Nothing. There was several things wrong with the hotel. First off when checking in the clerk looked like they just got out of bed and was not dressed professionally. When we got to the room the temperature was 58 degrees, the thermostat was not working. The clerk didn’t believe us, but finally fixed it after realizing it was broke. Only one elevator worked. The hot tub was not warm. Soap dispenser was broken in the shower. The hallways smelled like marijuana. Throughout the night the smell of marijuana was so bad in our room. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Hotel was under construction when we stayed there. We had problems regulating the temperature of our room and it was so hot. Breakfast was going to be delivered to our rooms at 7 - we had to fill out a paper the evening before with what we wanted and the time. We never received breakfast as we had to leave 30 mins after it should have come and never came. Luckily the pool was open but it should have been advertised the hotel is majorly under construction. The entire lobby was ripped up.

This hotel was very clean. Hotel room was spacious and the breakfast was super delicious. Best feature was the pool area and the dinner room. While us adults were enjoying each other we could watxh our kids swim in the pool thur the glass area. It wsd so convenient for everyone. Highy recommend and i will definitely be staying here again for our basketball tournaments next year

When we checked in the hotel staff were rude. We had lightbulbs out in our room, we had to ask for replacements and replaced them ourselves. We asked for a crib for my son to sleep in and they said they didn’t have any available which was frustrating. The swimming pool was ice cold & had zero shot of going in the hot tub with all the people from the cold pool. We had to move our room at 230am since our toilet broke and wouldn’t flush. The shower had zero pressure and half of the water was still coming out of the faucet for the tub. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were a joke. This was a terrible stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and looked newly decorated, giving it a fresh and welcoming feel. The staff were all friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The pool was excellent and very clean, a great place to relax. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options and everything was well maintained. Our room was quiet, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is also a big plus, close to many good restaurants. Our favorite was Cheddars, which had great prices and large portions, especially at lunch. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

The hotel representatives were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the sports complex and local shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel room was just mediocre. The bathroom floor did not appear to have been cleaned with detail. There was hair and debris from outside on the floor. The coffee station in the room also had several hairs and crumbs on the counter left from the previous guest.

We made our reservation about 2 hours before we arrived. Our room was ready when we got there! Both ladies (I’m sorry, I don’t remember their names, we had been traveling for 16 hours at that point!) were very nice & thorough with instructions, where everything was & the hours of everything!

The property itself was great. Clean room and great pool area! However, the customer services was bad enough for me to actually take the time to make this review. The front desk people were completely rude and unprofessional. Never as an adult have I been told I have to go to bed at 10 at any hotel I have ever stayed at! The cops got called twice simply because adults wanted to hang out in the lobby past 10pm. The fact that the front desk women were yelling at guests like they had done something terrible was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Terrible customer service and we will never be back… Side note: I feel this negatively about the place after just witnessing all of this last night and my room wasn’t even a part of the so called problem. But it definitely could have been handled better!

A lesson in hospitality is needed. I have never felt more unwelcome during a stay. Do not stay here if you like to be treated like a guest. Front desk girl was on a power trip, yelling at us about noise....when quiet hours are posted. Yelled at before 6:00pm, hours 10;00pm-7:00. Yelled at numerous times....and our group was the inky ones in the lobby. Never stay here.

My wife and I didn't enjoy the stay at this particular hotel. First of all the parking was ridiculous, couldn't find a spot to park. There were a lot of construction crews there which brought the ladies of the night walking around in the parking lot all night. Last, the breakfast was always empty and no one seemed to care. I will say the room was nice and clean and met the conditions offered.

I choose HIE because of the consistency of cleanliness, friendliness and overall quality experiences. This location did not disappoint. The streets/road and odd parking lot entrance/exit was initially confusing but the area appears to be in ongoing development so will probably be changed soon
