We had a fantastic family stay. Everything was new and clean. Beds are very comfy. Staff very professional and friendly. Pool/ exercise room was nice. Plenty of options at the provided breakfast. Area is very quiet and safe with loads of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. What a great stop along I-70.

We arrived earlier than expected & the staff accommodated us with early check in…but then ghosted the front desk. We needed towels for the pool & then we noticed the conditioner & shampoo dispensers were empty but staff was nowhere to be found.

The hotel is clean and its really close to what we needed the highlands facility. We were there for the basketball tournament this weekend. They had a power outage the night we stayed which we knew about and wasnt the hotels fault. The elevators did not work when we were there which was terrible for some of our group that couldnt walk steps. The pool is super small for the group of kids we had but they made it work. But the main thing is it was clean and convenient for what we needed

The sheets on our bed in our first room had not been changed. We went downstairs to request another room without issue but were not offered any type of apology. Both rooms were questionable on cleanliness although our room was very quiet and as comfortable as possible when you feel like you're staying in someone's else's dirt.

Our room was large, the bed was very comfortable. Everyplace in the hotel you looked, it was very clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but good, waffles, eggs, sausage etc. Not so crazy about the channel selections on the television. Great place to stay!

Lots of hair (not head hair) in the shower... moved us to another room... more hair in the shower (not as much). Rest of the room was clean... just won't take a shower. Disappointed.

The Breakfast was amazing!! Options changed every morning and the options were always delicious and well prepared! Only downside was when I arrived there was someone elses hair in the shower which makes me think it was not cleaned properly...

Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows).

The room was overpriced in my opinion for what we experienced. The walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors entire conversation. The pillows were flat and the sheets were not soft. We were also not happy to find that our bathroom had no bathtub. Only a standup shower. For almost a $200 room charge per night, it felt much cheaper. Truly disappointed.

However, not satisfied with the room. - mattress cover kept sliding off of the mattress - microwave door would not close, unusable - the shower floor does not allow water to fully drain, have to stand in a puddle of water and then shower the next day standing in the same dirty water from the day before - no exhaust fan in the bathroom

Staffperson was very helpful when we had a glitch with our key, and she gave us a bag with some snacks for our "trouble." It was not a big deal, but we appreciated that she did that for us. Cookies and lemonade at check-in were a plus!

Breakfast was VERY UNSATISFACTORY. it was mushy potatoes, barely cooked gross sausage, no fruit. Also, no provision of pen, paper, and water bottle is very chintzy for a Marriott property. I was told at the desk their provision of water bottles was reserved for their platinum members! We'll go elsewhere!

Reserved 2 queen beds. Put me in a room with 1 queen. I went back downstairs because no one would answer phone and asked for 2 queen beds they said none available so gave me a king with pull out couch. Breakfast was average but no breakfast meats available. Hotel was loud because packed with young softball players but that was not really hotels fault.

Hotel property is new, clean and modern. Lots of shopping options nearby. Hotel room was big enough. Pillows and bed was not comfortable. Toilet paper was a very poor quality. Morning breakfast tgey provide was not that great.

The breakfast was horrible. The one lady working the breakfast room told us they only do good breakfast on weekends. For what we paid per night especially for Sunday night why do we get ripped off with breakfast. Also this chain use to carry French vanilla creamer. Another reason we chose this hotel. They apparently cannot afford it anymore but increased there prices.
