My husband and I stayed at the Nyuh for a short 2 days and it was truly fantastic. All the staff from airport pick up to check in to check out was phenomenal. They were the most friendly and professional staff we have ever encountered while traveling. We felt like they really cared about the comfort of our stay. We chose the breakfast options which included one free floating breakfast, which was so fun! The location of the hotel is great, its walkable to restaurants and shopping but far enough so you don't hear the crazy hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Lovely villa with a great layout and pool. Staff is top notch! Gusti and Dewa were especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast options are amazing and food is very filling. The bedroom can get very warm, even with the AC. The one in the bathroom is cooler. Would also suggest putting a fan in the toilet room as it can become uncomfortable in the heat. A bit far to walk to the main area but the option of a shuttle makes it more accessible and convenient. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

I was really satisfied with the service and hotel. The space is huge enough and the pool was so clean. Breakfast was so nice. Above of all, the service was so kind that I was really happy during staying. In the future, I want to visit again.

2泊3日の滞在でした。口コミ前評判では高評価でしたので、期待して旅行に出掛けました。バリ島へは、もう30回以上の渡航経験があり、色々なタイプの宿泊施設に滞在経験があります。今回のヴィラタイプの宿泊施設ですが、本音で語らせて頂きますと、総合評価は口コミ前評判以下という残念な結果でした。まず、チェックイン時の対応ですが、私はジンバラン地区にある自宅から自家用車で向かいました。駐車場は2台分で、ホテル の車を移動して頂き駐車しました。そしてチェックインから部屋への案内については、こちらは通常の対応になります。さて、お部屋についてですが、築年数がそれなりの為、旅行サイトの写真よりかなり古いです。Hotels.comの写真では、凄く綺麗で明るい印象でしたが、私の主観では、古くて少し暗い印象を受けました。日中でも電気を付けて過ごしました。プールは、循環機能付きでしたので、まずまず快適ですが、プールサイドにネズミの死骸があり残念でした。エアコンは3台中1台冷房機能が故障していて修理を依頼しましたが、なんの改善もされませんでした。冷蔵庫は、冷蔵と冷凍があります。洗面台はお湯が出ます。シャワーは外にあり、こちらもお湯が出ます。トイレは洋式でアメリカンサイズです。トイレットペーパーは材質がとても硬くて使えません。ベッドはキングサイズでマットレスはまずまずです。部屋の清潔さは、老朽化が進んでいる為、決してわぁー綺麗という印象はありません。プールサイドのビーチベッドはベッドカバーが汚れていて、バスタオルをひかないと気持ち悪く使えませんでした。朝食については、美味しくもなく、不味くもなく普通といったところです。…ということで、総合評価は25点とさせて頂きます。今回ハネムーンヴィラタイプのお部屋でしたが、予約のタイミングが良く、1泊税込総額¥20,074で宿泊出来ましたので、その点については良かったです。ただ予約のタイミングでは、この時期でも1泊ハネムーンヴィラタイプで¥25,000以上かかるようなので、そう考えると値段相応の部屋とは決して言えず、残念ながら私はリピートは絶対ないです。値段相応の価値があるかは、人それぞれ感じ方が違うので、あくまでも参考レベルになりますが、バリ島で30回以上ホテルを利用している私としては、この値段でこのレベルは残念でした。

Very nice, clean and romantic facilities! The perfect accommodation for couples. Exceptional service with very kind, friendly and respectful staff. We were treated with excellence by Cita, Gusti and the rest of the team, who even prepared a birthday surprise for me with their own initiative! We loved our stay and will definitely go back again. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The staff was extremely friendly and nice however the rooms need a deep refresh. The cleanliness was a major concern, areas just didn’t feel the cleanest to us like the bathtub. Also the system to lock the rooms was a little odd. You lock your room door with a padlock then give the key to the front desk and they hold it. One night we returned back to the lobby and no one was there guarding the keys? Also having the toilet outside was not ideal. A shower sure, but the toilet outside wasn’t as pleasant. Overall it was an okay experience but don’t know if i would recommend. The breakfast was also a little bland.

We had an such an amazing stay for our honeymoon! Dewa (Supervisor) made us feel like home as soon as we arrived! He organized our scooter rental, transportation to Nusa Penida and gave us many restaurant/spa recommendations around the area. The customer service was beyond excellent. The staff were always smiling and ready to helps. Our room was always clean, breakfast (included with our booking) brought to our villa and afternoon tea/snack as well. We highly recommend and would definitely go back next time! Thank you Nyuh Team and specially Dewa for making our stay so special:)

층고가 높아 개방감이 있었고 조식메뉴가 다양하고 맛있었음. 그러나 밤이되면 어디서 들리는지 모를 쿵쿵거리는 시끄러운 음악소리가 새벽까지 들렸는데 숙면에 방해가 됨. 전체적인 조명이 아주 어두워서 불을 다 켜도 저녁에는 깜깜함.

Everyone was friendly and helpful at the hotel except after we checked out and left our luggage there for collection one of the staff was a bit rude and weird. He was talking to us from the spa room which was next to the reception desk when we came back to collect our luggage. I believe he was lying down so I asked him to come out. The hotel was next to some night club so loud music every night until 2am and a bit of traffic noise at night. Other than that everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.
Everyone was friendly and helpful at the hotel except after we checked out and left our luggage there for collection one of the staff was a bit rude and weird. He was talking to us from the spa room which was next to the reception desk when we came back to collect our luggage. I believe he was lying down so I asked him to come out. The hotel was next to some night club so loud music every night until 2am and a bit of traffic noise at night. Other than that everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely villa with a great layout and pool. Staff is top notch! Gusti and Dewa were especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast options are amazing and food is very filling. The bedroom can get very warm, even with the AC. The one in the bathroom is cooler. Would also suggest putting a fan in the toilet room as it can become uncomfortable in the heat. A bit far to walk to the main area but the option of a shuttle makes it more accessible and convenient. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

The staff was extremely friendly and nice however the rooms need a deep refresh. The cleanliness was a major concern, areas just didn’t feel the cleanest to us like the bathtub. Also the system to lock the rooms was a little odd. You lock your room door with a padlock then give the key to the front desk and they hold it. One night we returned back to the lobby and no one was there guarding the keys? Also having the toilet outside was not ideal. A shower sure, but the toilet outside wasn’t as pleasant. Overall it was an okay experience but don’t know if i would recommend. The breakfast was also a little bland.

