The most beautifully designed hotel situated in Phuket above the quiet Naithon Beach. A lot of thought went into the location, design and lay out of this stunning hotel even down to the furnishings, decor and soft furnishings. The rooms and villas are wonderful, we opted for a see view, waking up to a view of the see every morning was breathtaking. Breakfast is good buffet style food for all. The infinity pool is gorgeous, they have a kids area and pool for them separately from the main pool. The Gym is quite small but has everything thing you need for a great workout. The staff in all areas can’t do enough for you they are very welcoming, helpful and lovely a credit to the hotel. The location is in the quiet area of Thalang with quite a few restaurants, massage parlours (which are so cheap by the way) myself and my cousin have full body and reflexology massages back home and could not believe how cheap it is here so had quite a few massages, they have Pharmacies and even a fabulous reggae bar called Madagascar the owner M, his wife and brother are so lovely and M makes the most amazing cocktails, he and his wife prepare delicious fresh food right in front of you (a must visit). If you want adults only a great night life, clubs, bars, restaurants an hour’s drive away from the hotel is the place to be is Patong Beach, Bangla Road, this place has everything you need in one place and the clubs go on into the early hours of the morning. Best clubs are Illuzions and Sugar Club.

We’ve stayed at 6 different hotels this trip and this was by far the best! The service was amazing! All the staff were so friendly, happy and helpful! The food was excellent! Breakfast again the best! The room was clean, spacious and modern! We didn’t have the best view (a car park) but that didn’t bother us. The beach below is gorgeous but there is a stream running into by the hotel that looks mucky….. The hotel is full of steps and hills but there are cool little cars to take you to your room. Also, a ride to the beach available if you don’t fancy the steps. The only thing I’d say is that the pool (which was gorgeous) needs tidying up a bit. Lots of loose tiles. Also, the steps in the pool aren’t obvious. We would definitely visit again!

Exceptionnel !! L’emplacement est incroyable si vous voulez couper de tout et vraiment vous reposer allez y ! Les installations sont vraiment au top, la chambre était super rien a dire. Toutes les piscines de l’hôtel sont incroyable, et la salle de fitness est équipée de machine neuve et récente. Tout dans l’hôtel est au niveau exceptionnel, seulement la nourriture et les cocktails ne sont pour moi pas au niveau du standing proposé par ailleurs.

You can walk down to nai thorn beach for more food options outside of the hotel. Its a pretty large hotel with shuttle to get around but facilities are in gfeat need of upgrading. We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay.

Resort is very beautiful and service especially at the Front Office & buggy service were excellent. The buggy drivers and poor girls manning the counter for transportation were great and very patient despite the stifling heat and at times impatient guests. Unfortunately there was a heatwave and it was very hot even in the lobby bar. It would have been grat if the fans overhead were turned on at full blast to counter the stifling heat.

Nice room had some issues with broken water pipe that cause brown water to flow in bathtub. For some reason the airconditioning at night caused the floor to get wet and all our hanging clothes to get moist. The tv although not often used had a constant in and out of reception, could be due to location. Tile inside beautiful looking pool with gorgeous view was broken off in a lot of places that caused sharp edges while walking in the pool so tred lightly. The staff was friendly, but not many spoke English which caused confusion, even with Siri translation. All in all, we did enjoy our stay, but for the price we paid I would have expected less hiccups. This is Thailand and I’m not trying to judge this with western eyes, compared to other stays during our vacation, we must have just hit the wrong room. It was rather crowded at breakfast but the breakfast was very good!! Not sure if I’d book it again

The service was excellent, and our room was not too bad. What I didn't like was the carpet in the dining area where breakfast was served. The carpet was very old and dirty, and I didn't want to eat inside. For a five-star hotel, the carpet needs to go. While we dined there one morning, a staff member was sweeping the carpet near the baked goods. That was disgusting.

Good resort sitting on a hill. Wonderful views of the ocean. Very impressive breakfast buffet. Some local food options around the hotel. However, the hotel did not feel like a true 5 star hotel. The friendliness of the staff were just the surface. I felt they did not really go out of their way to make my stay comfortable. For example, we left from 8 am till 11am for breakfast, and the room was not refreshed. Then we came back around 1pm, the room was still not refreshed. We had to call to get room cleaned. No turn down service, which was a surprise for us since we have stayed at all other hotels and almost all provided turn down service. The hotel provides buggies but every time we passed by one, the driver would never offer a ride to us. We even waved one down but the reponse was that it was going down not going up. At other hotels I felt the staff were more sincere and eager to assist us. The hotel also was under major renovation around the main pool and lobby area which had resulted the breakfast to be held at another location. It was very chaotic with kids everywhere. The renovation also caused noise around the main pool. The hotel needs to take more care of the details in the room. For example, our doors to the bathroom couldn’t be closed properly. There were bare nails on top of the bathtub. Details but not difficult to spot them. The beach is also messy with trash. It’s not the hotels responsibility but I have stayed at other location with cleaner beaches.

