Everything was great, as you would expect in a new hotel with attentive maintenance, but what won me over was the woman at the front desk. We arrived on Friday, May 8th, and were greeted by the friendliest and most attentive woman at the front desk. It is receptions like that which make the difference between good and great. I wish I had her name, because she is a real asset to this hotel.

Breakfast quality was below average. Frozen breakfast sandwiches were not good…. Waffle mix was not good…. Plenty room for improvements…

We were in Room 420 and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed just one night but really considered a second night just to explore Hurricane UT. Highly recommend this hotel.
