A little confusing when dropped off by taxi as the front building is an apartment and back bldg is the hotel. Once we figured it out everything was great. In residential neighborhood. Book shuttle both ways as minimum charge from airport to hotel is 35 euros by taxi

Convenient place to stay near Rome airport. Few on-site amenities like a pool, spa or lounge areas but it’s clean and has friendly staff. It has a parking lot attached that is free but sometimes hard to find a spot. We have stayed here two different years when flying out of Rome instead of Pisa and will continue to do so in the future.

They organized a shuttle to the airport for us at very reasonable rate. Shuttle was on time. Since we dod not have a car to park as our vop perk. They did give us a coffee and snack in place which was very nice. Tv was fuzzy due to storm.

The promised shuttle service from the airport was not offered. Taxi drivers did not know the location of the hotel; the one-way trip from the airport cost 44 euros. The reception is open only till 11 PM. The elevator is not working. The breakfast is next to zero.

Room was clean and easy to find. Good parking available. The walls were very thin however so if you are a light sleeper, this might be a tough place to stay. We heard conversations in the next room and planes going overhead most of the night.

My family and I were very pleased with Isa Fiumicino. The location is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the airport. Our quad room was very spacious and exceptionally clean! Francesca from reception was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. She provided restaurant suggestions, an umbrella to borrow during a storm, and everything we needed to enjoy our carry-out dinner in the hotel lobby. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are flying out of Rome-Fiumicino.

Il y a eu une pluie forte qui a causé une grande infiltration d’eau dans la chambre à travers les fenêtres fermées. La réceptionniste était seule, alors elle m’a fourni des serviettes pour éponger l’eau sur le plancher. On ne m’a pas proposé de changer de chambre, malgré le dégât d’eau sur le plancher.

On first look/ smell it seemed clean but if you look at grout lines & along the base of the cabinets it was black. Check in staff was lovely but the evening shift was a grump & very unhelpful. I booked it for the kitchen but they wanted another 15€ for supplies like cups & plates.

Property was in poor shape and not very clean. Found hair in the linens of the main bed. One of the doors was broken so it allowed cold outside air into the bedroom all night and the heat never turned on. One tiny trash can only in the bathroom. Mold in the shower. Taxi ride 3 miles to the airport was 30 euro so defeats the purpose of staying close by. Not many restaurants around. Walls and floors between units are thin and it was noisy all night. Booked a room described as two twin beds and a double. Ended up with a double and a sofa bed forcing two teens to sleep together. Horrible.

Receptionist was nice we arrived late night around 10:30 pm went to the room find the line of ants and a bug on the wall room was pretty big but no comfortor on the bed found one in the closet very dirty and without cover worst part was the washroom toilet seat was not the right size at all it was pretty hard to sit,and the shower (cubical)was so small that me and my husband couldn't go inside the shower area we have traveled around the world but never seen that small shower even the door to enter that framed area was so small no idea how ppl can take shower in that little thing front desk close at 11 pm so no help after that

The person at the front desk was very kind to allow us an early check in. We appreciate his help. Everything was good except that this hotel had the tiniest shower I have ever used. Very poorly designed hence it was extremely difficult to use it.

Conveniently located in an area not far from the airport and close to many restaurants, Isa Residence was the perfect stay for my family (2 adults + 2 kids) on our trip back from Sardinia to Singapore. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and staff friendly. We booked the return shuttle which was on time and well priced, considering the amount of luggage we were carrying! Highly recommended if you're travelling with a family. Will definitely go back on our next trip.

Staff was not welcoming or willing to accommodate any requests. They kept only one blanket for our family of four and when requested additional blanket at reception they started questioning and denied but after demanding that I paid extra for 4 people he came to room to check and then provided the blanket. Terrible customer service!

Stay away from this sketchy place! Not only is the staff rude they make you feel completely unwelcome and unsafe! Rude! The area is not good at all. Trust me go somewhere else! I lost my money because this place made me and my family so uncomfortable. Safety is key and this is not the place you want to be. You are better off staying somewhere safe and where they appreciate your business.

