Amazing beach and exceptional service! The staff consistently goes above and beyond for their customers. A special shoutout to Be, who was incredible in helping us organize activities for the kids. The kids club is also very convenient, making it perfect for a family vacation.

Perfect Vacation Place, beautiful beach front hotel. We stayed 4 days in their villa with private pool, beautiful villa, large, clean and got everything we need. Hotel has 3 restaurants and we try all 3, our favourite 1 Moomba, we also used the spa the lady that attended to me done a good job on my back, very nice and relaxing, we had a great times at ANGSANA Hotel and Resorts, thanks to the staff MY at Moomba restaurant he has a great personality and service makes us happy, also thanks to My staff at the reception desk, she helped us to organise our trip to the golden bridge, French village and few other places, in general all the staff were very pleasant, we highly recommend Angsana to anyone, we will definitely stay here again in future.

Our stay was amazing from the very beginning. Han helped us check in and explained all of the amazing activities and restaurants at the resort. After checking in my wife was able to connect with her on Whatapp and she was able to arrange restaurant reservations and activities even while we were on the go. Our room was beautiful and we were welcomed with cookies, a fruit bowl, and a wonderful aromatic oil diffuser. The activities team is absolutely amazing. We took a scenic photo tour of the resort including the hill nearby with its beautiful overlook. Bamboo dancing was very fun and the activity team helped us learn the dance in a very open and welcoming way. Our son (6 years old) loved all of the activities and the team was great with kids. A few other activities that we did: - Boat ride on the canal with Santa - Bamboo cup painting - Seashell picture frame making We stayed over Christmas, and there was a pop up children’s corner with a bouncy house, balloons, and face painting. I was very impressed by the amazing work of the activity team. The pool is great. When arriving the pool staff finds a space just for your family and sets up the towels for you. The lazy river is very long and a great thing for the kids to explore. It’s one giant pool, but it winds around and has various spots that make it feel like 6-7 different pools. The grounds are kept exceptionally clean and it’s a beautiful resort to walk around.

Angsana All Concierge T great. Mr.Tu at Concier helped and leave the hotel hoping for safety. Also Spa experience was very well . Mr.George, at Front, make sure the guest comfort. スイート 2 ベッドルーム プライベートプールの部屋に、家族６人で宿泊しました。 ホテルエントランスから、リゾートの雰囲気に溢れ、家族全員大喜びでした。 部屋付きのプライベートプールも十分な広さでした。 大きなプールも毎日ほぼ貸し切り状態で、プールサイドで涼んでいると、スタッフさんが水とフルーツを持ってきてくれたりと、心遣いも素晴らしかったです。 部屋から歩いていける海も、ほぼプライベートビーチのようで、海とプールが目的なら、ここのホテルで間違いないと思います。 英語が得意でなかった我々のために、日本語が話せるスタッフの方が専属でついてくれ、タクシーの手配から、レストランの手配まで行ってくれ、とても助かりました。 ただ、周辺にはほぼ何もなく、施設内の売店（mini mart）も営業していなかったため、飲み物やお菓子、軽食などを入手するのには苦労します（タクシー手配する必要がある）。 ダナンやフエまで行くにも、車で１時間以上かかる立地なので、観光は別のホテルで済ませてから、プールと海だけを目的にして、ここのホテルに来るのが良いかと思いました。 立地が中心地から離れているというのは利点でもあるので、そこさえ理解できていれば、文句なしのホテルだと思います。 また宿泊したいと思います。

It is a great resort to spend time with your family, friends, or a partner. My kids loved to swim all day long in both main pool and private pool, playing also in the Kids club as well. Due to its isolated location(far from cities or towns), so you would be basically staying in the resort during whole period of your stay, and have meals in its dining facilities only. Foods there are not cheap, but the quality of foods is great. We also had all our meals either in their dining facilities or had in-room-dining.

Do not book, the property was beyond disappointing. The rooms had mold and smelt so bad you couldnt stay there, they know of the issues that appear to be ongoing as we had water dripping down the walls which had clearly been patched and repainted many times as well as very strong mold smells, they moved us three times within 24 hours to villas, all with the same issues and we welcomed in New Years Eve as we were moving rooms, not the holiday we hoped for. The staff were lovely but clearly out of their depth with a facility with huge issues

The resort superseded all of our expectations. From the cleanliness of the rooms and shared facilities, excellent and delicious food options to the comfort of the rooms - Angsana Lang Co provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings. A special mention must go to the staff, all of them and too many to name. They made us feel incredibly welcome and could not do enough for us as a family. We had one small issue with Air Conditioning working intermittently but was addressed after a day of staff attempting to fix with a room change. A follow up welfare conversation initiated by the assistant manager checked to see if this was a satisfactory outcome an apologised again. There are so may activities to do at the resort and caters for all ages. Things to note. It is secluded. The nearest big towns and cities are an hour away by car - Hue and Danang. However the food on site is superb and varied so there are many options to eat at somewhere different and it represented good value. Lastly, I would say the resort is semi accessible so you may have to request a ground floor room or enquire further if this is important to you.

