Nice place, great stuff. It had a gym and a rooftop patio, which was a great feature. However, the TV in the room was quite outdated and didn’t support Netflix or other streaming apps, which was disappointing for nighttime entertainment. Breakfast was advertised until 11 AM, but when I arrived at 10:30, it was already closed. Only a limited selection of à la carte items was available for an additional charge

The only issue we had is that we could not enjoy time on the terrace due to events that were planned. We were told only adults were allowed. We traveled with children and were disappointed to not be able to enjoy that part of the hotel experience. We did check out the event and saw that the people enjoying the event were all employees we had seen throughout the day. It would be nice for events that include all ages.

This is one of my favorite hotels. Parking is usually not an issue, however, when there is a big event or events at nearby facilities, parking becomes valet only due to overcrowding.

The place was quiet and there was lots of places to buy food around. Since it is a desert are, I wish it had a pool. Over all the people were great and very respectful.

When we got to our room it was not cleaned well. There was a dried urine drop on the toilet seat, hair on the bathroom floor and a spider crawling around in the room. They did move us another room which was actually clean and they gave us coupons for $10 off a meal at their restaurant. Staff was very nice.

Check in was stated to be at 3pm and we weren’t given access until 4:15. Their reasoning was that “suites take longer to clean” when we entered the suite, it felt warm. We tried lowering the temperature but it turned out the AC wasn’t working so we had to call maintenance to fix it. The lotion is the restroom appeared to be used as if it wasn’t switched out. The room looked tidy and the bed was comfortable but I don’t know if I’d be willing to stay there again.

Web site said it was pet friendly. Yes and they charge extra for the dog. They charged 50% of the room rate. Excessive fee and I had no choice. 2.nd rear security door was misaligned and partially trapped and hard to open. 3. Tile floor in shower gets very slippery when wet. No safety handles on the shower wall area in case of slipping.

Truly a welcoming and modern place. The staff is top notch, observant, and eager to provide the best service. The room for the 1 bedroom suite was ample and well thought out. The beds were cloud like and the AC was a dream considering it was 110+ degrees outside.

I have stayed here many times and always have a good experience. The staff is nice, friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the only thing is this time we stayed on the fourth floor right under the gym and the noise was bad, don’t know if it was the sound of the weight’s being dropped on the floor or what but it was loud. Could have slept an hour more if it wasn’t for the noise.

If you’re going for a business trip. The WiFi service that is provided by the property is bad cannot rely on it. Also they mention they have smart TVs thinking you could screen mirror your phone for Netflix but have restrictions on it. The provided channels rarely have any signal therefore are bad.

Great place to stay my only bad experience was the super loud music coming from the bar that is located across from the hotel and that can be heard from the room, and it stopped at around 2:30 am.

Dog friendly with a $50 fee which is fine and expected but wished Expedia had mentioned at booking. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived late so maybe that was a factor, but the in room food we ordered was not very good. The breakfast buffet was great though. Very friendly staff.
