This hotel was in a fantastic setting. We were really pleased to experience a quiet, adult only atmosphere in a location where it was just a short and easy trip to Pula Town and there were other useful facilities close by. All the staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful and polite. We were disappointed however at the lack of facilities. Specifically the lack of outdoor seating and bar area and facilities you might want by the pool such as easy access to affordable drinks and snacks which you might expect somebody to want during a day by the pool. We know the hotel has both these things but they weren't open and this was disappointing and meant we had to walk elsewhere to get things and so only ended up spending half a day by the pool.

Food was fabulous (small menu) and staff were super friendly and helpful. We used public bus to and from Pula. Bed was excellent and the air conditioning was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The small pool was never busy and we always got sunbeds. We found it very peaceful and quiet.

Amazing and quiet hotel, always space by the lovely, clean pool. Music a bit loud but only for part of the day with a pool bar. Great views of marina and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Clean and comfy beds with excellent much-needed air con! Really friendly and helpful staff, we arrived after reception closed due to delayed flight and had trouble locating room, but restaurant staff were really great and helped us! Also looked after our luggage so we could enjoy the morning before flight home. Breakfast had a variety of things, fresher earlier on but still tasty. Quite hot at most tables though as no blinds for view of marina. Nearby you can walk to beaches, beach bars, cafes, restaurants and snack bar over the road. Plus the amazing Aquarium!

The staff was top notch! Really great people! ..very friendly.. very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and tidy.. with wooden floors (no carpets).. recently remodeled.. Excellent views of the marina! Nice pool area.. Nice open air lounge/bar area with a glorious marina atmosphere.

Our room was immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable. The Staff are very polite and accommodating, at breakfast they will replace items or provide options as per your request. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing, we spent many hours relaxing or reading by the pool, with towels provided. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Pula and Istria areas, you can walk to beaches within 10 minutes, and drive to all main destinations easily. It's a beautiful place and we'd visit again if staying in Pula. We extended our stay by three nights, and they kept us in the same room even when the price was increased, for that we extremely grateful and more than happy to recommend to others.

Schöne, moderne Zimmer. Super netter Empfang und schöne Lage am kleinen Hafen. Leider entsprach das Frühstück nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu diesem Preis haben wir mehr Auswahl und bessere Qualität erwartet. Der Frühstückraum (nur indoor) wurde nicht klimatisiert, nur die Fenster geöffnet, dadurch war es an den Sonnenplätzen wirklich sehr heiß. Generell empfanden wir den Frühstückraum, welcher auch abends das Restaurant ist, als nicht wirklich schön. Der Pool und Liegenbereich ist sehr klein, aber ganz nett. Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich sauber, es waren aber unsaubere und unschöne Stellen in der gefliesten Dusche und an der Handbrause neben der Toilette. Das sind sicherlich Mängel, die durch Putzen nicht beseitigt werden können. Das Bett fanden wir bequem, da es nicht zu hart war, aber das ist ja immer Geschmacksache. :) Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenhalt, aber wir haben uns gefragt, ob hier Preis-Leistung stimmt. Schließlich fangen die Zimmerpreise in der Hauptsaison bei 390€ pro Person an.

Lovely close in water views from the front building or third floor of the back building. Exceeds the standards for small Euro boutique hotel. Nice pool with great outlook and lots of sun. Helpful friendly staff and very nice rooms. Michelin restaurant on site with great food and wine list. Sea wall and nice beaches are close by. You will need a car, bus or Uber to get to Pula old town.

This hotel is nicely situated right near the boat port and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The exterior and interior of the hotel is very modern but does not go overboard. The rooms are well designed and the on suite is a wow factor! The balcony overlooks the waters and furnishings were perfect. The breakfast buffet did not have many selections given the capacity the resort could house. We understood that and did not have any complaints about that. The amenities were perfect with a pool and massage service if scheduled in advance. We did not look at all the other amenities since we were focused on the Pula Colosseum and visiting the city of Rovinj that was approximately 30 minutes away via the freeway/toll road. The front desk was very helpful and English was used without any issues. The only downside was in our room was one roll of toilet paper and no extra roll anywhere. I had to ask the front desk to supply us with one. Overall, we would come here again if we visit Pula in the future.

Incredible stay. We stayed for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon journey throughout Croatia. We were kindly upgraded to the "Fuoco 1" apartment and it was superb, immaculately clean, spacious with fantastic views of the marina from the private balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful when my wife required some medical attention for her infected insect bite they signposted us to the tourist hospital. We dined at the on-site restaurant twice because the quality of food was so good and was reasonably priced. Aperol spritz only 8€ as an example. Highly reccomended and we hope to visit again in future anniversaries.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Leider war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber, vor allem der Fußboden im Bad. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel aber nicht angemessen. Es gibt nur Toast und aufgeschnittenes Baguette, das ist schade. Ein schönes kleines Hotel, meiner Meinung nach aber keine 4 Sterne verdient.

