Recoleta Grand is NOT a traditional "Grand" hotel! In fact it is an under-stated modern medium sized establishment in a pleasant quiet street in the heart of the Recoleta district which is excellent for walking around. From the warm welcome onwards the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. It instantly became our home-from-home during our short stay.

The Recoleta Grand is undergoing renovations. It had a few hiccups. But they were resolved immediately by a friendly and efficient staff. It will end up looking beautiful. And the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely be staying there in our next visit to Buenos Aires!

Nice room in a good area for pre-cruise stay. I booked tours through Expedia with hotel pick-up, everything went great. Nice lobby, efficient checkin, and door staff. Impressed with the room size and amenities. I explored the area a bit during the day and felt safe. Walked to the cemetery and back with no issues - solo traveller.

Solo que el agua de la ducha no estaba caliente. Avisamos al segundo día. Fue la persona de mantenimiento y nos dijo que la caldera del hotel la estaban compartiendo con nuevo hotel. El nuevo hotel, según observé, está en obra gruesa. Lo único visible es el departamento de venta ( muestra) con sus luces prendidas. En fin, finalmente el último día el problema sé solucionó. Lastima, todo el resto perfecto! La atención y calidad del desayuno magnífico. Se destaca un mozo con un poco de sobrepeso 😃

This is an exceptional hotel, I highly recommend the Recoleta Grand and would book again if I was to come back to BA! It’s in a great spot which is super easy to use as a base for exploring the city. The room/amenities were fresh and luxurious, we asked for a later check out which was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was impressive with great variety and inclusions. The service here is particularly wonderful. The staff every morning at breakfast were super attentive and pleasant. A particular shout-out to Hugo who made an awesome first impression when we arrived and gave us such a friendly and warm welcome to the hotel and our room, helping with our bags and all sorts of questions. Last and not least, we found this to be awesome value for money. The hotel is new and it seems that they will open more eating and drinking venues in the building imminently which will make it even better. Highly recommend.

While a very grand hotel, there was lot that was not so great. The room was small - and badly laid out. The TV nearly got knocked off 3 times. Only one small bin the room and bathroom. Hoovering outside the bedroom at 9am on a Sunday morning. Noise from the conference suite disturbing breakfast room. Front staff not being able to offer meaningful recommendation (for wine bars or markets).

I never leave a review and I believe 5 stars should mean that it exceeded expectations. The hotel was nice, clean, and well managed which i knew it would be. What i loved about my stay is the service. Everyone was so helpful. My son asked if we were their favorite customers! I dont know if we were there favorite but we were treated as though we were.

Excelente hotel atención muy buena, camas confortables y almohadas extraordinarias. La mejor zona de la ciudad Lo único que no me gustó fue el desayuno; cuando lo tomé no había huevos y si los pedia cobraban adicional. No me parece que lo hagan en un hotel de esta categoría. No estoy de acuerdo con esa política del hotel cuando hay desayuno incluido. Tengan en cuenta esto ya que se van a convertir en marriot y alla no pasa esto.