The hotel pick up service is wonderful. highly recommend to reserve the hotel pick up . The reception staff is wonderfully helpful and the hospitality is great . My only issue was if you stay in the rooms lower ground , sewage smell will bathroom every morning in the bathroom.

Inefficient and insufficient shuttle car support, waited at least 10 mins to travel between the room n lobby, waited an hour to check out; 3. Personal injury due to the hotel’s negligence, the shower room in fitness is extremely slippery, no anti-slip mat or objects to hold; 4. The English proficiency of the hotel staff needs improvement.

The open lobby feels like a tropical paradise, with a sweeping view of the ocean. This is the first impression, greeted by welcoming front desk staff whose goal seems to be making your stay absolutely perfect. The room was so nice — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and totally cozy — I could have easily never left! Nice touches big and small, like having a walk-in closet and a vestibule for food delivery, lovely bath products, nice ceramic tea mugs. But the beautiful infinity pool awaits… there were chaises all around, always fresh towels and cold water available, and food and drink menus and a pool waiter very on top of order-taking. Again I would like to mention how nice my interactions were with the staff — the pool towel guys and gal, the shuttle driver, the young woman who expedited the shuttles — they were so friendly and doing a fantastic job. It was a well-oiled machine so that I as a guest could just have a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The only thing I could see room for improvement was the breakfast. The buffet looks impressive, but I would be happier to have a smaller selection of better tasting foods.

We were blown away by the hotel right when we stepped foot onto the lobby by the panaromic view of the Andaman Sea, flanked cliffs in the distance. Throughout our stay, we experienced impeccable service, including a free upgrade to a family room for our family of 3. Excellent stay at the border of Naithon beach (NW Phuket). We went in May 2024, so low season, between the hot and the rainy season (with a bit of both). The beach itself is so-so (yellow sand, no shades, no seats or umbrellas, some washed-up plastics (like everywhere), some dead jellyfish. But it is quiet (max 40 people on the beach), with nice waves. The short of it is that we did not spend much time on the beach, but all the more in the hotel. And the hotel was fantastic. Huge room (grand ocean view), extensive and delicious breakfast, good food in the restaurants, friendly and helpful staff etc etc. It is a bit expensive, but you get the quality in return. A few practical things: - the hotel is largely built as separate "houses" with several rooms on a hill. This means you need to walk up and down. There are also free and frequent "buggies" to take you between your room and elsewhere in the property. - The pictures show rooms with open view over the sea. That may be the case in some rooms, but where we were, there was a large tree in front of the window. We could still see the beach and the sea, but not in frontal view. But the tree was so beautiful we did not mind. - The room even had nespresso (with free capsules) - Beautiful swimming pool, which was extremely clean. In short: if you book here, you will not regret!

A wonderful getaway, every staff we encountered provided service with a smile. We get great access to the beach and views of the Andaman Sea. The room was huge and well appointed, and the bathtub was great to soak in at the end of the long day. The only wrinkle was the shower water tends to leak out to the vanity area but that's a minor inconvenience. Oh and we had a visit from the resident toad and moth in our room which isnt unexpected consiering the property's proximity to nature.

The open lobby feels like a tropical paradise, with a sweeping view of the ocean. This is the first impression, greeted by welcoming front desk staff whose goal seems to be making your stay absolutely perfect. The room was so nice — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and totally cozy — I could have easily never left! Nice touches big and small, like having a walk-in closet and a vestibule for food delivery, lovely bath products, nice ceramic tea mugs. But the beautiful infinity pool awaits… there were chaises all around, always fresh towels and cold water available, and food and drink menus and a pool waiter very on top of order-taking. Again I would like to mention how nice my interactions were with the staff — the pool towel guys and gal, the shuttle driver, the young woman who expedited the shuttles — they were so friendly and doing a fantastic job. It was a well-oiled machine so that I as a guest could just have a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The only thing I could see room for improvement was the breakfast. The buffet looks impressive, but I would be happier to have a smaller selection of better tasting foods.

