Geschikte locatie, ontbijt was OK, bed was heerlijk, badkamer heel klein maar wel goeie douche. Kamer zag er prima uit, maar onderhoud schorten er wel aan. Defecte bank met vlekken, stoelen met vlekken en er was veel stof, voornamelijk in de badkamer onder het wastafelmeubel Verder waren er 2 liften waarvan 1 defect. Het waren niet hele grote dingen, maar alles bij elkaar doet het wat onverzorgd aan

Chambres confortables et très bonne literie. parking partagé avec centre commercial. Possibilité de recharger sur ce parking.

Heel kort. 04.00 werd ik al opgehaald. Gratis parkeren voor 4 dagen was perfect👍

Wir hatten eines der renovierten Zimmer. Sehr schön und groß. Lage direkt neben der Mall of the Netherlands ist gut. Parkplatz kostenlos. Frühstück gut. Von außen ist das Hotelgebäude allerdings noch renovierungsbedürftig

Het hotel is heel gezellig! Met leuke bar en terras aan het water. Ook vlak gelegen bij een groot Shopping center met Cinema. Gratis parking en vriendelijk personeel is een + punt. We komen zeker nog eens terug. Wel zou ik dan gaan voor een wat langer verblijf en een kamer met een terras.

De locatie was voor ons belangrijk om oudjaar te vieren met familie in de buurt. De mall naast het hotel is werkelijk fantastisch! Personeel vriendelijk, maar je merkt dat het vaak te druk wordt. Voor het inchecken hebben we maar liefst 40 min staan aanschuiven. In dit technologische tijdperk zou dit echt anders kunnen door een pre-check-in te doen. Kamers werden niet dagelijks gepoetst. Lift nog steeds defect, dit was de vorige keer ook zo. We vonden het hotel voor de rest prima. Beetje duur, dat wel. We komen zeker terug.. hopelijk zijn de minpuntjes dan opgelost.

This property was perfect for what we needed. Easy access to city center via tram/bus. Mall right across the street for that one day when one of us had business and the other was tired of sightseeing but just wanted to get out. Tons of interesting restaurants in the mall. Staff friendly and helpful. rooms clean and nice sized.

Finally a hotel where I slept very well. The bed was very cosy and the room and the hotel in general very clean. Central and quiet location, even though it is right next to a shopping centre. Free parking, supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Tram can be reached within 2 minutes, which means you can be in the city centre of Den Haag within 15 minutes. Simply satisfied. I can therefore only recommend the hotel :-)

Ziemlich abgewohnt, abgenutzt. Teppich mit Flecken, Badezimmer schimmel und Kalk spüren, Fenster voll Kalk flecken. Balkon dreckig und nur 1 Stuhl ( Doppelzimmer) Preis /Leistung passt nicht Auf Plus, kostenlose Parplatz, nahe zum Strand ca.. 14 min. Und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

As other reviews mention, customer service isn’t the greatest. The biggest problem is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The guest staying diagonally above us decided it was appropriate to play an instrument in their room at 9:30pm. Then just before midnight we were woken up to shouting and banging saying “Can you let me in” We thought this was the hotel trying to get into the room of a guest who had locked their door. The shouting then turned to “I’m in 310, can you get help” I went to reception to report this, and I caught some other guests who were tired of the noise and decided to leave, we didn’t have that option gone midnight. I went up to the floor with the staff, incase it was a medical incident and they needed assistance. Turns out the guest had just locked themselves out on the balcony smoking. We reported the disruption at check out in the morning. The room could do with some more thorough cleaning and maintenance. There was a storm so it was very windy. There was a broken vent in the window which made the room cold. The air con was locked to cold only, obviously other guests were cold too as it was set to 30c, but as it was set to cold it just made the room colder. There were also rubber bands and a previous guests hair tie on the floor. Hotel is in a really great location, seconds away from a really great Mall with lots of dining options. The bed was very comfortable, just wish we had more rest.

We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last few years. Our first stay was great, a lovely room with a lakeside view. Our sleep was disturbed when we stayed December 2023 as another guest locked themselves outside of their room smoking on the balcony and closed the door too far. We let the hotel know, and didn’t hold this against them as this was a guest who made a mistake. We returned in December 2024, on our usual trip around the Netherlands. They had moved to a new booking system, which caused our booking to be overlooked, it was for three people as we had a friend travelling with us this year. We spent best part of half an hour at the check in desk, they had our old cancelled booking with Expedia, checking that we had already paid, working out if where our friend would stay as there wasn’t a bed set up (she ended up in another room) to then be given Car Park facing rooms, not lakeside as booked. These rooms face onto Westfields car park, which has no parking restrictions or time limits. The car park hosts groups of men into the early hours who are out there shouting, laughing, and making as much noise as possible with their cars, horns/racing. We were unable to sleep until gone 2am both nights when these men finally left. These are not young men, but grown men around their 40’s. We raised a complaint with the hotel, and they did not acknowledge or respond. The Westfield centre is fantastic, but it’s so easy to get to Den Haag, we will stay there instead this December

