No free breakfast but all else great. Price low for the quality and nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Currently jets not working but open and water hot and pool water perfect in hot weather. Probably 83 degrees or so. Close to grocery and eating places but off main thoroughfare by block. Love big refrigerator with ice maker and great internet and stove in room but we didn’t cook being on vacation.

We were very impressed with My Place Hotel in Hurricane UT. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff friendly and our room was large and well appointed. We were quite impressed as the price tag was lower than many hotels we stayed in during our long trip. I've already recommended the hotel to others. It's about half an hour to Zion National Park.

Room was dirty and the clean up crew left all equipment and supplies inside. We checked in hours after check in time. No excuse for that. We were moved to another room and the AC was noisy every time it kicked on and the toilet lid wasn’t properly attached. Had to clip it back into place several times because the locking tab was missing. I like the hotel, front desk did a good job, clean up crew and maintenance crew….not so much.

I had someone above me that stayed up all night. every 5 to 10 minutes he would get up and stomp across the floor. all night long until after 4:30 am for two days. talked to front desk they said they know he and would let him know. didn't help. i believe they have live in guests that live at the hotel. worse hotel experience ever. 9 hours sleep in two days.

Nice room, very clean. Plenty of parking. I thought it was odd however that there is essentially a full kitchen (stove, large refrigerator, microwave) with no cookware, utensils or plates. It would have been nice if that had been made clear. The room was in good shape but the bathroom door did not close and the handle was very loose.

The room was very clean, had plenty of towels for the bathroom, fridge was large, bed was extremely comfortable. Only small thing to note is there is a kitchenette, but this does not have any cutlery or crockery included.

Property is great overall, I just wish they would mention somewhere that there is a kitchen but they don't provide anything in it, no utensils, plates, cups, nothing. So make sure to bring your own pot and pan if you are planning on cooking.

The front office receptionists welcome was terrible as we checked in about 7:00 PM. She was not at the front desk and a note at the front desk stated to call the front desk from the lobby phone if no one was there. I called and it literally rang the front desk where no one was which was kind of a joke. When she did come to the front desk she didn’t even say hello or welcome us. It was painfully apparent that she had something going on in her personal life which was directly affecting her ability to do her job. She was just really unfriendly and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Once we received our room key she went outside into the parking lot and spent the next 15 minutes talking on her cell phone dealing with whatever was going on in her personal life and not doing her job. Her personality is one in which she should probably not be dealing with customers. Her clothes and demeanor did not reflect any sort of professionalism. They need to look at hiring another employee. Beside that, the room was clean. Bed was a little stiff and somewhat uncomfortable. The hotel was quiet. For the price it was satisfactory. Would probably stay at another hotel or the other My Place in St. George where we have also stayed.

Excellent staff. After our key card didnt work twice they switched our room. Daughter had a coughing fit in the middle of the night amd needed cough drops. Front desk hooked up cough drops, vapo rub, and hot tea. Super helpful! Excellent stay!

The owner, Danyel, greeted us promptly and accommodated a needed express check-in so we could change and quickly run up to Cedar City for graduation ceremonies. The room was comfortable and clean. I would choose to stay at this property again.

The gentleman at registration was having trouble with some of the checkins with prepaid cards not going through and there was a line of lkke 4 or 5 of us so it took a long time to get checked in. He didnt apologize for the wait or anything which would seem customary in that situation. Overall the stay was fine and the rooms feel spacious enough.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I travel to Hurricane often and this is the first time staying at this hotel. We only passed one night but can see how the set up would be very convenient for longer trips. Easy to get to, slightly off the 9 so it’s quiet. The gentleman who checked us in was great. I’d come back here easily.

The hotel is very near to all ...walgreens and other shops. We visited Zion and this Hotel is just about 30mins away from Springdale and Zion Nat'l park. The rooms are quite and very clean. Staff are very accommodating. I will come and stay in this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all travelers and tourist.

Love that it is pet friendly, most disappointing thing was the lack of any type of breakfast included. You had to pay for anything you might have wanted with the exception of coffee. Overall decent place to stay if you don’t mind lack of continental breakfast.