The person I spoke to on the phone was not able to give either good directions or a good explanation and advice on transportation options - and hung up on me. Lousy customer service in that respect. The Facility itself was lovely, and we were treated well while we were there.

The facility was in a neighborhood with nothing to do around it. It was very old and looked and felt like a military barracks. The bed was miserable and the pillows were even worse. We arrived to early to check in but was able to leave our luggage there. They put it in the dining area in a corner. They said they would place it in our room when it was ready. Since they were going to do that we took a taxi into Rome. When we arrived back at the hotel at 10pm our luggage was still in the dining room and it was not in an area that was even being watched. You have to check in by 11:00 or you are locked out of the hotel. The balcony was larger than the room but there were no chairs to sit on. The AC didn’t work. Oh, neither did the fridge. The shower leaked and the front desk staff were rude!

that includes the shuttle to / from the airport! We were met by Ruth on arrival, who is warm, friendly, and very helpful. We liked her so much we invited her to our home in the US! Salvo met us at the hotel and helped get our bags up to our room, and my mother in her wheelchair up the accessible ramp. He also took us back to the airport the following morning, again helping with everything and walking us all the way into the terminal. Great service! The hotel is simple, but very comfortable, and very clean. We had, surprisingly, a suite: a bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and large double bed, and a sitting room / kitchen / dining area combined. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was comfy! The bathroom was large and bright, and the water pressure was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, and very confused why we asked for a blanket (there were only sheets on the beds) - we understood his confusion when we were both too warm in our beds under just the sheets! We were both very pleased with this property and would definitely recommend it!

Staff was not very friendly, amenities were very poor. Luggage storage was out in public with no safe keeping while they charged an extra 20 euros to do so. Difficult to find, but gas nearby and restaurant next door were a plus. Needed to leave in the middle of the night for our car return and catch our plane so no coffee or breakfast available as that area was locked. Basic place with no outstanding view and of course had jet noise, but staff was very helpful.

Room was clean and easy to find. Good parking available. The walls were very thin however so if you are a light sleeper, this might be a tough place to stay. We heard conversations in the next room and planes going overhead most of the night.

Good value for money only 10 mins from airport…it’s more basic than on the photos but friendly staff and clean and comfortable no restaurants or shops nearby and beach and amenities are around 30 mins walk would recommend this hotel

A little Difficult to find… this place is in a residential neighborhood. You have to look for the Airport Residence signs. Looks more like appt complex than a hotel. The staff spoke very little English. Room was nice. Had air There was a kitchen but nothing to be able to use the kitchen. Would have loved to be able to make a coffee. Breakfast was basic, yogurt, cakes, cereal & juice. We had a car rental, there is a parking lot, shops & few restaurants close by. About 10+ drive from airport. A taxi is €25

We were told that they would cook the breakfast. But that was just turned out to be a continental breakfast. Nothing special, mostly sugary foods. Very little protein. Also, it says that the hotel was close to the airport and that was not true. It's quite a bit of waiting since a good 15-minute drive. And the taxis are very expensive

Absolutely not a place to stay at. It is definitely nothing like the photos posted. It\'s old, nothing updated. No extra bedding available, we had to use towels as pillows. The mattress was secured to the bed using zip ties. The shampoo came in a small little packet like a condiment at a restaurant. Speaking of restaurant, they do not actually have one. The "breakfast " they serve is coffee and old muffins and it\'s not even complimentary. Aside from the housekeeping staff, the service is terrible. And the shuttle is more expensive than a taxi to the airport.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Ho passato 2 notti con mia moglie ed il nostro cagnolino e siamo stati benissimo! La camera è bellissima e molto spaziosa, la colazione ottima e c’è anche un perfetto parcheggio interno. In aggiunta, il personale è molto cortese e disponibile per cui lo consiglio vivamente.

overall ok experience. Shuttle was provided but it was with a charge - this was a surprise. Location is close to airport. 10 minute drive. Room was small for 4 people. Neighbors room was loud and they had lot of people partying late night. AC was working - which is a big thing in July. Shower is very tiny.