The villa itself is great, staff were lovely and the honeymoon villa was adequate. Our problem was the new club named Padifly that has opened literally next door. (Aka within 10 metres of our villa boundary wall) Open all nights with blaring music from around 9pm to 3am. Unfortunately the bass could be heard through our walls as a constant vibration. Just thought I would give a heads up to any other honeymooners looking for a peaceful nights rest

My husband and I stayed at the Nyuh for a short 2 days and it was truly fantastic. All the staff from airport pick up to check in to check out was phenomenal. They were the most friendly and professional staff we have ever encountered while traveling. We felt like they really cared about the comfort of our stay. We chose the breakfast options which included one free floating breakfast, which was so fun! The location of the hotel is great, its walkable to restaurants and shopping but far enough so you don't hear the crazy hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Very nice, clean and romantic facilities! The perfect accommodation for couples. Exceptional service with very kind, friendly and respectful staff. We were treated with excellence by Cita, Gusti and the rest of the team, who even prepared a birthday surprise for me with their own initiative! We loved our stay and will definitely go back again. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had an such an amazing stay for our honeymoon! Dewa (Supervisor) made us feel like home as soon as we arrived! He organized our scooter rental, transportation to Nusa Penida and gave us many restaurant/spa recommendations around the area. The customer service was beyond excellent. The staff were always smiling and ready to helps. Our room was always clean, breakfast (included with our booking) brought to our villa and afternoon tea/snack as well. We highly recommend and would definitely go back next time! Thank you Nyuh Team and specially Dewa for making our stay so special:)

2泊3日の滞在でした。口コミ前評判では高評価でしたので、期待して旅行に出掛けました。バリ島へは、もう30回以上の渡航経験があり、色々なタイプの宿泊施設に滞在経験があります。今回のヴィラタイプの宿泊施設ですが、本音で語らせて頂きますと、総合評価は口コミ前評判以下という残念な結果でした。まず、チェックイン時の対応ですが、私はジンバラン地区にある自宅から自家用車で向かいました。駐車場は2台分で、ホテル の車を移動して頂き駐車しました。そしてチェックインから部屋への案内については、こちらは通常の対応になります。さて、お部屋についてですが、築年数がそれなりの為、旅行サイトの写真よりかなり古いです。Hotels.comの写真では、凄く綺麗で明るい印象でしたが、私の主観では、古くて少し暗い印象を受けました。日中でも電気を付けて過ごしました。プールは、循環機能付きでしたので、まずまず快適ですが、プールサイドにネズミの死骸があり残念でした。エアコンは3台中1台冷房機能が故障していて修理を依頼しましたが、なんの改善もされませんでした。冷蔵庫は、冷蔵と冷凍があります。洗面台はお湯が出ます。シャワーは外にあり、こちらもお湯が出ます。トイレは洋式でアメリカンサイズです。トイレットペーパーは材質がとても硬くて使えません。ベッドはキングサイズでマットレスはまずまずです。部屋の清潔さは、老朽化が進んでいる為、決してわぁー綺麗という印象はありません。プールサイドのビーチベッドはベッドカバーが汚れていて、バスタオルをひかないと気持ち悪く使えませんでした。朝食については、美味しくもなく、不味くもなく普通といったところです。…ということで、総合評価は25点とさせて頂きます。今回ハネムーンヴィラタイプのお部屋でしたが、予約のタイミングが良く、1泊税込総額¥20,074で宿泊出来ましたので、その点については良かったです。ただ予約のタイミングでは、この時期でも1泊ハネムーンヴィラタイプで¥25,000以上かかるようなので、そう考えると値段相応の部屋とは決して言えず、残念ながら私はリピートは絶対ないです。値段相応の価値があるかは、人それぞれ感じ方が違うので、あくまでも参考レベルになりますが、バリ島で30回以上ホテルを利用している私としては、この値段でこのレベルは残念でした。

We had an such an amazing stay for our honeymoon! Dewa (Supervisor) made us feel like home as soon as we arrived! He organized our scooter rental, transportation to Nusa Penida and gave us many restaurant/spa recommendations around the area. The customer service was beyond excellent. The staff were always smiling and ready to helps. Our room was always clean, breakfast (included with our booking) brought to our villa and afternoon tea/snack as well. We highly recommend and would definitely go back next time! Thank you Nyuh Team and specially Dewa for making our stay so special:)

Very pleasurable stay! Staff always go out their way to make sure everything is good at all times ! Good private pool & floating breakfast! Good wifi good services. Big shout out to Cita who helped us a-lot & very good english. Please add A/C for the lobby as it gets too hot whilst waiting there. Other than that a very big thank you to everyone during our stay x

Our stay was amazing, from the moment we checked in, we were looked after by the staff, Cita in particular. He checked us in, took us to our villa and explained how everything worked. Other staffs were helpful in every way, from booking us a shuttle to the town centre to ordering breakfast for us and arranged a tour which we didn’t already have on our itinerary but saw at the hotel.
