My request was to arrange a room at highest floor and it was fully reflected. My another concern was the access between the parking lot and my room and it was well solved without problem. The room was spacious and had an excellent view of church and open space. The bedroom isolated by stair was comfortable for me though my wife was not happy to come up. A small fitness room is also available. The Confluence is at walking distance and the public transportation is nearby.

I didn’t like that they locked up the dishes etc and you had to request to have access to them. I have stayed in several of these hotels and have never experienced this. Nice outdoor patio area. Nice neighborhood. Convenient location and access to transit. I was there during a heat wave and appreciated that the AC worked well!

Everyone at the front desk is friendly and speaks English fluently. The gated parking entrance is located at the back of the building—once we figured it out, coming and going was very easy. Room is on the bigger size comparing with similar hotels.

Checkin was easy and the receptionists were alway friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped, even with all the basic cooking utensils for a small meal. The availability of laundry facilities was also a bonus. The room was a little warm after a hot day, but opening the windows help. Would stay here again

Fabulous place to stay in Lyon. Walk to Everywhere or a tram out the front if you need it. Staff are amazing - we arrived before 11.00am and we were checked in super early. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed at our fingertips. The air conditioner was awesome - it was a 38 degree day and we were comfortably cool in our room. Thanks guys, we’d definitely stay again.

A great hotel, centrally located. But very basic. Not much above an IBIS hotel. No charm. No coffee maker, only instant coffee. Ultra modern rooms with no charm. Clean and comfortable. a bit weird to get to second building ?! Parking is cheap at 13 euros per night. if you need a place to simply sleep and move on. that's the place to go.

Booked the duplex room - bedroom on a mezzanine level with sofa bed, dining area & kitchen downstairs. Lots of space which was very welcome. Very little outside noise despite room being at the front of the hotel and being on a tram route. Plenty of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. All staff very friendly & helpful & hotel very clean.

Belle surprise en entrant dans la "chambre", un duplex ! Sanitaires et kitchenette en bas et le lit à l'étage en mezzanine, accessible par un escalier en bois. La nuit un peu moins wouaw, le lit double n'est autre que deux lits simples mis côte à côte avec des draps pour lit double... pas très confortable pour dormir collé l'un contre l'autre sans passer entre les deux, d'autant plus que les lits glissent sur la moquette. L'insonorisation pas au top, on entend le tram dans la rue malgré malgré les doubles fenêtres. On entend également les utilisateurs voisins lorsqu'ils montent/descendent les escaliers en bois ou utilisent les interrupteurs. Pas top pour cette catégorie d'établissement. Mis à part cela, très bon accueil, petit déjeuner copieux et habituel pour la franchise.

Comfortable rooms. Enjoyed having the mini kitchen. The staff was exceptional. Location was close to the metro/bus station and walkable to many restaurants and attractions. Unfortunately we travelled in early October and the hotel's A/C had been turned off. As the room was too warm for us we had to open the windows and were woken up a few times by rowdy people walking by. Also there are only 1 or 2 stations on the TV

Je suis venu avec un ami pour profiter de la course "Saintexpress" et le logement était parfait pour nous deux. Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié, c'est que nous avons demandé s'il était possible de partir tard de la chambre (car nous rentrions vers 6h du matin) pour dormir un peu et la dame de la réception a été hyper flexible et sympathique en nous demandant l'heure qui nous arrangerait le plus. C'était vraiment un geste simple et pourtant ô combien appréciable, merci à elle !

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which I appreciated. However, our check-in experience on 14th August was very disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and her behavior was completely unacceptable. The parking door was faulty, and despite me trying multiple times as instructed, it still didn’t work. Instead of helping, she sent me back and forth three times and then started speaking in French about us to other guests, assuming we wouldn’t understand. This was disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate, because the hotel itself was nice, but the staff attitude left a very negative impression.

Room was pretty clean and very spacious. Bathroom was also very comfortable and clean. One thing, the air conditioning has a very mild high setting, so take that into account when staying during the summer months. Location is great although the area that surrounds it seems a little dangerous. Great hotel!

Modern and efficient Aparthotel on tram line to Perrache and Part-Dieu train stations. Comfortable. Location is good, but not right in the heart of the tourist area. It requires a short tram ride plus a short metro ride, or a moderate walk, to get to the main area.

The hotel was easy to locate right on the tram street, and very close to Perrache station. The check in and out was smooth. The room was quite nice? Loved the high ceilings. Had everything needed in the room. Would have been better if the room was cleaned on the second day of our stay instead of just tidying the bed sheets. But besides that it was a good stay. There is a good patisserie on the way to Perrache station that I had best coffee. There are many store open late night and in the morning there is a big carrefour 10mins walk opposite side of Perrache Station.