Leider ist das eigentlich noch recht neue Bad schon jetzt massiv verkalkt, am Toilettenpapierhalter gab es eine Staubschicht, die vermutlich schon länger dort drauf ist.Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, das Bad hatte Seifen-und Kalkflecken rund um die Dusche, die wirklich schlimm aussahen.Schade um den Erhalt des noch jungen Bades. Das Essen der Poolbar war eher enttäuschend. Das Personal war immer nett und aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Leider hat niemand beim Check out gefragt ob es was zu beanstanden gibt.

Wir sind spät angekommen, konnten jedoch sehr leicht das Zimmer finden, dank der hervorragenden Beschreibung der Rezeption! Außerdem haben wir ein kostenloser Upgrade unseres Zimmer bekommen mit sehr schönem Patio mit Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer! Die Anlage ist sehr modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet nicht nur außen, aber auch ihnen! Uns hat das Apartment so gut gefallen, dass wir vor Ort wieder das gleiche Zimmer gebucht haben und kommen diesmal mit unseren 3 Kindern bald wieder! Danke vielmals!

The room was beautiful and huge! We got a private terrace with lounge chairs and patio furniture. The pool was very small but good for a quick dip just to cool off. The included breakfast was lovely (use the little black espresso machine not the nespresso, it’s much yummier). There is a restaurant in the resort and the food is good, but expensive. The staff was lovely, the young man at the front desk offered to carry our luggage to our room for us.

Incredible stay. We stayed for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon journey throughout Croatia. We were kindly upgraded to the "Fuoco 1" apartment and it was superb, immaculately clean, spacious with fantastic views of the marina from the private balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful when my wife required some medical attention for her infected insect bite they signposted us to the tourist hospital. We dined at the on-site restaurant twice because the quality of food was so good and was reasonably priced. Aperol spritz only 8€ as an example. Highly reccomended and we hope to visit again in future anniversaries.

Belle hôtel, personnel très sympathique. On fut accueillit par Maya (Sans doute qu'elle ne l'écrit pas comme ça), super service. Si vous voyagez avec des enfants, la chambre familiale est parfaite. Par contre, c'est particulier 4 adultes dans cette chambre car ce sont des portes en vitre givrée qui ferme la toilette. Ça manque un peu d'intimité pour la salle de bain.

Schöne, moderne Zimmer. Super netter Empfang und schöne Lage am kleinen Hafen. Leider entsprach das Frühstück nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu diesem Preis haben wir mehr Auswahl und bessere Qualität erwartet. Der Frühstückraum (nur indoor) wurde nicht klimatisiert, nur die Fenster geöffnet, dadurch war es an den Sonnenplätzen wirklich sehr heiß. Havde et udemærket ophold. Personalet var helt fantastiske og noget af det bedste jeg har oplevet nogen steder i verden. Udsigten fra restauranten var lækker og maden smagte godt. Værelset havde en kedelig udsigt og sengen redt på en underlig måde. Dette kunne dog løses. Udemærket badeværelse. Naturen i området er fantastisk og ses bedst på en cykel.

Amazing and quiet hotel, always space by the lovely, clean pool. Music a bit loud but only for part of the day with a pool bar. Great views of marina and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Clean and comfy beds with excellent much-needed air con! Really friendly and helpful staff, we arrived after reception closed due to delayed flight and had trouble locating room, but restaurant staff were really great and helped us! Also looked after our luggage so we could enjoy the morning before flight home. Breakfast had a variety of things, fresher earlier on but still tasty. Quite hot at most tables though as no blinds for view of marina. Nearby you can walk to beaches, beach bars, cafes, restaurants and snack bar over the road. Plus the amazing Aquarium!

Our room was immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable. The Staff are very polite and accommodating, at breakfast they will replace items or provide options as per your request. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing, we spent many hours relaxing or reading by the pool, with towels provided. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Pula and Istria areas, you can walk to beaches within 10 minutes, and drive to all main destinations easily. It's a beautiful place and we'd visit again if staying in Pula. We extended our stay by three nights, and they kept us in the same room even when the price was increased, for that we extremely grateful and more than happy to recommend to others.