Stayed here for a week and used as a base to travel around the area. Had a room with balcony overlooking the lake, definitely worthwhile booking that class of room, was so peaceful. Room size good. Rented an ebike from reception a couple of times. €29 per day but did get used out of it all day so worth it. Only downside lighting in room more accent lighting than bright and functional. No ramp to or from property which is massive barrier for anyone with access issues. Supermarket a few mins walk away is great value for morning goods and take away coffee if you want to avoid expensive breakfast prices. Easy to access free parking and 2 tram stops nearby. Overall really happy with my stay

Es un moderno hotel a 10m del gran centro comercial, restaurantes y ocio. Teníamos balcón y vistas sobre un estanque. Las únicas pegas: tuve que reclamar la salida tardía que se daba con mi reserva porque en la recepción no se tenía constancia. Pero se resolviot sin más. El colchón de la cama era regularproblemas. Gute Lage des Hotels. Zimmer mit Balkon sehr ruhig. Service gut. Zimmer sind geräumig. Leider kein Kühlschrank, dafür Kaffee gratis.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Aber die Klimaanlage fehlte.

O hotel é bem confortável, tem muitos pontos positivos, tais como, localização excelente para quem pretende ficar em um local próximo de Haia, Delft, Roterdã, Keukenhof e outras cidades históricas, tudo num raio de 50 km. Está na área externa de um lindíssimo shopping, com diversas lojas e restaurantes de excelente qualidade. E a cerca de 40' do aeroporto de Amsterdã. O quarto é bem confortável e espaçoso, e o banho é bem agradável. No entanto, falta um frigobar e disponibilizar garrafas d'água.

Personnel très sympathique

Het hotel was erg netjes en vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden bijbetaald om een kamer met bad te hebben. Toen we aankwamen bleek in de hotelkamer geen bad aanwezig. De vriendelijke meneer bij de receptie gaf aan dat dit een fout op de site was, helaas kon hij hier niks aan veranderen.

The stay was nice and the staff were very friendly, walking across the street to the mall and also to cafe and restaurants overlooking the river, a big supermarket. Everything you need is nearby. The tram also is very close.

Property is good but no fridge in the room. No phone in the room. Very inconvenient to deal with help desk. As international traveler you will need to make international calls to reach help desk for any service needs. Shopping mall across the road was very good. Tram running nearby Staff was not very helpful with inquiries

Hotel is duidelijk wat ouder en van buiten zelfs gedateerd/versleten. Kamers en bedden zijn goed. Restaurant redelijk, ontbijt voldoet maar wel eenvoudig in keus en kwaliteit.

Literally walking distance to the one and only mall in the Netherlands. So convenient! Breakfast was not included in our stay but very good nonetheless - we paid for ours.

Lovely hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Just one small gripe was for breakfast. We are vegan and no hot option although the chap on the front desk did get us some soy milk so we could have some cereal. There was also butter for some bread. Maybe some vegan cheese or salami would be a nice addition. Other than that no complaints and would Definitely stay again.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende dort. Weil unser Zimmer nicht mehr frei war haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen mit Balkon. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Einrichtung könnte an einigen Stellen ausgebessert werden. Auf dem Teppich konnte man Flecken sehen und der Tisch wurde an der Umrandung mit Tesa geklebt was nicht gehalten hat. Fanden wir jetzt aber nicht weiter schlimm. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Dürfte eigentlich jeder was finden. Das andere Essen haben wir nicht genutzt. Kostenlose Parkplätze aufgrund des Einkaufszentrum welches direkt nebenan ist. Ein Kino ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Einkaufszentrum ist ein Jumbo und draussen nochmal ein Albert Heijn. Neben dem Albert Hejin gibt es eine Bar. Es ist direkt eine Bahnhaltestelle am Hotel, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. In ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man am Strand. Würde ich für so einen Wochenendtrip wieder buchen. :)

Leuk hotel, goed gelegen, netjes , goed ontbijt

Zachte bedden, slechte houten vlonder op balkon, spotjes in plafond waar geen schakelaar van te vinden was, tikkende leidingen. Ontbijt niet slecht maar ook niet heel goed. Gewoon gemiddeld. Maar voor gewoon gemiddeld wel aan de dure kant. Mijn voorkeur gaat nog steeds uit naar de concurrent met de vogel 😉

Meget slidt hotel især i fællesarealerne. Træ på teresse var råddent, lamper virkede ikke, tapet manglede på væg ect. Personalet var flinkt og høfligt, men kunne ikke finde ud af at udtjeknings procedure. Krummer på gulvet i morgenmads restauranten som ikke blev fejet op og ingen smør til brødet kun margarine. Pris var for høj i forhold til det man får.
