Rarely do I write reviews. But the 24hr check in definitely is a huge plus. Get in at 6pm? Check out 6pm next day. I've traveled to many places and many different hotels. This is a 1st. Also very clean and tidy. Gym and laundry too which is a plus.

Honestly there isn't much to make issue about with the Wink. Being the first time in Ho Chi Minh, I chose it based on it having a 24/7 gym, it was in a safe area and easy to get to, and it looked and felt overall trendy and felt like a hip spot to be at. Having said all that , it blew my expectations up in such a good way. Their breakfast buffet that was included, was hands down one of the best I've had from a hotel. The views from the room were amazing. The staff in every aspect were helpful , bright, and pleasant to deal with . The one thing that blew my mind, was that check out is at the same time you check in. My check in was 10pm, and therefore it was 10pm to check out. If I had known I wouldve have saved a days worth of renting the extra night , as I had a flight out at 150am , though that's not their fault. This has a lot of the same vibes as the Line hotel in Los Angeles, which I loved the first time I went , but I will without hesitation say this was much better. For the price of it and the district it's in, the amenities it has , and the helpful and great staff on hand , I have no problem highly recommending this to anyone who, like me, were or are not ready to jump headfirst into the heart and culture of what Vietnam and ho chi Minh is with it's controlled chaos, this hotel helps give you a modern take on many vietnamese flavors and energy. As I've stated, it was my first time in HCMC, it most definitely not be my last, and the Wink will be my spot going forward!

Customer service was great. The location was also good . I like the layout of the family room. However, the bathroom had mold in the shower and I had another standard room that smell like cigarettes smoke even though it’s not a smoking room. I did appreciate the 24hs check out for the standard room though .

Pros: The property was clean, the staff was very accommodating. The food at the hotel was good. Cons: The hotel is on a very busy street, you will never sleep, the noise was endless, they have these huge vents in the ceiling, and at night it sounded like someone was moving around in there, you can hear your neighbors, I heard doors opening and closing. The street noise only stopped bwtween 12:30 am and by 6am then it cranked up again by 6 am sharp. The room was cute but the design of the room made it hard to menouver aroind. If it weren't for the noise, The stay would be a 9 out of 10, the best thing is the staff 10 out of 10 for sure, but I did not get one nights rest there and I went through a ton of hotel reviews just to find this place. If you don't need any sleep, yes this is the place for you, if not go somewhere else!

This is my third stay at this property, my go to on short visits. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are smallish but comfortable. The neighborhood has plenty of coffee shops and local eateries. You are only a xe omh, Grab, or taxi away to anywhere in the city.

This hotel was great! Rooms are small but clean and efficient. The lobby and breakfast were great!! The best part is the 24 hr check in/out! If you check in at 4:30 then you check out at 4:30! I had a late flight so this was great!!

The hotel setting is like a modern apartment and I love the room is clean and comfortable accommodations. The facility is also equipped with an area for laundry/ gym and a multifunction room where you can work, or study. The minus thing is that the food quality at the lounge. I ordered Pho one time and the soup broth is very bland; food is cold. Also the staff need to help customers with their luggages. They have 4 ppl working at the concierge but they don't bother help me bring up the luggages or bring them out to the cab. The location is a bit farther from the center; and not so many food options around.

The 24 hour checkout policy was awesome. We arrived at 9pm and were staying two nights, so we didn’t need to checkout until 9pm two days after arriving. This was great, as we weren’t staring our multi day tour until the evening. It meant we could get up and eat breakfast, go tourist, have lunch, and then hang out in the air conditioned rooms in the middle of the day and not pack up to leave until 4pm. So awesome!

Food was very good, but slightly limited in options. Rooms are well laid out and cozy. The staff are very attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Chi Quyen and Anh Chris and Anh Bobby were standouts amongst the very supportive staff. The “hip slick” style was nice; but the warm friendly atmosphere really brought it home! Had a really great experience at Wink hotel from check-in to departure. Wink is very convivial and great value for the cost. The rooms are admittedly small but work fine for a short stay. The breakfast buffet is a great feature and it is worth adding to your package. The location is also convenient and most attractions are within a 30 min walk of the hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This hotel was definitely not worth what we paid and I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s in bad location that is unsafe because of excessive vehicles coming at you at full speed and motorbikes getting even on side walks. This is in addition to stray dogs and trash all around. We also struggled with finding a clean restaurant to eat as food at this hotel was bad and overpriced. The hotel description was misleading in terms of main attractions close by and most of them were far and required a taxi. Also, insulation at this hotel was terrible causing bad smells and excessive noise. We spent two nights at this hotel and was awakened around 430 am every day. The worst was on day 2 because of loud fire sirens that lasted for over 30 minutes. The room had no phone to call the operator and ask about what was going on. The room was also very basic even though it was on the top floor and had no coffee or tea. Cracks on the walls were very obvious and the ventilation exhausts were dirty including the one that was right above the elevated bed where my daughter was supposed to sleep. Our kids were also disappointed because the description on Expedia said that the room had a bunk bed and this was incorrect. There was only one queen sized bed, one twin sofa, and one elevated bed disconnected from it.

Good location, as everything is a short grab ride away. It’s very quiet despite being fairly central, the gym is decent and the staff are friendly. My room was ideal for a solo traveller but two would struggle I think. The room was always cleaned to an excellent standard, and towels replaced when required. For me personally it met all my requirements and needs for a comfortable trip!

Excellent option for those looking for something different from the busy district 1 shopping district. Mid-way from most sights. Staff members are overall friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze, spent 3 nights, have a unique checking/checkout timing, I came at 7pm on check in day, I was told I can check out at 7pm instead of the norm 12pm.. very nice, as my return flight was at night, I was able to stay till 7pm without incur extra charge .. Only disappointment is the spread of breakfast selection and lack of dining seats.