洗面所が２台ありましたが、両方ともゴミが溜まっており流れが悪かったです。ホテルの方に伝えて改善はしました。最初からしっかりしててほしかった。それと虫刺されが40箇所あり、帰国後に皮膚科に行くとダニと言われました。おそらくソファだと思います。見た目はそれほど汚いとは感じませんでしたが、以上のことより清掃がなされていないのでは？と疑問に思いました。

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were all amazing and we loved our spacious suite with our own private pool. We had a great time splashing in the waves on the pristine beach and were in awe of the stunning green hills surrounding the resort. It is in a tucked away location, but there were tours and shuttles available to guests, also plenty of activities on site. We were just happy to relax as a family and enjoy the amazing scenery!

Beautiful beach. Wonderful breakfast. Amazingly large and comfortable room! We had a Duplex room with a swimming pool on the roof. Fantastic spa. Food on the expensive side but quite a few options to choose from.

High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach front suite which was nice and spacious. Nice view of the ocean from room and the plunge pool. The food at all the restaurants in the hotel as well as the adjacent Banyan tree was excellent. Downside was the place is very far from civilisation. Takes minimum 1-1.5 hour to get anywhere in Da Nang. Also the evenings were extremely dead. Felt like a ghost town post 5 pm. The rooms were a bit run down and showed signs of wear an tear.

Checking in was good, though could have improved with the attentiveness to provide welcome drink/service to all parties of the booking. The pool was large and adequately cleaned. There is also direct access to the beach, though the sand on the beach was not fine to the touch. The staff will try to push sales of their activities/equipment at the pool - so beware. Wifi in the room was slow and spotty. Several times I had connectivity issues during our stay, and I resorted to using my own mobile internet service. The resort portal also did not allow me to login with my room number and last nameidway of my stay - unsure what the issue was about, and the staff did not have a true solution to correct it. I would expect better wifi service with a repsrt boasting this caliber, especially with a hgih room rate. Foodwise, there are some options available between Angsana and Bayan Tree restaurants, but the pricing was ridiculous for the quality/portion. Since it is so remote, you will have limited option to venture outside. Breakfast buffet was also one of the worst in terms of the 5 star hotels/resorts I have been to as well. The options were boring, and the taste was just meh.

The bedroom is nicely kept and very spacious. They give us a loft suite with swimming pool on the rooftop. The staff is very friendly and nice. Some staff even remember our names and our breakfast preferences. They also could arrange shuttle to and fro Banyan tree hotel (their sister hotel), where we try the spa and restaurants, which are highly above our expectations.

Pleasant stay despite initial check-in issue where front desk staff was not trained to recognize Expedia VIP Access guests or the existence of such program at all; we asked if there's complimentary upgrade available, understanding it's the weekend but was met with a blank stare. We eventually settled in our upgrade unit which was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast restaurant staff also stopped us at entry because "each guest can only have breakfast once" after we come back from outside. For a second I thought I'm staying at some military camp :) not a 5 star hotel.

Our stay was amazing from the very beginning. Han helped us check in and explained all of the amazing activities and restaurants at the resort. After checking in my wife was able to connect with her on Whatapp and she was able to arrange restaurant reservations and activities even while we were on the go. Our room was beautiful and we were welcomed with cookies, a fruit bowl, and a wonderful aromatic oil diffuser. The activities team is absolutely amazing. We took a scenic photo tour of the resort including the hill nearby with its beautiful overlook. Bamboo dancing was very fun and the activity team helped us learn the dance in a very open and welcoming way. Our son (6 years old) loved all of the activities and the team was great with kids. A few other activities that we did: - Boat ride on the canal with Santa - Bamboo cup painting - Seashell picture frame making We stayed over Christmas, and there was a pop up children’s corner with a bouncy house, balloons, and face painting. I was very impressed by the amazing work of the activity team. The pool is great. When arriving the pool staff finds a space just for your family and sets up the towels for you. The lazy river is very long and a great thing for the kids to explore. It’s one giant pool, but it winds around and has various spots that make it feel like 6-7 different pools. The grounds are kept exceptionally clean and it’s a beautiful resort to walk around.

