皆さんのご指摘通り確かにエレベーターは思ったよりも小さかったですがスーツケース（大）2個と2人がギリギリ乗れれば充分だと思いました。エレベーター降りてすぐの部屋に宿泊しましたがたまたまなのか騒音は気になりませんでした。アメニティも充分。すぐ近くにコインランドリー有り、MAYAあたりまで徒歩圏内。良いマッサージ屋さんも近くに有り。部屋の広さもお値段相応で普通です。スタッフさんもニコニコ丁寧。ロビーの装飾や雰囲気も値段の上を行っていると思いました。

I made a reservation for my friend. He said that it smells awful in the room when he checked in. But they did not change the room. He could not stay there. He claimed over and over. They said that he can get a refund. Next day, he checked out and move to another hotel. I claimed it but I can’t get a refund because they didn’t approve a refund. I am very disappointed in their policies. Be very careful when you check out. You have to get any documentation that shows details. You can’t get a refund even if you obtain an approval cancellation.

Lovely hotel, room was very clean, staff were all super helpful too.

L Nimman Chiangmai Boutique is a decent price performance option, offering rooms that are in good condition, not outdated, and generally well maintained. The staff is warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which adds a nice touch to the overall stay. However, my experience with the room itself was mixed. The first room I checked into was extremely dusty, stuffy, and had a heavy, stale smell. Once I mentioned it, the team responded quickly and moved to fix the issue, which I appreciated. Still, even after that, the air quality in the room was a problem. Because of the air conditioner, the room kept a persistent dusty smell, and it felt like there was fine dust circulating no matter how long I kept the window open. Unfortunately, the combination of the stuffiness and the dust odor made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, while the hotel’s staff and general upkeep are good, the air quality and ventilation issues were significant enough to affect my comfort. With better cleaning and AC maintenance, this place could be a much stronger choice.

숙소위치는 너무 좋았는데 객실의 청소상태가 그닥 좋지 않네요. 좀더 신경쓰면 좋을듯해요. 위치에 좋은 점수드립니다.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und von der Größe her ausreichend.

solid property in a great central Nimman Chiang Mai location. The standard room is small and limited window, so after a few days it was too small for me and I had to switch hotels, but no big issues with the hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and overall, I think it offers great value for money, which is why I chose it again. I do have one comment: the air conditioning in the room was too noisy. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience with the location, the staff, and the price. Interestingly, I didn’t have this issue during my last stay, but the room type was different. If the noise from the air conditioning can be addressed, it would be perfect.

In a great and trendy area of Chaing Mai! Great staff. Free breakfast that was buffet style, was ok but didn’t complain as plenty of beautiful cafes in Chaing Mai.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and overall, I think it offers great value for money, which is why I chose it again. I do have one comment: the air conditioning in the room was too noisy. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience with the location, the staff, and the price.
