Hotel is in a beautiful Location. It is being updated and modernized without loosing its Bavarian Alpine look and feel. The Pool is under construction but when finished it will have breathtaking view of the Alps.

Hotel is in a great location. You can walk into town in 5 minutes. Lots of dining options. Limited free parking at hotel. No air conditioning. Staff was very kind and helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Staff are welcoming and accomodating to your needs. Daily drinking water in room and theres a kettle to make a cuppa. Suits me! Excellent daily breakfast. Views of Watzmann Mountain and area are stunning. New outdoor swimming pool. Perfect after being in the sauna!! I look forward to returning. Highly recommend.

Zimmer sind in einem Top Zustand, sauber und angenehme Größe. Großer Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Personal 1A freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wellnessbereich auch Sauber. 2 Saunen, und für Gäste des Hauses kostenlos nutzbar. Da kann man abschalten. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und große Auswahl. Hotel sehr Zentral. Hbf. Und Stadtkern in wenigen Minuten zu fuß erreichbar. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Wird gern wieder gebucht.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is wonderful and helpful! Loved the whirlpool after a long day and the porch you could sit on to watch the day come to an end was breath taking. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My room had an excellent view. It also had an in-room safe that was large enough for a laptop and a kettle (many German hotels have neither). The hotel is a seven minute walk from the railway station but is up a steep hill. My biggest problem is that the facility for left luggage is only an unlocked cupboard in the lobby.

Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated, very clean. It is a beautiful area to be in. If we ever go back to Berchtesgaden, I would stay there again. Thank you

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine vielfältige Auswahl und war ansprechend präsentiert. Hier buche ich gerne wieder.

I’m not someone who typically writes reviews but this hotel deserves it. 1. The rooms were incredible. Spotless, serviced daily, and extremely clean. The views also speak for themselves 2. The staff was incredible. Huge shout out to Franz for the great hiking recommendations and overall hospitality. 3. The location is incredible for anyone wanting easy access to anything Berchtesgaden. 4. The breakfast was delicious as well. Tons of selection and great coffee. If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would. Cannot recommend this spot enough.

We liked our stay at this hotel. It was perhaps a 5-6 minute walk to the middle of old town Berchtesgaden, so the location was very friendly and convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff for that was excellent. The person who checked us in was beneficial as well. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Possibly, the only downside was no air conditioning. It wasn't a big issue for late September, but in the middle of summer, it might be something to consider. It is a very comfortable and friendly hotel close to the heart of the old town!

Vi ble tatt godt imot når vi ankom. Hotellet lå praktisk i forhold til byen. Det var rent og trivlig. Vi var heldig med å gå oppgradert rom. Dessverre var drt litt oppusning av taket rett utenfor rommet. Men at de holder det ved like er dog positivt. Frokosten var veldig bra.

Dejligt hotel, men fantastisk udsigt til bjergene rundt om Berchtesgaden, vi havde et skønt familierum med 2 soveværelser og stor altan med den bedste udsigt. Hotellet ligger meget centralt, kun få minutters gang fra det hyggelige centrum i Berchtesgaden ad 2 stier bag hotellet.

Our visit was excellent! The owner was so friendly and helpful - I've never had the kind of personable experience of being walked to my room. The hotel room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing with a huge tub. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully displayed. Overall, a unique and wonderful visit. Thank you!!