Good resort sitting on a hill. Wonderful views of the ocean. Very impressive breakfast buffet. Some local food options around the hotel. However, the hotel did not feel like a true 5 star hotel. The friendliness of the staff were just the surface. I felt they did not really go out of their way to make my stay comfortable. For example, we left from 8 am till 11am for breakfast, and the room was not refreshed. Then we came back around 1pm, the room was still not refreshed. We had to call to get room cleaned. No turn down service, which was a surprise for us since we have stayed at all other hotels and almost all provided turn down service. The hotel provides buggies but every time we passed by one, the driver would never offer a ride to us. We even waved one down but the reponse was that it was going down not going up. At other hotels I felt the staff were more sincere and eager to assist us. The hotel also was under major renovation around the main pool and lobby area which had resulted the breakfast to be held at another location. It was very chaotic with kids everywhere. The renovation also caused noise around the main pool. The hotel needs to take more care of the details in the room. For example, our doors to the bathroom couldn’t be closed properly. There were bare nails on top of the bathtub. Details but not difficult to spot them. The beach is also messy with trash. It’s not the hotels responsibility but I have stayed at other location with cleaner beaches.

청결하고 하우스키핑, 바텐더, 버기카운전해주시는분들, 시큐리티 모두 친절해요. 그런데 로비, 버기카 어레인지하는 직원들은 안친절해요. 기본적으로 기분이 안좋아있음.. 숙소상태는 매우 좋았고 수영장도 좋았어요. 다만 어덜트풀바 메뉴가 좀더 다양하면 좋을것 같구요, 생일에 머물렀었는데 케이크 준다하고 안주더라구요ㅋㅋ 안좋아해서 안준건 문제 없는데 약속을 하질 말든가ㅋㅋ 암튼 리셉션 직원분들 최소한의 서비스마인드는 제대로 탑재하고 일하시면 좋을듯요.

The location of our rool was near a party that was going to be going all afternoon, we doind this out when we checked in. The noise was cery loud, the staff werent very helpful in finding another room. The duty manager git involed and found another room, but said it was an upgrade and expected us to pay another $500. In the end the gave tye room complimentary, but tyen it wasnt ready till 3.25. The staff were also on the rude side.

This exceeded all my expectations. Hotel was beautiful, breakfast was great and varied with both Asian and western options. Only 10-15 mins from the airport. The best thing for us was the location next to Naithon Beach. The beach is clean, has good food options and clear waters. Great for families looking to relax. Would definitely come again.

At first I was a little bit hesitant about booking at this hotel because of the remote location but that hesitation was unwarranted. The hotel grounds are so beautiful, the pristine beach is so close, the food is so delicious, and the staff is so friendly that there is really no need to venture out. However, if you are an adventurer like me, you can easily and inexpensively "Grab" a ride to the area attractions by using an app to prepay for rides. The hotel is located close to the airport and an inexpensive taxi ride. Or you can do like we did and arrange to be picked up by the hotel

I wish I could give a 6-star review because this resort was the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen! The view of the ocean and the pools is so relaxing and peaceful— just what we wanted for our vacation. I like that this is in a quieter area of Phuket and not in the busy touristy areas like Patong beach.

Pros: Nice pool, and clean and modern rooms. Good buffet breakfast and french buffet. Amazing views! Cons: Bad lunch at elements two times, ordered shrimp fried rice for 500 Bhat only had 3 shrimps. And oily. The beach near by is littered with filth and bottles and oil and hazardous garbage! They should clean it up. The buggys take long time to come . The rooms are too far away.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay.

It feels more like a commercial resort than a cozy resort. We didn’t feel like we were valued guests but rather another guest. Kids club was nice and people in the club were friendly. It feels more like a commercial resort than a cozy resort. We didn’t feel like we were valued guests but rather another guest. Kids club was nice and people in the club were friendly. Pros: Nice pool, and clean and modern rooms. Good buffet breakfast and french buffet. Amazing views! Cons: Bad lunch at elements two times, ordered shrimp fried rice for 500 Bhat only had 3 shrimps. And oily. The beach near by is littered with filth and bottles and oil and hazardous garbage! They should clean it up. The buggys take long time to come . The rooms are too far away.

we absolutely love this hotel. The property itself is beautiful the service it’s amazing. The breakfast is unbelievable. The room was beautiful spacious and amazing. We would love to come back. We absolutely love our stay in Phuket and being in this hotel was a big part of it.

It's a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff. The Breakfast has an excellent array of Thai/Asian cuisine along with continental dishes as well with live cooking stations. Very spacious rooms with extraordinary views from balcony. They do provide airport transfers with surcharge. The resort is located with just 15 minutes drive away from main airport. It's a best place for beach and nature lovers. Try it once and you will never regret. I will sure choose Pullman Arcadia during my next visit to Phuket.