Wir sind spät angekommen, konnten jedoch sehr leicht das Zimmer finden, dank der hervorragenden Beschreibung der Rezeption! Außerdem haben wir ein kostenloser Upgrade unseres Zimmer bekommen mit sehr schönem Patio mit Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer! Die Anlage ist sehr modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet nicht nur außen, aber auch ihnen! Uns hat das Apartment so gut gefallen, dass wir vor Ort wieder das gleiche Zimmer gebucht haben und kommen diesmal mit unseren 3 Kindern bald wieder! Danke vielmals!

The room was beautiful and huge! We got a private terrace with lounge chairs and patio furniture. The pool was very small but good for a quick dip just to cool off. The included breakfast was lovely (use the little black espresso machine not the nespresso, it’s much yummier). There is a restaurant in the resort and the food is good, but expensive. The staff was lovely, the young man at the front desk offered to carry our luggage to our room for us.

Incredible stay. We stayed for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon journey throughout Croatia. We were kindly upgraded to the "Fuoco 1" apartment and it was superb, immaculately clean, spacious with fantastic views of the marina from the private balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful when my wife required some medical attention for her infected insect bite they signposted us to the tourist hospital. We dined at the on-site restaurant twice because the quality of food was so good and was reasonably priced. Aperol spritz only 8€ as an example. Highly reccomended and we hope to visit again in future anniversaries.

Food was fabulous (small menu) and staff were super friendly and helpful. We used public bus to and from Pula. Bed was excellent and the air conditioning was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The small pool was never busy and we always got sunbeds. We found it very peaceful and quiet.

Schöne, moderne Zimmer. Super netter Empfang und schöne Lage am kleinen Hafen. Leider entsprach das Frühstück nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu diesem Preis haben wir mehr Auswahl und bessere Qualität erwartet. Der Frühstückraum (nur indoor) wurde nicht klimatisiert, nur die Fenster geöffnet, dadurch war es an den Sonnenplätzen wirklich sehr heiß. Generell empfanden wir den Frühstückraum, welcher auch abends das Restaurant ist, als nicht wirklich schön. Der Pool und Liegenbereich ist sehr klein, aber ganz nett. Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich sauber, es waren aber unsaubere und unschöne Stellen in der gefliesten Dusche und an der Handbrause neben der Toilette. Das sind sicherlich Mängel, die durch Putzen nicht beseitigt werden können. Das Bett fanden wir bequem, da es nicht zu hart war, aber das ist ja immer Geschmacksache. :) Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenhalt, aber wir haben uns gefragt, ob hier Preis-Leistung stimmt. Schließlich fangen die Zimmerpreise in der Hauptsaison bei 390€ pro Person an.

This hotel is nicely situated right near the boat port and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The exterior and interior of the hotel is very modern but does not go overboard. The rooms are well designed and the on suite is a wow factor! The balcony overlooks the waters and furnishings were perfect. The breakfast buffet did not have many selections given the capacity the resort could house. We understood that and did not have any complaints about that. The amenities were perfect with a pool and massage service if scheduled in advance. We did not look at all the other amenities since we were focused on the Pula Colosseum and visiting the city of Rovinj that was approximately 30 minutes away via the freeway/toll road. The front desk was very helpful and English was used without any issues. The only downside was in our room was one roll of toilet paper and no extra roll anywhere. I had to ask the front desk to supply us with one. Overall, we would come here again if we visit Pula in the future.

Nice room and Nice beds (four real beds, no bedsofa). Big beutiful bathroom but the door in to it was of glas and not possible to lock. AC work well (but noisie). Smal poolarea. Bad breakfast, very little to choose from.

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted with the warmest of smiles. All of the hotel staff was absolutely friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool area was quiet and clean. And, there was a beach within short walking distance. We only stayed one night this time but would definitely stay here again. Thank you~

This hotel is okay, but it’s far from being a “resort” as they claim. It could be rated as a 3-star hotel, but there are many things that don’t match the “resort” category. The breakfast is just average. There aren’t many options, and none of them are healthy. There’s only one type of coffee, and there’s no fresh juice. It’s not a resort-style breakfast. We missed fresh fruits like pineapple, mango, watermelon, and papaya. From a safety perspective, the entrance to the room’s building doesn’t have a reception. It’s just an elevator that you can freely access without a password or card access. The room is spacious, but the toilet has a giant transparent door that gives absolutely no privacy. I can’t imagine how young couples would feel here. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows and towels are of good quality. Perhaps the worst part is the feeling that the hotel is “doing a favor” by hosting you. We had this feeling many times during our stay. There are signs everywhere in the hotel and in our room telling us what not to do. The location is ok, however you need a car to explore the beautiful region. Pula as a city is also pretty decent.
