B&B Hotel Roma Fiumicino Aeroporto Fiera 1

Stayed here for one night before flying home from the Roma Fiumicino airport the following morning. The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient and affordable (6 euros per person). There was a great shopping mall only a few steps away which was fun to visit. The room was small, but clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. Overall no complaints and a convenient option for travel to the airport!

Basic, clean hotel, located close to the airport. Hotel offers shuttle service for a fee. Almost attached to the hotel is a large, clean shopping mall with a large food court and grocery store. Early morning flight so breakfast wasn't available. Front desk staff friendly & helpful.

Simple and convenient. Modern. Enjoyed the breakfast. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was that one of the scheduled shuttle buses from the airport to the hotel didn't arrive and we had to wait for the next one. We did try to call ahead of time to book, but we couldn't get through. Looking at the queue at the taxi rank I think the wait for the shuttle was still faster than getting a taxi.

Property was good for stay before an early flight. Hotel site said shuttle did not start until 5:30am but actually once we arrived at the hotel they offered a 4:15am shuttle which was perfect for our 6:00 flight. We were able to check in 2 hours early no problem, rooms were ready. Hotel was clean, steps to the train and shopping center with dining. Very pleased with the hotel.

Stayed here for close proximity to the airport because of an early flight it was quite convenient. The room was surprisingly spacious! Not much by way of food after hours but it is semi-connected to a shopping center so during the day there were probably options. Only flag was that the shuttle to the airport isn’t free. It’s only 6 euros but most travelers expect the airport shuttle to be complementary. Otherwise, no complaints: safe, clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend if you need something close (about a 10-15 min drive) to FCO.

Easy check in. (Desk could have used a second staff member.) Free parking at the garage next door. Be aware, lots of stairs, though, and the properties aren’t connected. Room was good, breakfast good. Very efficient.

one BIG hitch is the shuttle service is terrible. We arrived and called the number and had no answer for over 90 mins. Tried calling front desk same thing no answer Ended up taking an uber for 40 euros

Good place to stay if you want a shuttle directly to FCO. Very convenient, as it is also close to the train system.

It was a very nice stay with easy access to train station, shopping mall, etc. The parking was free too.

The property was in a good location for airport access, without being so expensive. Located next to shopping mall and Food Court type restaurants. Right across street from train. However, the place was in need of maintenance and was not clean. Black mold in the shower. Peeling paint on ceiling and walls. Would not stay here again.

Hotel was very basic, but very conveniently located next to the train station. The room itself was clean, but the walls were scuffed, and there was mold in the bathroom.

The staff was blah, but the what killed me was the dirty shower! The bathroom in general had dirty grout stains and made it super uncomfortable to ...well be clean. The breakfast was good and had a good selection though

I love this hotel. It is SO convenient if you are taking the train to the Fiumicino airport because it is steps off the last stop on the train before the Fiumicino station. Hint: If you buy the train ticket from Roma Tiburtina to Parco Leonardo, you don't pay the airport surcharge, so the fare is 4 euros less! Unfortunately, if you take the train again the next morning to go one stop, you have to pay the fare WITH the airport surcharge! But you can take the shuttle bus instead for 6 euros. The hotel is in a large shopping mall with plenty of eating options. so that is also very convenient for spending the night before a morning flight. The rooms are very clean and minimal - everything you need for an overnight stay before your flight. However, I have severe misgivings about staying here again, because the bathrooms have been getting worse and worse over the last few years. This time, I hit rock bottom. The entire shower stall was covered with mold - all along the lines of the frame and all along the grout lines. It was so bad the entire hotel room reeked of mold. I asked to change my room, and they were very obliging. The bathroom was much better, but no one can say it was nice. Still lines of mold along some grout lines. They really really need to get their bathrooms remodeled! But this is my only complaint about the hotel. Unfortunately, it's a biggie, so I'm probably only going to give this place one more chance, and if it is not better, I'll have to find another hotel.

Room and bed sheets were clean, but the shower area is moldy. There was a water outage the next morning, no drinks were provided in the breakfast area, they didn’t even bring a kettle / bottled water to make coffee or tea.

The hotel room was very poorly maintained. Holes and scufffa all over the walls. The shower faucets were very dirty and stained. Seemed like they didn’t even clean it after the last use. Also pretty sure there was mold in the cracks and corners of the washroom.

Although the hotel is centrally located. The room we had was tiny and had twin size bed for 2 adult. It was pricey too. The shower only had a shampoo no body wash and hair conditioner. Elevator is cramps.

The hotel is old and worn out, and 1 out of 2 rooms AC did not work properly. 1 out of 2 elevator were not working.

The property is VERY bare bones and the rooms and hallways are worn and old. There are no tissues in the room and the bed is uncomfortable. It was fairly clean and we felt safe and the area is next to the mall. The early morning transport to the airport was reliable. We would not necessarily use this hotel again but for a basic one night stay before an early morning flight it might be ok

Overall the stay was great! If you need a stay near the FCO airport, then this hotel is one of your best choices! It's only a few minutes away by train, and the trains run every 15 minutes to the airport. Even better, the train station is right outside the hotel! Amazingly convenient. The shopping mall is also right outside the hotel, which gives you something to do while you're there. The hotel itself is great. The price was reasonable for my stay and the hotel itself is modern and purpose built. It was clean as well. The only criticism is that there were quite a lot of scuff marks on the wall that could use some fixing. That being said, it's not a big deal. It was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and it had enough space for two people.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was a disappointment. The beds were comfortable. It was a basic room and worked for our 1 night stay before flying out.

