Clean and well maintained hotel. Pool and hot tub open till late . Breakfast is plentiful and quick and easy.

Super easy check in online and close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Walmart only 3 miles away for stocking up too. Beautiful pool was perfect refresh after hiking and traveling all day.

No fault of the hotel but the room above and next were loud with banging until after 1am both nights. It sounded like they were moving furniture. The 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper was perfect for a family of 6. The pool wasn't heated but still nice as was the jacuzzi.

This hotel had a great staff.Clean areas not a heated pso.It was closed during our stay. I read. A review online about the hot tub , potentially having high chemical so we avoided it. Breakfast needs more tables and chairs. Decent breakfast. Wished it changed a little from day to day but the same sandwiches, waffles, ceral muffins.

Everything was very good. The pool area lacked chairs for seating guests. Pool area had 1 table with 4 chairs and about 5 loungers. We had twice as many guests compared to seating. Overall a great experience. Thanks

I was traveling alone to attend a wedding and felt very safe. The staff was friendly, checking in and out was efficient and quick and everything was spotlessly clean. I was pleased by the well-equipped workout room and selection of nearby places to eat. There's a movie theater right across the street, although I didn't have time to visit it. Even though this is on a busy street and there are several restaurants and businesses nearby, it is quiet and peaceful.

We have stayed at this particular property several times always very happy. This stay, the bathroom was dirty, mold in shower and dried toothpaste on the sink. This apparently is now the parking lot local kids like to hang out in- taking up one whole and of parking lot- ripping all about the parking area with their short- piped cars. When I checked out, the front desk staff couldn't be bothered and told me just to drop my key- and never asked how our stay was. Disappointed.....

Room was not cleaned. Hair still in the sheets. Bathroom is not clean.

This was a very clean property. I was very pleased with my stay. The most important thing to me is always the bed. It was very comfortable.

Really clean Hotel

The room was clean but not spotless, the air conditioner was hot or miss, the bathroom was cleaned mediocre. The breakfast was not really a hot breakfast. Options were slim pickings. Coffee was not ready until around 7 AM each day. The pool are was nice but pool needed to be cleaned.

Room was clean, but shower handle was stripped, so keeping a stong stream and keeping it warm was difficult. Since I was there just two nights and had my hands full taking care of my Dad, I dealt with the issue and did not report it.

Room was fine and mostly clean. Sink wouldn't drain properly which was gross. Lost water pressure while washing my hair in the shower had to keep waiting for the water pressure. Water would nearly be completely off, which was annoying.

I’m surprised that a newer hotel is not very soundproof between rooms. I could hear conversations in the next room. The property is well maintained and clean. Very polite staff.

Booked a suite with 1 bedroom. A/C in bedroom did not work at all. Extremely HOT in there to sleep with door closed. Even with a fan. Lighting was horrendous. Could not see anything in the rooms unless had blinds opened. At night- forget it. Couldn’t see in my suitcase or a book or a map. Also , you apparently can’t get towels and wash clothes if housekeeping staff isn’t there. Had to move back our AM departure because we had no clean towels. 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Water pressure in shower was just a trickle. No TV in living room in case it’s raining and you want to watch a movie as a family. Asked for top floor for noise reasons- given 2nd floor.

Hotel fronts on a very busy highway, and rooms do not have good soundproofing, so the noise is awful all day and night. Got very little sleep.

The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted. We set the thermostat on 63 and it definitely never got that cool in the room. No fan in the bathroom. Needs a better fan in the room for better air circulation. Nice place but not good for the hotter months.

The pool was excellent, service was excellent, room was really clean but I knocked off a star because the bathroom door is GLASS. If we got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night we had to use our flashlights instead of the overhead light because it would wake everyone up. That was a terrible design choice. The bathroom door also didn't lock.

