We were in town for a collegiate event. Our arrival was delayed and the manager was very accommodating in checking us in at 3am. That was much appreciated. The hotel is undergoing improvement including new stairs and wood railing along upstairs rooms. Work was done during the late morning and early afternoon so as to be respectful to the people staying. The area felt safe and there were many restaurant options in the immediate vicinity.

What I didn’t like was there are no elevator the pillows are too flat and the lining on the beds are faded. The bathtubs are stained. Not a good place to stay. The room was not cleans once we stayed for 2 night

I did not like the fact you could not park outside your room. There was grass instead of a parking lot. The bed was hard as a brick. The tub at cigrette burns on it. There was not enough water pressure in the shower to get the shampp out of your hair. There was black stuff on the floor when you walked in the room. The maid just threw the covers over the bed. She did not change them while we were there for 3 days.

They were working on some things at the property. Not sure what. The outside area that we were on looked clean. The only thing i didnt like was you could not park in front of your room. You had to park up front and then walk to your room.

Was given a room on the backside of hotel. The problem was that my wife has a bad hip and could not walk around the entire property too get to the room. Was given a refund, The man issue was communicating. His accent and my hearing loss, made it extremely difficult.

I’ll start by saying I’m VERY easy to please with hotels. I understood booking a smaller hotel in a smaller town wouldn’t be a luxury experience, however this hotel may be one of the worst I’ve stayed at. During my stay there was some construction or renovations happening, that’s not their fault but upon check in there was a sizable leak in the front room. Pros: - Cheap - Bed was decent and I slept well - staff at check in was friendly Cons: - 2/3 of my lamps didn’t work - cracks in ceiling - molding in the bathroom was peeled off. - tub/shower wasn’t clean - towels had black marks on them and folded as new. One towel was torn and frayed like a cat - Wi-Fi was spotty there like 7 networks for the hotel (also wasn’t given password upon check in) - shampoo/soap provided was the barest quality. It honestly seems like the bare minimum is provided to guests and the turn over service is lacking the basics of a hotel. Won’t be staying here again

It had a nice view of a cemetery and has a Golden Coral next door. The "disco" lights outside were a nice touch and the front desk guy at night was nice, but thats where ill leave it at. This Red Roof was much "different" than all the others we've stayed at.

I stayed at the red roof inn for a night. When we arrived the rooms were not clean at all and it smelled like cigarette smoke. There was ashes on the bed. We will not be staying here again if we come to Anderson IN

Absolutely disgusting room. It was not clean at all. Old cigarette burns on the bed sheets and blankets, yellow film on the pillows, and from what i could see on the bed skirt looked like male semen all over. So gross. I would recommend that no one ever stay at your hotels unless they want bed bugs or an unclean room.

Had to throw away our socks dew to the dirty floors. Tub was so disgusting and when we asked the front counter person to have someone come and clean it, he looked at the clock and was very hesitant to call his wife to go and clean it. I do not recommend staying there

I am confused. Room had a shower, but there was no way to turn the shower on. Other than that, location was good. Have golden corral right next door and steak place across the street. Room was clean, bed was firm.

Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a good review for this property. For one, the room was not cleaned. I will include photos showing it. Two, the shower did not have hot water. The manager claimed that the room had a brand new boiler, but asked that I wait at least an hour and try to shower again. An hour later, I tried the water again. It ran kind of warm for less than 30 seconds. Then back to cold water. My husband ended up checking us out, and we left. As we were leaving, my husband noticed the lock on the door was not installed properly, and when tested, didn’t work. We did eventually end up with a refund, however, we did have to fight for it, as they only wanted to give a partial refund because I was in the room for four hours (only stayed as long as I did trying to get the water in the bathroom to warm up!). I will never stay at a property owned by Red Roof again, lesson learned!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Heat unit in room was stuck on "eco", so the room did not get above 50 degrees on a February night. No usb plugs available, t.v service was sketchy at best. Most channels would freeze after about 2 minutes. No tv guide in room with channel listings. Room n3eded painted, floor needed repaired in spots. Shower head wa stuck aimed at wall of shower and could not be turned. Had to wake up the clerk in order to check out this morning.

I’m a little surprised by some of the criticism of this property. Maybe I got lucky but room 109 was great! The guy at the front desk was super cool. The bed was probably the best bed I’ve ever had at any hotel. Everything was clean, quiet and convenient. It’s not a fancy luxury hotel but for hotels at this price point it was fantastic.

Gap between door, chain lock, horrible smell, AC was very old, smashed in on exterior side, very antiquated, quit working 1130pm i was so exhausted from traveling, I would not have the energy to call and request abother room. Miserably hot. Told day desk manager AC went out. He said Im sorry. 2 other customers also told me their AC had issues, also. Never going back there!

Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a good review for this property. For one, the room was not cleaned. I will include photos showing it. Two, the shower did not have hot water. Not flexible, and did not get refund. I miss one night because of my tire pop in the freeway.i try to move it for the next day. And now I paid for a night I didn’t use and paid again for the next night .to much back and forth red roof says because third party reservation and expedia says talk to the manager their.. Someone stole things needed for my disability, I know this because I took precautions that even if I dropped it from my bag it would be clustered with other things, a “broken” Apple Watch charger, IPhone Charger, and my Cochlear implant Charger with spare rechargeable on it. The only thing left was the Apple Watch charger (untangled) because they thought it didn’t work. I asked the night worker if he could check the cameras, they said no unfortunately I had to wait for the MANAGER to get there, understandable but need that for my disability, I am deaf. called the police, very helpful, even stayed to look while I went into the room, they went to the office to try and look at the cameras, told the same thing, have to wait until the morning. Went in the morning, asked if anyone turned anything in, “No”, I asked if they looked at the cameras “I did soon as I came in, I didn’t see nobody pick it up, trust me nobody was there”, explained to him this was a very expensive thing on my part and I needed it for my disability could you show me for my peace of mind that no one took my things, “unfortunately can’t do that, trust me no one was by your car and took any thing, no one went near it” Asked him so no one for any reason at all went near the car, to their cars by mine? “No nobody went near it I watched the cameras and rewound trust me nobody there” he rewound the cameras? he would have had more to tell me cause trust ME, there were. Never Again, Go somewhere else. Trust me.
