Great property overlooking the golf course. Only complaint was that the elevator broke down prior to our arrival, which we then had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We enjoyed our stay here! We came as mother and daughter for a weekend getaway. We don’t golf, but chose this resort for the price and the pool! There are 3 pools, two with hot tubs. We never struggled to find a chair to lounge in or clean towels. The doors were a little janky getting into sometimes but probably just need a screw tightened or something. We didn’t eat at the restaurant because reservations were recommended and we didn’t make any, but someone else said they were able to walk in no problem. The only caveat (and I expected it) is that it is about a 20 minute drive to any other food options. The area is developing quickly, and I expect there to be more options nearby before we know it. Pretty much on top of sand hollow reservoir, but I would actually recommend quail creek, about a ten minute drive, for less of a crowd. Overall would recommend (:

What a beautiful peaceful area!!!! Our only complaint is that we wanted to use the hot tub after we returned from the lake , the water was no hot! iItwas the same temp as the pool ! we were at the one by the gym. apparently the other pool hot tub was working as there were no seats available in it.! Disappointing! Other than that it was a good stay for sure!

I was deeply disappointed with our stay due to the room being unprepared four hours past check-in time, with dirty dishes in the dishwasher, overflowing garbage containing spoiled food that made the place smell awful, crumbs on the chairs and table, and sand on the couch. Maintenance apologized and promised a manager’s call and housekeeping, but the next day’s offer of just $50 off an $800 stay felt inadequate, especially with only four towels and tiny shampoo bottles provided for four people, requiring constant housekeeping requests. Overall was good. The resort is gorgeous. However the bed had hair on the sheets as well as the shower. We wanted to grill but the grill was dirty as if it was used but not cleaned. Maybe the cleaning crew missed these few things but we would return.

The property looked amazing online but in person it did not match the description. Yes, nice upon first glance but the apartment we stayed in was not very clean. We found hairs in every bed and pillow cover. The couches had crumbs in between the cracks. The leather bar stools had hand grease stains on it and food crumbs. Overall the apartment looked great but the closer you look it is definitely not cleaned properly for being a 4 star hotel. Also the front staff was not friendly, upon telling them we had issues with the blinds being broken and we didn’t want to be charged for incidentals they stated it was on their to do list of repairs. This is something they could of told us before checking into a room with blinds that don’t work. We couldn’t enjoy the view. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Quite secluded desert area. Close to Sand hollow reservoir. Close to town and St George. Rooms had high ceilings and we're spacious with balcony. Hotel didn't feel crowded. Three nice pools. We didn't watch TV so it wasn't an issue but the TV was about the size of a computer screen lol. Everything was great for us. Property seemed newer and well kept. We would stay there again... especially for the low price compared to other options out there.

The area and view were incredible. The check in and out was easy. The place was clean and well stocked. The only issue was the upstairs guests. You could hear them running around and scraping the chairs across the floor until after 1 AM. They were then at it again at 7 AM. I thought for sure at an expensive place like things I would not be hearing that much noise around me.

The property looks very new and is an oasis in the desert with beautiful views of the mountains. The room was HUGE and the beds were very comfortable. Let’s start with the dislikes- Water in the room never got hot enough for a hot shower. No charging outlets on or near the night stand. To small of tv. Not very well lit parking or pool areas. Like- The view from the room was awesome. Nice little space inside the door for coats and snacks. Out of the way but close to town.

The room was not that great. The beds were average. The pillows were awful. There were no "2024" ports to plug in my phone. My options? Plug it in 4 feet away from the bed. Crawl under the bed to plug it in behind the headboard. Or, move the 250 lb. bed out from the wall to plug it in. No bueno!

We stayed in the double queen room last building. Since we had a bottom floor there was no view, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we booked here. The rooms were clean but very bland looking. Comfy pillows and matress but the main reason for a low rating was the bed frames are so cheap and rickety. Any movement you felt like they would buckle. These really need to be swapped out! If would not stay here again the this alone. If it were not for the poor bed frame quality i would give it a second chance. The gal at the front desk at check in was great!

If you want to go offroading or to Sand Hollow Reservoir this is the perfect place to stay. Overall very nice, clean, upscale, and quiet. Theres really only a few things that needs changed. Its the desert, its hot, it needs better AC's in the rooms and if you turn the AC too low where it freezes, they charge you $100, kind of bonkers for an AC that barely kept up, it was like 75-78 during the day and fine at night. They also need some additional window coverings.... there was a lot of light in the room at 9pm and 5am, for such a nice place that shouldnt be an issue. Lastly, water bottle fillers throughout the place would be nice. You can get water at the clubhouse but, its 2024, you're located in the desert, people come during the summer to enjoy the lake and theres not water bottle fillers on every floor like everywhere else? Kind of odd. But, thats the only things i could find wrong, the clubhouse grille is good, pools are nice and clean.

we really enjoyed the ambiance and the condition of the property overall. We had one issue that was a little beneath the standards of a property like this. The heater in the unit did not work and it was a cold night for Souther Utah. the manager offered to bring some blankets and as an afterthought brought us an electric heater that was loud and did not adjust for fan speed. Otherwise the place is beatiful and enjoyable. Thanks.