Train station directly across the street and shopping mall 5 steps out the front doors. Clean. Very comfy bed, nice modern amenities. Only complaint the shower is so small I had to open the doors in order to scrub. Otherwise it was almost perfect.

This hotel was just okay. I do not agree with the high rating many others gave it. We were in the second building and that may have needed more work. The walls needed plaster work and painting. There was a little mold in the shower. The room was fairly clean but very sparsely furnished. There was a small refrigerator which was appreciated. The storage area for clothing and suitcases was quite inadequate. The room did not have a table surface to work on or use for eating a meal. Dinner was eaten in bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. It was hard and felt like laying on a board with a bit of foam over the top. The AC did not work in the room and it got very warm, requiring us to open the window and sliding door throughout the night. The shower worked well and had plenty of hot water. We did not eat the breakfast at the hotel. We walked to the nearby mall and purchased coffee and pastries. The huge mall turned out to be a blessing for us. Since we didn't have transportation, we ate several meals at the mall and enjoyed exploring it. It was the best thing about this hotel!

Staff was bad. Did no do the required wake up call and almost missed our flight. And we were not the only ones.

We arrived at Fium airport in Rome. The Expedia ad says it was a 4 min drive, but it’s actually like 15 or 20 drive. I called to be picked up but got no answer. I texted but I got no answer. So we had to take a taxi which I had to pay $35 out of my pocket. Once we got to the property I asked the receptionist why I never got an answer to my call or text. She said she had too many called that day. I asked about the info on Expedia which indicates that it was just a 4 min drive from the airport but it’s actually like 15 min drive or more. She said she doesn’t deal with the info on Expedia. So Expedia is wrong. It was a very frustrating situation. I should get a full refund for this lousy customer service. Will not stay here again.

The young man at the welcome desk on Friday evening, 10:00pm, Oct. 17th was very kind and helpful.

The young woman at reception was amazing. She was extremely professional and polite. I'm sorry, I wish I had remembered her name. The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Shuttle bus driver was great as well. Only drawback was the gentleman that checked us out. He was very rude.

Stated one night before going to the airport. We were able to schedule a shuttle for the next morning to go to the airport. Front desk staff were excellent.

Hotel has Very good service

Staffs are very friendly and considerate, I arrived from a 16 hours flight at 11:00am and they checked me in a room at twelve. I had a four hour nap. Around 4pm I walked a few steps and there is a big shopping mall with plenty of cloths stores, fast food and supermarket. Location is excellent.

The staff were wonderful. We had an issue with our safe and the promptly put us in a new room. Easy to get the shuttle and very reasonable. Would definately stay here again if I need to be near the airport.

The property is in a great location for the airport but not near anything except a shopping mall. You can take the train into the city though.

Far from the touristic areas

This property was clean although I don’t recommend it if you’re trying to stay close to the main areas it was such a hassle taking the train then the bus just to get to the tourist areas. Trying to find good food is so difficult the few places close early and it will take about 30-45 min getting to an open restaurant. When taking the train it didn’t appear like the safest area in town. I wouldn’t book here again due to its location.

We needed an airport hotel overnight in Rome and this fit the bill. Room was clean, facility was fine, area around was pretty run down. It's connected to a shopping mall with limited fast-food type franchises. Reminded me of a hostel type experience (not a bad thing).

The only negative I have is that the property is away from all the attractions. But if you don't mind catching a Uber you'll be there soon, about 15 to 20 mins

The parking is not connected to the B&B, but a voucher and it is free. The parkung elevator was broken. Hotel breakfast is above and beyond, pastries, eggs, cheese and of course a nice espresso machine. The rooms are functional, but the bathroom, especially the shower, is ver small. If you are 6.7 ft tall, not so comfortable. The shower grout is bad with mold, needs attention. But overall a good stay. Thank you.

Amazing location attached to a shopping mall and right opposite to a train station. You can get a shuttle from here to the airport that takes 10 minutes for very decent price. That is almost the same price of a train or even cheaper

Hotel is a bit sparse but adequate. It was clean. Best thing is it is directly next to a very large mall with a large food court, movie theater and plenty to do to keep one busy if you have to kill time. Access to the airport is excellent.

This hotel is right in between a train station on the left and a large mall on the right. It was very convenient. Although online it says shuttle included you have to pay 6EUROS per person. The person did not help at all with the bags. It's about 12-15 mins from the airport. Beds and pillows very comfortable 10/10. Very limited options for gluten free breakfast.

Good place near the airport. Great value for what you got. Breakfast is good and price is good. Remember to contact the hotel for shuttle in advance. Otherwise only reasonable commuting option is the taxi which will cost you $50 eur
