Room-all Saints Suites B&b Kastela

The owner is rarely ever there. They left as soon as I checked in but gave no instructions on the Wi-Fi or TV. The door to the hallway/ hotel was open (unlocked) all the time. It is close the the beach, restaurants & buses. It is clean & quiet, but they need to leave instructions in the rooom if they are not on sight & lock the door to the exterior (though it seems safe).

The room was ok, i was clean. Our beds was nice but the pillows was to soft and we had no blankets to use with the sheets, we had no issues with any bugs. We had not chosen any breakfast to our stay but a cafe and grocery store is within a few minutes of walk. The beach is also within a few minutes of walk. There is many restaurants nearby. There is no reception open so if you want to talk to somebody else than the cleaners, you have to keep your eyes open and look for them.

It was a very nice stay. Lots of crucifixes everywhere. LOL! I would give it a 5, but when I compare it to my othe VRBOs, it wasn't as nice. However, had this been my only VRBO, I would have given it a 5 star.

Super friendly owners. Kristjan greeted us with water bottles and a giant slice of watermelon. The room was clean and neat. The pool looked very clean even though we didnt use it. The main attraction of the area, the beach boardwalk is about a 6-8 min walk. Very convenient

B&B was adequate. Room didn't match the booking. (Different layout, no balcony, no kettle/hairdryer). Images are out of date, the second terrace area is now a burger place. Property advertised as a 'fully non-smoking facility'. Yet I've never seen so many ashtrays overflowing with cigarette butts. Staff were polite enough when they were there, but only saw them occasionally. Pool was nice. Overall property was in good condition but not particularly clean.
