The hotel was serviceable for what we needed, which was just a place to crash after a concert at the Rosebowl. It’s not particularly close to the Rosebowl area (about 12 min drive to the shuttles), which we knew at the time but we would have otherwise had a long, late drive home so we wanted to play it safe. We had our kids with us and all felt it was a safe area and a safe accommodation. The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms could have been better maintained but it was a good, economical option for what we needed and we managed out expectations going into it.

It was horribly disgusting, dirty, inhabitable. We left within 20 minutes of checking in.

During check in I was told deposit was $50,00 for damage charge. When I went back for checking out, I saw the receipt it showed I was charged $70.00, obviously they were over charging. No ice machine, no laundry machine, pool is not available, not working. Loud noise coming from room 251, screaming, yelling, loud music until 3:00a.m., I end up falling front desk, no result.