Desk clerk said we were not welcome at the hotel because we have a child with disabilities and his service animal. We booked online and arrived after a long day of travel. The desk clerk said that we were not welcome at the hotel because we have a dog. I explained that it is a trained service animal and access is protected under state and federal law. He allowed us to stay for the night but told me that in the future we need to stay somewhere else. He acknowledged that it wasn’t fair, but that is hotel policy. The rest of the staff was respectful and kind, including when they went with me to inspect the room before checkout. One staff member confided that if guests call for reservations and have a service animal they are told to send the guests to other hotels.

The lady staff who checked me in was very nice, respectful, helpful and professional. I wish i got her name before i left but she’s on an evening shift. Thank you girl.

The staff could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. The only thing I could see improving would be having a room not so close to the pool exit/cleaning supply room (it got a little loud), and I didn't realize I needed to ask for a daily cleaning/new towels, otherwise it was wonderful. Seriously the staff could not have been sweeter!

This property looks brand new and everything was in good shape. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, especially Andrew. There was a large event in the area and a lot of people were staying at this hotel, but it never seemed overly crowded and it was quiet at night. There are many dining options in the area from fast food to middle of the road type restaurants. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Used expedia again (2nd time on this hotel) for my reservation. Pick this hotel and paid extra for a room described excellent for families with kids (we have 3), Daniel front desk "guy" gave me a room that didn't had the little couch that i we use for one of my kids, as we normally get. I went downstairs to speak again with Daniel who was irritated for my inquiries, didn't let me explain or talked about my reservation, sarcastically smiled and say i shouldn't go base on the pictures of expedia and if i wanted a different room i had to pay $25 more, which i had already paid with expedia but of course he didn't want to hear that or just didn't care...i agreed to paid the extra charges he gave me the new room keys which ended up being the wrong room again, third time talked to this guy again whith lack of customer skills said that he gave me the right room, check the computer and said oh ok gave another set of keys and repeat once again please don't touch anything on the first room because i need to go personally and checked like it was my mistake and he was doing us a favor. I recognize working with people can be exhausted but please we are paying for a stressless night during vacations and this guy sounded like he is working on the wrong place or just need to refresh on his customer skills. The rest of the stuff are courteous, friendly and helpful. I better humble attitude goes makes a huge difference. Thankfully the other lady as we were checking out was supernice.

Staff was very helpful when I missed place something. They went out ofctheir w ay to help me. The location was walkable for the theater and restaurants.

Good location for visiting Zion NP. The 30min drive to Zion was very scenic and it doesn’t feel long at all. The free breakfast was good. Several restaurants nearby. The Balcony One restaurant on the way to Zion (Virgin) was the best.

Nice hotel in a good location

Perfect place to stay close to Zion without paying exorbitant prices. Beds were super comfortable and the pool was a welcoming sight in late afternoon. My only complaint is that they serve breakfast from 7-9 which is a late start to get to the park. They should start at 6am

Easy check-in and helpful staff. Would be nice if breakfast started a little earlier, but overall the property is nice and clean.

We have stayed at several hotels on this family vacation at several locations. Each location has provided us with a full hot breakfast. This is a major factor in changing our hotel stays. We feel that this breakfast seems to cut corners in that microwave breakfast sandwiches were provided instead of prepared eggs etc. this is the only improvement we would recommend to the free breakfast. Thanks.

It was easy to get to and the staff seemed helpful. The breakfast was not up to standard compared to other hotels we visited and the seating was limited.

Breakfast very bad : no eggs, no méat , just kinda strange burgers to warm. Disgusting. Too few choice for a morning. Will not come again. Staff at réception very hepfull. Clean hotel.

We have stayed at many hotels on our trip; this one s by far the nicest in terms of quality fixtures, hotel staff and the excellent breakfast. This is an impressive hotel from the wonderful staff to the pool and the excellent rooms.

I only stayed one night, but it was a nice experience. Room was clean and staff was friendly. My only suggestion is to start breakfast a little earlier, maybe around 6:30.

Good place to stay for visiting Zion NP. It's about 30 minutes to the entrance. Clean, modern budget hotel. I wish they offered more variety for breakfast, and had more seating.
