The room was clean and the water was hot. Pool is heated and made for a relaxing evening.

Our kids loved the outdoor pool! The room was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t large, but did have a couple hot options. Definitely appreciated all the dishes/amenities inside the room as well.

Loved that the property 2nd building had a secured entrance. Great location to Garden of the Gods. Walkable to restaurants although a bit dark. Trinity Brewery was fabulous. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious except the tiny toilet/shower area otherwise a perfect space.

I would stay here again! It is located very close to Manitou Springs and the surrounding attractions such as Pikes Peak and Gods of the Gods. I think the interior was recently renovated. We stayed on the third floor in a room with a bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware, plates and utensils for 4. The pool is small, but clean. The people rocking the frong desk were very responsiv3

Flies in the room, requested room cleaning three times. Everytime assured it would be done but not cleanrd til day 4th day, dryers out of service the whole time we were there, no hot water last day we were there, Shower door off if hinge, not fixed til day before we left. One day breakfast out if brown syger plastic glasses and coconut topping. Trash behind side table on day of arrival. Television control didn't always work buttonfor on/off Channels stalled delayed.

The pool was not open as stated and seemed apocalyptic, lots of noise from the next room, outdated slow TV’s, seriously uncomfortable bed. A nice staff that should find another place to work. Didn’t stay out whole stay.

Staff were very friendly. I would give a 5 star except the shower was clogged and the handle fell off. It was the weekend so they didn’t have maintenance. We stayed 5 nights. Pool was great.

Breakfast was what youd expect for free. Outdoor pool was clean and tidy. Staff was super friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Great and clean property, breakfast was good. Kitchen had good cutlery options. Room was nice and clean. Parking is a bit congested , if you have lot of luggage to unload and load from vehicle, then not too convinient. Too quiet outside and some parking spots farther away are not that well lit. Overall good value for money

Its an older property but very well maintained. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast area is small but very clean. The lady who worked in there kept it fully stocked the whole time we were there. Any issues with our room were fixed right away. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with plates and pots. Only complaint was the laundry room could use some maintenance. Overall we loved it and would stay again.

Perfect place for our vacation, rooms super clean, staff was friendly and it was close to all the activities we wanted to do.

The two bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable. The price was what got my attention, as this was cheaper than a lot of single room stays. The room had everything you’d expect for an extended-stay even though we were only here two nights. The facility itself a little dated but it is clean throughout with no strange smells. Decent breakfast options. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. Zero complaints from check-in through check-out. Will definitely look to stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Wouldnt stay there again because how dirty it was. Also room was never cleaned. Had to take out are own trash. They dont provide trash bags.

Great location and comfortable room, but the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. For example, there's a desk/table combo - and they hadn't pulled out the table to clean the surface (so it was sticky).

This property tells by Marriott, but I feel it's not. I took a room with queen bed and sofa bed. Unfortunately the sofa I can't use because of lots of pet hair. Also in the room no garbage bags kept in the garbage bin. We were 4 of our family, felt very bad and it's in hygiene due to pet hairs. If they are allowing pet then they should take care of hygiene and cleaning everything properly, which is not there at all. I will never stay in this kind of property

The floors in the kitchen and in the bathroom were dirty. I had to mop them with their towels. We stayed there for 4nights 5 days and not ONCE did they clean the room. I had to go to the fromt desk to get clean towels. The picture on the wall was off the wall behind the couch. Then the handle to the shower broke off when my 4yr old open the shower door to get out of the shower. The shower also h Was dirty.

Unfortunately, our room was dirty (trash left from previous guest), tv did not work, had to go to lobby to get toilet paper and towels & bed was not made properly making us question whether they were fresh sheets.

Feont desk was friendly, breakfast was good, hotel was overall clean. A bit on the older side, but thats nothing that the staff can do about. Carpet was clean, TV worked, and water pressure was good. Overall, a good safe place to stay.

The 2 bedroom suite was very roomy. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have full kitchen.

The Good: Room has kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, sink, dish washing supplies. There is a Safeway grocery store across the intersection so this is a great place to stay if you want to make your own meals. Also a couple quick serve restaurants (Chipotle and Panda Express) plus a couple full serve restaurants (Black Bear Diner and Marigold Cafe) within one block. Queen bed was very comfortable. Bathroom has combo shower and tub (which I like) and sink inside bathroom (which I prefer to sinks outside). Only about a ten minute drive from Garden of the Gods (which is why I chose this hotel). The Bad: Main street has no entrance to hotel and you have to access it through an obscure rear street/alley. Also no large signs so hotel is hard to find. Low impact commercial area is safe but not scenic; not a place to go for a walk. Television was on when I checked in (with a welcome message) but when I turned it off it immediately turned back on and it took several tries to keep it off. Desk lamp was on when I checked in and it took a while to find off switch, which was on the cord hanging underneath the desk. My room had a connecting door to next room and the sound from the next room’s television came through on the first night. (Thankfully room seemed to be empty second and third night). Room window faced a commercial building and gas station and on first morning someone there was yelling intermittently beginning at 5am.

