just close enough to the busy area but located inside a restricted area (uber/bolt cannot enter). Breakfast at the rooftop is definitely a highlight- fresh ingredients and changing menu. We will miss our mornings there. Staff is wonderful! Bed is also comfortable although the walls a thin and we can hear top floors and outside of our room.

Excellent hotel, location and service. Only problem is that you may need to use two separate elevators in the property. Uber can’t get to the hotel but gets you very near. Steep inclines to get to the hotel from downtown central area but only when you get back to the hotel. Great breakfast.

The staff is extremely helpful. Wifi was strong. Room was great. Brunch is absolutely perfect (hint: you can ask them to fry you an egg if you wish), and location is ideal, walking distance to everything. Only downside was the bed being too hard (and i like my mattress hard), and the windows don’t cover the noise from the street (if your room is facing the street). I still would stay here again though. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Monte Belvedere. Decent room, but the highlight had to be the rooftop breakfast room and terrace. Photos don't quite do it justice as they just don't capture the scale of the views! There was a good range of options available at the buffet breakfast, which was great to set you up for a day exploring. The hotel is well located, with tram stops being not too far away if you don't fancy longer walks. Staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I highly recommend going back to the rooftop terrace in the evening for a drink and to see the colours of the sunset.
