Continued issues with cold water. If available, get a room in the lower single digits, on any floor, which are on the east side of the hotel. They are the ones with warm water. Any room above a 10 usually gets colder water as you go up in number. Seems that they are aware of it, but nothing has changed in the several months I have been here.

Very disappointing that they had the pool closed

Was not happy about pool not having any heat to it was ice cold daughter only lasted 5 min and throw up right after getting out of water, there was no waffles lady said been out for about a week she was going to have to make sure management ordered it, last was that i had gift card wasnt able to use it and i get little discount through my job but paid more this week then i did a coulpe of weeks ago didnt understand why it was more?

I got a room for Christmas for my kids and myself specifically for the pool. My kids had a blast until they got out of the pool and their feet were all cut up. They were cut up to the point that my 12 year old did not want to swim the next day. If you’re going to go and enjoy the pool, bring water shoes

There was NO hot water for the shower. The girl in the lobby seemed to think this was normal. Other guests were complaining to her about this when I walked by so I didn’t bother.

Cold showers …limited hot water for 3 day stay. I told staff but no apologies and attempts to resolve..said they’d make a note for gm.

When we arrived there was no hot water. Was told it would be fixed between 12pm and 2pm the following day. By that evening, still not fixed. Ended up staying again as it was too late to get another room. No hot water the next day. Was told I needed to speak to the manager. The manager was never available and has yet to contact me.

Very new and comfortable facility in the heart of everything you could possibly need. Stayed here while visiting Anderson University.

The property was ok. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean. One of the elevators was out of order and the other one had a bell that was so loud, my husband could hear it inside our room halfway down the hall. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, our overnight stay was fine but I might look for a different location if I'm in the area again.

Great facility

I booked this hotel since it's the newest in town - booked for clients of our business. They had a horrible experience. The first room they had had blood stains and hairs on the sheets. When they went down to the front desk they were told they were having problems with the cleaning lady on that floor and were given a new room. It was cleaner but still lacking for a hotel this new. Unfortunately we will be taking this one off our list as choices for our clients moving forward.

The front desk staff was unfriendly during check in. We came down to the front desk to ask a question and waited at the desk for over 5 minutes just to find out the front desk staff was outside smoking a cigarette. The bathroom didn't seem clean, the shower floor was disgusting, and the AC unit/heating unit smelled terrible.

Room layout is good, but what a mess. Carpet had not been vacuumed (debris everywhere and a pair of sunglasses left on the floor), dried goop on the light switch entering the room, and hair left in the sink and shower. Requested the room to be cleaned while I was gone the next day and nothing was done except making the bed. They transferred me to a different room. Also, in a hotel not near filled I was initially given a room looking straight at the back of a building facade wall. After I checked out I was phoned that I had left a laptop and other items in my room. I had them all with me. Overall, a disorganized disaster.

Hotel was in like new condition, very clean and had a very nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Was a one night stay, with a late check in. However, the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Front staff pleasant enough but never at the desk. Had to yell hello in order to get someone to come out. The bathroom had cobwebs in the corner and dirt buildup in the corners of the floor. Yuck.

We had an exceptional overnight stay at this hotel with our family. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the staff's hospitality exceeded our expectations. The amenities were fantastic, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool. The hotel's central location made visiting with family and exploring the city convenient. Overall, a memorable experience that deserves a solid 5 stars.

Air conditioner did not work, and there was no mat in a very slick bathtub in the room we had the first night. I told the desk clerk of both issues the in the morning, but no action was taken while we were out of the room for about 8 hours. When I asked the evening clerk why the air conditioner are hadn’t been checked, she initially said she hadn’t been on duty that morning, then almost immediately changed the excuse to maintenance having checked the wrong room. When I requested another room from the evening clerk, she just walked away, came back about 10 minutes later and said the thermostat wasn’t set to cool. That was not the case, as I had checked it before requesting a new room. She just walked away again, and a few minutes later while still standing at the desk, I turned and noticed her at the room door with a replacement thermostat (she’d hadn’t even told even told me that’s what she was going to do). She fiddled with the replacement thermostat and the a/c unit for about 10 minutes then just walked out, even after I told her that it still wasn’t working. I went straight back to the desk, and she seemed surprised that the unit wasn’t working, even though I’d told her that less than two minutes before. When I again asked for a different room and mentioned that I was already late for an event, she got very curt with me and said she was working on it. (It was hard to tell, as not once in this 30-minute ordeal had she ever mentioned what her plan was to resolve the issue)

Clean hotel. Stayed one night only. Only complaint would be a rattling noise from heater fan all night. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with many choices.

Always a beautiful facility, Fairfields are the best choice for low cost rooms with high standards. Clean, crisp rooms with good amenities

The rooms were clean and staff was nice. However the mattress was horrible, probably the worst mattress I ever slept on, I think the floor would have been softer. Also the air conditioner was broke, we called down to ask for a new room & was told they only had a king bed. The next morning we complained again & was told we could have a new room after someone checked out & it was cleaned. After 1 we were finally able to get into a new room, the air worked great, but the mattress still sucks. And the 1st room, the air conditioner was broken & had to have parts ordered…. But never once did they offer to discount our rooms for all of our troubles…. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is back a good bit from the road and hard to see day or night. The road to the Inn needs a sign at the main road indicating entrance. The room and property overall looked very clean and new. In our two bedded room it appeared one bed had not had sheets changed. Shower soap dispenser nearly empty. Breakfast selection was good. Luggage carts leave much to be desired.

Great Hotel, Great Location.

The Hotel is located very conveniently near I 69. It is in very good condition. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was as good as they get. We will definitely return.

Great location, next to lots of food options and across the street from Meijer.

We were disappointed in the breakfast. It was not kept filled and tables were not clean. We were not told that the bath towels would not be replaced and the bed made until after it wasn’t done and our towels were on the floor because that is what the sign in the bathroom said to do to get new towels. We did get the front desk to give us towels after questioning why we didn’t get them.

Liked newness of facilities. Disliked lack of room servicing and lack of fresh hot food at breakfast and lack of herbal tea at drink station.

Breakfast staff was very attentive. Hotel was clean and the rooms were large. Bathroom was accessible for older folks.

Easy on and off the highway. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Room was clean and quiet.