This was my second time staying here and first time using the 2 bedroom suite. The only complaint would be the configuration of the suite. It had one bathroom in a hallway. I would think in the room would have been better. Other than that it was cool. The suite next to us was pretty noisy and they were just talking at a normal level so don't expect it to be a quiet haven and I smelled all the food they were burning. 😂

Very thin walls. I was in room 116 and bedtime. I had a hard time sleeping because all I did here was some type of TV radio through the wall, which I had problem sleeping.

Great place to stay. However if you want to watch TV forget it. Two remotes needed to operate the TV with no instructions provided. Very poor planning on someone’s part.

This is one of the worst hotel states that I have ever been to. I don’t usually write bad reviews because I have stated some really crappy motels, but the staff here was absolutely disgusting, rude, and liars. They charge me twice for the room and I had to claim it as fraud on my card because they kept telling me that they refunded it and it’s been over three weeks and nothing has been refunded. The air-conditioning in the room did not work in the room was very dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the television did not work. The manager had told me that she’s going to be refunding me partially for part of the room being so horrible and the bathroom smells so bad with the floor coming up. The manager pretty much played phone games and when I called does not answer the phone. I will be reporting this flight to the Better Business Bureau and this place should be avoided completely.

Staff was wonderful! They had breakfast ready for us at 3:00am because we had an early flight and our room was great!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew was always smiling and happy. When we asked for more tp and towels for the room, the staff was quick and responsive. It was a very pleasant 5 night stay. Clean too!

When I arrived, the property informed me that they were oversold and had no rooms for me and cancelled my reservation that I had already paid for through orbitz. They had sent me an email stating this an hour earlier but I didn’t check my email As I was driving. Someone needs to refund my money and make this right. Instead we are staying in an horrible little hotel I had to get tonight at the part minute.

We had a business trip that had some bumps in the road. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were all helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The free fresh breakfast was great every morning. The location was convenient for what we needed. We will definitely be back soon.

My wife and I had our apartment flood. This was an awesome place to stay, really felt like mini apartments. Sarah at the front desk was always so pleasant to deal with and had a great personality. Everyone who works here was awesome to deal with as well.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The front desk, Cheyenne, was super pleasant and helpful. This property was very convenient to the Gardens of the Gods. Which made it nice to come and go to the park.

Away from the busy part of the city. Easy to navigate around and very close to garden of the gods.

We had a 2 bedroom suite for a 6 night stay. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was good. The location was convenient -just off Garden of the Gods road so quiet enough but close to shopping and dining. A full kitchen gave us the ability to make our own meals if we wanted

Love Towne Suites! This is our second time staying with them. We stayed in a studio this time.(2 bedroom last) it is located close to a grocery store so you can stock up your kitchenette. They have a breakfast every morning. Garden of the gods is really close and you can see Pikes Peak from the property. Overall, great time!

Clean, comfortable, well maintained, quiet, and away from the Co Springs congestion. LOTS of things to do and see in the area. Not a big selection of restaurants but sufficient. only saw a couple homeless people hanging about once otherwise looked very safe.

Location was great. It's close to groceries, variety of restaurants and breweries :) Not far from Garden of the Gods.. great hiking. Our room was what we expected, a queen studio with kitchenette, clean. Our frig wasn't working getting cold enough. I did report to front desk staff and within 10 minutes, the maintenance gentleman came and replaced the frig as not have us wait for him to run a diagnostic test. They have a pretty good continental breakfast choices. We're pretty picky , so we had bought out own breakfast items. Our stay was 5 nights and we would definitely stay there again. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Lobby area very clean , breakfast area very clean, as were the common areas.

The only thing we didn’t love about this was it was hard to get to. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very nice and clean.

The hot water the first few days was lukewarm but after that it was perfect. The bkfst room was awfully small. I did appreciate they had nondairy milk!

Had a great stay here. This place is all around comfort. The rooms are really nice and the beds are very comfortable The only complaint would be that the breakfast area is really small and gets very crowded at peak times. We just ate in the lobby. I want to give a shout out to Toi at the front desk. She went over and above to help us out with a booking problem. If we are ever in the Colorado Springs area we would definitely stay here again.

Arrived hours earlier than our check in time and were called and texted as soon as a room became available. Room was clean and quiet.breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel smelled musty, was fairly run down, have very small smelly bathrooms, had very little eating room for breakfast and was out of coffee cups 2 of the three days that my family stayed.

Everything was good only problem was the breakfast bar didn’t have too much of a selection and the lady refilling had her headphones on which I thought it was disrespectful because customers could be asking her questions so she has to be attentive to customers
