Well located hotel convenient for all our sightseeing tours as not far from the attractions. The staff and service were excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet including the amazing Cappuccino which is usually not good at most hotels. The only downside is that there is no seating in the lobby which is poor for such a hotel. Other than that , our experience was amazing.

Best service ever. Concierge (especially Fred) went above and beyond everyday. Even paid for all the taxis through the hotel. The bathroom in the room had its own thermostat! The restaurant in the hotel was one of the best and I would come back just to try the rest of the menu. Great experience and I highly recommend

We booked 3 rooms for our stay. We were greeted with sincerity and utmost courtesy. Breakfasts were a bit mediocre though. There is a wide variety of choices but I am not sure whether it’s understaffed or staff wasn’t trained properly, coffee wasn’t served in time, tongs for salads missing, cereal bowls haven’t been refilled, staff have been wandering around but they couldn’t see dirty plates on tables which seriously in need of clearing. We ordered drinks from the bar as well. The first bartender did the drinks perfectly but when we came ordering the same thing again, it wasn’t the same anymore. I would expect some consistency with simple Long Isalnd Ice Tea but was disappointed. With “Four Seasons” as a brand, I don’t expect this kind of service. The rooms. Housekeeping hasn’t been doing a thorough job. Upon checking in, we found a pair of OLD socks in the corner of the room. Although deep cleaning was done, we were afraid to find more surprises. Then on the next day, used coffee cup and glass were left unwashed and untouched even after making the room twice a day. The decor is a bit dated but that’s ok. Shower had been dripping and the turn dial was very loose. To be fair though, the bed and pillows were very comfy. We had some good sleep here. I can’t ask for more. Hope management can put clients’ needs as their priority and expect returning clients instead of just robotically running a hotel which claimed to be a 5-stars hotel in this state.

The staff in this hotel is very nice and professional. I found the bed was comfortable and i stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The only problem is that I had allergic reaction to either the bedding or the shower gel, i had this bad itchy rash on both of my legs after 2nd night of stay.

The room was looking and feeling a bit tired.had to speak to someone about the air con as it was extremely warm.the issue was dealt with quite effectively and the room was cooler and also supplied a fan.location is about on the outskirts but still easy to get to places with the metro…good hotel but could be better with some modernizing

I had the opportunity of meeting the General Manager as she has the good habit of interacting with customers to make them feel like at home, she is a very dynamic lady and a great problem solver, would definitely go back to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Much appreciated m The concierge went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right souvenirs, even calling a local shop to ensure they had the item I was looking for! They also ordered an asthma machine for my son when his broke ! The front seat were amazing, waiving a few for an additional bed ! Moreover the host and waiter at the remembered our names, favorite foods and allergies! Oh my Lordy! Everyone was sooo good and so kind and helpful! I have to go back !

Well located hotel convenient for all our sightseeing tours as not far from the attractions. The staff and service were excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet including the amazing Cappuccino which is usually not good at most hotels. The only downside is that there is no seating in the lobby which is poor for such a hotel. Other than that , our experience was amazing.

We had a great, relaxing stay. Comfortable room and a bath tub with a view. Enjoyed walking along the river to a delicious dinner at Fiume. Easy to communicate any needs via the app. The staff prepared some sweet welcome things to help us celebrate our anniversary, too. We will return!

The room was looking and feeling a bit tired.had to speak to someone about the air con as it was extremely warm.the issue was dealt with quite effectively and the room was cooler and also supplied a fan.location is about on the outskirts but still easy to get to places with the metro…good hotel but could be better with some modernizing

I had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. The rooms are immaculate and decorated with class, and the restaurants/bars have fabulous drinks, food menus and service. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and to organise trips and experiences for me during my time in Beijing.

We booked 3 rooms for our stay. We were greeted with sincerity and utmost courtesy. Breakfasts were a bit mediocre though. There is a wide variety of choices but I am not sure whether it’s understaffed or staff wasn’t trained properly, coffee wasn’t served in time, tongs for salads missing, cereal bowls haven’t been refilled, staff have been wandering around but they couldn’t see dirty plates on tables which seriously in need of clearing. We ordered drinks from the bar as well. The first bartender did the drinks perfectly but when we came ordering the same thing again, it wasn’t the same anymore. I would expect some consistency with simple Long Isalnd Ice Tea but was disappointed. With “Four Seasons” as a brand, I don’t expect this kind of service. The rooms. Housekeeping hasn’t been doing a thorough job. Upon checking in, we found a pair of OLD socks in the corner of the room. Although deep cleaning was done, we were afraid to find more surprises. Then on the next day, used coffee cup and glass were left unwashed and untouched even after making the room twice a day. The decor is a bit dated but that’s ok. Shower had been dripping and the turn dial was very loose. To be fair though, the bed and pillows were very comfy. We had some good sleep here. I can’t ask for more. Hope management can put clients’ needs as their priority and expect returning clients instead of just robotically running a hotel which claimed to be a 5-stars hotel in this state.

My son and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful property in a pleasant location. The staff were extremely competent and the service was flawless. The highlight for us was the breakfast buffet with so many options of local food. We also had some amazing meals at the Chinese restaurant in the evening. We loved the pool and the hot tub too. The hotel is also close to a river with some lovely pedestrian walkways. I would highly recommend this hotel. We hope to return one day!

Best service ever. Concierge (especially Fred) went above and beyond everyday. Even paid for all the taxis through the hotel. The bathroom in the room had its own thermostat! The restaurant in the hotel was one of the best and I would come back just to try the rest of the menu. Great experience and I highly recommend

[ótima estada do começo ao fim, contratamos o serviço de traslado do aeroporto ao hotel, foram nos buscar já na saída do avião, experiência igual a que tivemos em Hong Kong , no passado com a mesma rede de hotéis, tal serviço se mostrou importante, principalmente pelas medidas de segurança adotadas e pelo enorme tamanho do aeroporto de Pequim. concierge excelente, nos atenderam maravilhosamente bem. o estaurante chinês nos serviu o melhor Peckin Duck, que tivemos a oportunidade de apreciar pelo mundo. café da manhã do hotel espetacular. recomendo comprar o apartamento nos andares clube, vale muito a pena.

Exceptional services throughout our stay. Staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Even tho the property is not very new but they maintained it pretty well. I would have given it a 10 stars ratings except for their breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet options are quite limited compared to other hotels I have stayed during my China trip. The noodle station is small and you don’t get to pick your own ingredients. The noodle station lady only gave you tiny amount of vegetables even tho I kept telling her I wanted more. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Beijing but won’t be eating breakfast there. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Hotel stay was amazing. Room was clean, smelled good and overall good. The difference maker was the staff. Especially Fred and Leo who helped me locate some items that I thought I wouldn’t be able to get. They went out and found it and paid with their own money to procure it. I was shocked. Absolutely loved our stay at the Four seasons, Beijing. Rooms are large especially the bathroom was huge! Staff went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast had many wonderful options. Only thing needs improvement is the WiFi connection which was very slow. Otherwise rating 5 stars.
