This is a very comfortable hotel. Employees are very friendly, specially Thomas from the reception helped us out to navigate the city transportation. Breakfast was good and worth it. Heating is a little slow.

The stay was nice and the staff were very friendly, walking across the street to the mall and also to cafe and restaurants overlooking the river, a big supermarket. Everything you need is nearby. The tram also is very close.

Property is good but no fridge in the room. No phone in the room. Very inconvenient to deal with help desk. As international traveler you will need to make international calls to reach help desk for any service needs. Shopping mall across the road was very good. Tram running nearby Staff was not very helpful with inquiries
