Be careful because heated pool is not available. Check before doing reservation. Until today I requests to received an answer from the hotel and nothing so far.

Nice hotel, pretty new, and room is very clean. Most are positive. Only one thing that one small drink ordered from pool costs $26 US dollar. That's just seems way to expensive.

Not only is the hotel lovely, conveniently located, and in a safe walkable area, but the customer service at this hotel is outstanding. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Alexis and manager Luis at the front desk, we were treated like valued guests. The concierge, Belen, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Bellman, Uzzy, was so sweet and helpful too throughout our stay. We can’t recommend this beautiful hotel enough. We will definitely be back.