I live 5 hours out of state. Checked out and forgot a bag. Went to office and they said it could be in lost and found… Said they would contact housekeeping. Housekeeping was to “busy” to check lost and found for me. Waited 3 hours… still didn’t check for me. Called 4 times and went in the office 2 times, yet housekeeping was to busy… Property was nice, golf course was fun, but the staff and housekeeping being to busy to take 5 mins to help grab my bag from lost and found was pretty poor.

The room was nice, but checkin was pretty bad. My son drove separate and got there before us and went ahead and checked in. He was treated terribly! They called me to make sure it was okay and I told them it was okay. The staff was so rude to both myself and my son. We have two reservations for this weekend and if we didn’t have to stay here we would find somewhere else. I was blown away at how they treated him. They talked down to him and treated him so poorly. It’s a nice facility, but that doesn’t give the staff the right to treat people badly! We will never stay here again.

I asked where the “Guest Laundry” was located and the girl told me “there is no laundry for the one bedrooms” another time I asked to have my used towels picked up and was told that they do not pick up towels until we check out. We had a weeks worth of used towels that we were told had to stay in the room. It’s very disgusting. They made us feel like second class people because we only rented a single bedroom. My husband and I are retired and don’t always travel with our kids. We didn’t need more than 1 bedroom but would have liked to wash our clothes. Needless to say, we will never be staying at that establishment again.

We went to check in at 3 PM to see if the room was ready because the property seemed very slow and Empty the front desk woman bark back that check-in is at 4 pm. I said that is fine. We can wait but could we do the paperwork and maybe get a pool key, then I asked could you tell us at least what building were in so if we use the Pool, we could park the car by it. She said no because people harassed the cleaning crews trying to get their rooms cleaned earlier. So we waited for the 45 minutes and when it was four, I went up to the front desk and asked for my key and she said I’m off work now I’ve been hard working all day long! As if she was being put out for me asking for my key? But then she said fine and she reached down and gave us our key and told us what building we were in. I just thought It was so inappropriate for her to have that type of response.

This was a fun place to stay and overall a fun experience. Place was clean and comfortable but the service was bad. No towels at the pool ever and we had to bring towels from the room and we’d have to call for me which they would only sometimes do. Towel racks and door hardware was loose and in bad condition. Two of the bathroom sinks had slow leaks that we called about and the front desk seemed very uninterested in helping and never ended up coming to help address them. Additionally, the TV in one of the bedrooms was damaged and part of the screen wasn’t visible. We also let the staff know about the TV and again seemed very uninterested in helping or at least didn’t seem grateful for letting them know. Overall it was a fun place to stay but I probably would consider another place the next time I’m in the area.

Very limited parking. We had reservations at the grill for dinner and waited 20 mins before walking out and eating somewhere else. Not a single person acknowledged us. The ice machine in the room made a very loud noise at random hours of the night and woke us from our sleep. The room was hot every time we came back to it. There were no extra blankets just a thin sheet on the bed basically. The breakfast service was terrible.

The resort and room were nice. The biggest issue was the poor customer service. When we entered the room it was freezing. We tried to turn off the AC and run the heat but the AC would not turn off. The weather in St. George is usually warm but there was a storm and the low that night was 37 degrees. We called the front desk for help that evening and they said they would send someone to help. The service specialist showed up the next morning at 10:00am. We froze all night as the AC ran and there were no extra blankets. When we checked out no one asked if we were satisfied with our stay or how the room was. We will not stay at Sand Hollow Resort again.

It is such a beautiful property. But we had 2 concerns... It is very dark at night. Finding a building/room is very difficult at night. The property is swarming with people riding side by sides all hours of the night. Very loud and difficult to sleep.

Condo was fantastic, but the food at the Clubhouse was disappointing. The only reason for not giving a 5/5 was the food. We were one of two tables at 8:30am and waited 45 minutes for breakfast only to receive cold unseasoned food. For $13-17 a plate at a high end resort, I expected a lot more. However, the condo itself was phenomenal and I will absolutely stay here again. It was clean and convenient with the most gorgeous views! Check in and Check out was also incredibly convenient, even with it being an event weekend.

Breakfast - No vegan breakfast options. Everything has eggs. I asked to substitute tomatoes for eggs and instead they substituted bacon for potatoes. The waffle was undercooked. Expensive. We didn’t go again. The room was clean and comfortable but was missing a lamp, and had an incorrect shower curtain leading to water mess. Cheap fixtures.