From the cleanliness of the rooms and shared facilities, excellent and delicious food options to the comfort of the rooms - Angsana Lang Co provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings. A special mention must go to the staff, all of them and too many to name. They made us feel incredibly welcome and could not do enough for us as a family. We had one small issue with Air Conditioning working intermittently but was addressed after a day of staff attempting to fix with a room change. A follow up welfare conversation initiated by the assistant manager checked to see if this was a satisfactory outcome an apologised again. There are so may activities to do at the resort and caters for all ages. Things to note. It is secluded. The nearest big towns and cities are an hour away by car - Hue and Danang. However the food on site is superb and varied so there are many options to eat at somewhere different and it represented good value. As our debut trip to Vietnam we were blown away with the hospitality at Angsana Resort Lang Co. From the moment we arrived at the resort and were offered the welcome tea, the staff were so friendly and helpful! For 17 nights we stayed in one of the Beachfront Pool Suites which was clean, spacious and comfortable. In the mornings we thoroughly enjoyed the extensive buffet breakfast which offered diverse and authentic dishes with an abundance of Local and Western options available. All the resort staff were friendly and helpful but I must make special mention to Y, Thom and Hue who made every single day we stayed at the resort an absolute dream. They spoilt us rotten and we felt like royalty receiving their exceptional service! Hien and My were also so kind and thoughtful! Not to mention the special gestures of things like messages written in leaves or towels folded into animals surrounded by petals on our bed, fresh fruit every day, plenty of water. We had everything we needed to enjoy the luxurious, peaceful resort. We enjoyed lazing in our private pool as well as the long floating canal through the resort with the swim up bar. Fabulous clean resort located on a private beach. The only problem was that it is very isolated and dining options available within reasonable distance are at other resorts which are all owned by one party. The food prices are high and the quality is just OK . We dined at the Japanese restaurant which was excellent however our Thai dinner at the adjacent resort Saffron restaurant was extremely disappointing and ridiculously expensive . However - The service and views from saffron were excellent. Given the location we would not return unless we had a car.

It is a great resort to spend time with your family, friends, or a partner. My kids loved to swim all day long in both main pool and private pool, playing also in the Kids club as well. Due to its isolated location(far from cities or towns), so you would be basically staying in the resort during whole period of your stay, and have meals in its dining facilities only. Foods there are not cheap, but the quality of foods is great. We also had all our meals either in their dining facilities or had in-room-dining.
It is a great resort to spend time with your family, friends, or a partner. My kids loved to swim all day long in both main pool and private pool, playing also in the Kids club as well. Staff and services offered were great, especially the pool staff and water sports staff as we went for SUP during our stay. The location of the resort and lack of dining options outside of the resort is a negative in our opinion. Perfect Vacation Place, beautiful beach front hotel. We stayed 4 days in their villa with private pool, beautiful villa, large, clean and got everything we need. Hotel has 3 restaurants and we try all 3, our favourite 1 Moomba, we also used the spa the lady that attended to me done a good job on my back, very nice and relaxing, we had a great times at ANGSANA Hotel and Resorts, thanks to the staff MY at Moomba restaurant he has a great personality and service makes us happy, also thanks to My staff at the reception desk, she helped us to organise our trip to the golden bridge, French village and few other places, in general all the staff were very pleasant, we highly recommend Angsana to anyone, we will definitely stay here again in future.

The service was outstanding. This was our second stay at this property, the previous occasion being pre-Covid. While other resorts are working their way back to pre-Covid service standards, the Angsana outdid itself. The staff at the front desk, restaurants and housekeeping were very responsive in helping with our various needs including planning sightseeing, transport arrangements and meal requests. The option to access the restaurants at the neighbouring Banyan Tree resort was a plus.

Fabulous clean resort located on a private beach. The only problem was that it is very isolated and dining options available within reasonable distance are at other resorts which are all owned by one party. The food prices are high and the quality is just OK . We dined at the Japanese restaurant which was excellent however our Thai dinner at the adjacent resort Saffron restaurant was extremely disappointing and ridiculously expensive . However - The service and views from saffron were excellent. Given the location we would not return unless we had a car.

Checking in was good, though could have improved with the attentiveness to provide welcome drink/service to all parties of the booking. The pool was large and adequately cleaned. There is also direct access to the beach, though the sand on the beach was not fine to the touch. The staff will try to push sales of their activities/equipment at the pool - so beware. Wifi in the room was slow and spotty. Several times I had connectivity issues during our stay, and I resorted to using my own mobile internet service. The resort portal also did not allow me to login with my room number and last nameidway of my stay - unsure what the issue was about, and the staff did not have a true solution to correct it. I would expect better wifi service with a repsrt boasting this caliber, especially with a hgih room rate. Foodwise, there are some options available between Angsana and Bayan Tree restaurants, but the pricing was ridiculous for the quality/portion. Since it is so remote, you will have limited option to venture outside. Breakfast buffet was also one of the worst in terms of the 5 star hotels/resorts I have been to as well. It is a great resort to spend time with your family, friends, or a partner. My kids loved to swim all day long in both main pool and private pool, playing also in the Kids club as well. Due to its isolated location(far from cities or towns), so you would be basically staying in the resort during whole period of your stay, and have meals in its dining facilities only. Foods there are not cheap, but the quality of foods is great. We also had all our meals either in their dining facilities or had in-room-dining.

The hotel was a bit further away from the airport that I had anticipated however, they have a shuttle to get you back-and-forth. The staff is absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and just beautiful people with great energy. I really look forward to visiting again..
