The staff were brilliant. There were no tissues which would have been a nice touch . Only criticism was that the mattress was hard.

Beware and do not book if you are concerned about health and safety. The sewage/mold smell was overwhelming and caused my family headache for more than a day. The shower heads did not work properly, the sink didnt drain well. In the shower there were mildews everywhere. The room was very cold as they try to disguise the sewage/mildew smells. I showed the property owner the conditions of the room and she brushed it off saying it was fine. Since no staff were present at the property at night, when I asked hotels.com staff to intervene , the property owners did not pick up the phone. We had to move to another hotel the next morning despite their refusal to refund money. The breakfast was below average although the staff serving breakfast was very nice. The hotel managers were not.

Nice in the center, easy to get to. Nice big room.

Yes everything is excellent and the property is very close to everything

The sink basin was cracked the light fittings were bent on the wall, the headboard was damaged, the table had a broken glass top. The pipes were also noisy. Filthy under the bed. There are no common areas to use. But it is central.
