I really like this place. The cleanliness and quality still looks brand new (I’m not sure just how old the property is). I know that it’s not ideal if you’re looking to do the downtown area because you will have to drive but it’s close to Lake Travis which was my main interest on this trip. It was very quiet while I was there, the gym is well maintained but the pool did have some yellow/green algae that kept me from getting in. The staff were very helpful and discreet with their guests checking in. I will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Reservation was for 2 queen beds, when we checked in, they said that our room was no longer available. Pool and patio was not operational. Disappointing for Father’s Day weekend.

A hidden gem. Extremely clean and well maintained hotel. Bar area was a welcome option. Breakfast that was provided exceeded expectations. Close to the Oasis Restaurant / Sunset Dinner overlooking the lake. An exceptional value as well in comparison to other hotels / options in the area.

Good fitness center with a pull up bar/cable machine overlooking the pool. Spacious free parking. Complimentary breakfast had good variety. Nice room but with some obvious wear and tear. Can get a bit noisy hearing people in the hallway or walking in the room above.

The staff was great. No problems with the people. The lobby and hallways had a strange smell. I imagine it was just some air freshener, but it wasn't a good smell. There was no power in the stairwell the entire stay. The internet is *awful* - I had to use my hotspot to get anything to load. A speed test showed 2 mbps, which is simply unacceptable in modern times. The heater was far too loud and woke me up every night. The chair at the desk was not comfortable to sit in. The pillows had no substance and were difficult to sleep - I admit this is partially my fault and should have brought my own pillow. The inside panel of the shower door was very difficult to move, especially on the left side. The chicken bacon sandwich I had was dry and bland.

Everything was great - breakfast, beds, and the cleanliness in general. However, the shower had very little water pressure and was like a little stream of water which did not allow us to have the best showers at the end of dusty days in COTA.

We were moving overseas and Hyatt at Four Points was perfect. The room we had was big to accommodate all our stuff. They also had guest laundry on our floor. Internet was fast and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

If you book a two-bed room, expect to get one bed instead. The hotel is nice, but communication is poor, and they overpromise. We arrived at 5 PM (check-in is at 3), and they said our room wasn’t ready. A few minutes later, we got in—only to find a one-bed room instead of two. They claimed the hotel was fully booked but offered food and drinks as compensation BUT, The next day, they said a two-bed room was available, but after leaving for two hours, we returned to find it had been given away. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. Won’t be back.

Property was nice and clean. I love the Hyatt. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars was my own personal experience. Since i booked through expedia my room was downgraded and a bed was taken away from me. I originally asked for 2 queen beds and a sofa. I was given a single bed and a sofa. When questioned, i was told that since i booked with a third party they didn't have to honor what i requested and that they were fully booked so i couldn't change it back. The manager was no where to be found and never got back with me.

Room was quiet and clean. Door keycard scanner was missing a front plate and no lotion was stocked in the room. The front desk staff were not helpful and they wouldn’t deliver lotion or toiletries to the rooms. Also they were on personal phone calls the entire time.

This place was great! So close to Lake Travis and on top of it, located right next to CVS, Target, and HEB. The room was so nice. Slept like a baby. The front desk associate was sooo nice and friendly! And the breakfast bar was really good! Loved that you could make a freah waffle. Food was tasty and definitely hit the spot! I would 10/10 stay here again in the future and also recommend to others! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The service was very friendly and the room was excellent. Comfortable beds with an extra seating area. The area is absolutely beautiful. A short drive up RM 2222 has gorgeous views. Close to the lake as well. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Austin.

It was an easy check in and check out - pretty efficient. The breakfast was not that great but the bad thing was the dishes were not refilled for several minutes and they ran out of the silverware and cups for the breakfast (they brought out a bunch of plastic forks and knives instead). They turned off the lights in the service area (for 45 seconds or so) when several people were still queued up to get breakfast 15 minutes before the breakfast service was supposed to end, which is a pretty bad sign.

A very nice hotel and convenient. Perfect location for purpose of visit. Nice large room with seating area. Breakfast was superb. The best breakfast at a hotel we have ever had. Eggs, sausage, bacon, tortillas, hot sauce, cheese, waffles, etc. A big perk was a lovely fruit bowl of cut up fruit...yummy.

Hotel amenities and customer service were good, breakfast time was a little hectic. They were missing cups and utensils but the desk staff was fast in getting them for the guest. There is also only one waffle maker so the waiting for it is lengthy. Front desk assistance was very good.
