Il nous aura fallu trois jours, quatre appels et six passages à la réception pour que notre appartement soit enfin « correctement » nettoyé (draps tachés, moisissures, papier toilette collé à l’armoire du couloir) Le lendemain de notre arrivée, défilé de pompiers et de police pour empoisonnements multiples dans une piscine (beaucoup d’enfants touchés) donc pas très rassurant. Nous n’avons vu aucun spectacle nocturne (y en a t il ?). Nous espérions faire de l’aquagym ou quelque chose de similaire. Il n’y en a pas. Les enfants espéraient pouvoir profiter de l’accrobranche de l’hôtel. C’est resté fermé toute la semaine. En bref, la communication interne et avec le client est inexistante. Nous avons ADORÉ Chypre, mais nous regrettons le choix de notre hôtel.

We stayed at the swim up suites, the rooms are big and comfortable with big veranda. Gardens are very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was also nice with variety. We had two relaxing days. We will return for sure.

There are essentially two very different hotels linked in the same large complex marketed with different names. This part was quiet, with a lovely large pool, a nice clean apartment in small white washed blocks with comfortable beds and terrace. The staff was particularly helpful and Vasilis in particular was excellent. If you want you can also access the holiday ‘fishing’ village part adjacent with its large lagoon pool and water park for kids - which is marketed as a different hotel and indeed feels totally different - but if you really liked the tranquility of this bit of the complex you won’t like that as it is crowded noisy and busy.

Very nice hotel! It offers independent apartments with a small yard, as well as apartments in the main building with direct access to the en-suite swimming pool. We stayed in one of the independent apartments, which was fully equipped with kitchen appliances and a small fridge. It was very clean and comfortable. We also had access to three main swimming pools. The breakfast was okay, but the dinner was absolutely fantastic – each night featured a different theme with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel is clearly designed for families. The environment is kid-friendly and offers plenty of activities, especially for younger children.

We have had a lovely relaxing week at the Aliathon. There are lots of good things about this holiday village. The staff are friendly and helpful, there are lots of food and shopping options, the gym is good…however the pools are too cold to enjoy for any length of time- this is a problem with other resorts in the area and since the resort isn’t directly on the sea (which is warm with sandy/rocky beaches) it is hard to spent time in the water. Also, I would say that the furnishings and facilities in the apartments are a bit mean- small towels, not enough storage, not much cutlery and the maid service do a fairly basic job. If you or your kids want a holiday in the pool in autumn, check if it’s warm enough in the water.

Excellent spacious apartment. Nice private pool and good breakfast. Didn’t like the fishing village area but we were far enough away not to be disturbed. Convenient location for our short break. Didn’t like the degrading astroturf areas around the pool with micro plastics everywhere. Coffee machine in room no good and no milk but could get drinks elsewhere no problem. Overall would recommend.

Start with the positives ,the staff were wonderful and as helpful as possible. The complex is tired, certainly not 4 star . It really is an apartment complex, not a hotel, they try to do both but really miss. From the simple things you expect like replacing the milk pots in the room when it's cleaned to structural things like having an on site restaurant or bar in the evening it isn't a hotel experience.

The property online looked quite nice but on arrival it appeared that the photos were old/doctored and that the property had been somewhat neglected for some time. Not on daily tasks but over time allowed to deteriorate and repairs not executed to maintain the high quality experience that was advertised. The floor in our room was severely scratched and damaged, and areas around the room had clearly worn over years without even the effort to repaint. The hotel contained multiple restaurants but the online information was all out of date leaving us confused on what was available. The only restaurant information was provided on a very basic printed sheet with limited information. We ended up finding the out of date google maps information more useful than this print out. Finally, the biggest issue was the quite obvious cockroach problem. We found multiple in our room, and throughout the night could hear noises in the walls. It was ultimately not worth the cost of the swim up room.

The hotel grounds were nice and clean. I am not sure if my husband and I just got a older room as my parents room was next to us and it was much nicer than ours. Our room was old and pretty dirty with a lot of bugs. Overall our stay was pleasant but disappointing as a lot to things were closed (i.e. pool bar). Not sure if we would stay again or try somewhere a little newer. *my review is based on coming here on off- season, I would assume everything would be open during the season.

LOVED my stay at Aliathon, I have stayed here two times. It is about a 2 min walk to the beach, easy parking, lovely staff. The apartments also have little kitchenettes so it was nice to be able to eat in a few times too. I've stayed many different places in Paphos this is my favourite so far!

Beautiful hotel, great location, mostly friendly staff. The hotel itself is spacious, modern and well appointed. A kettle was provided to my room on request and extra towels provided without issue. I was however refused a Cyprus coffee with my breakfast which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard (and in Cyprus) and the breakfast staff seemed disinterested in any form of customer service other than to stand guard around the buffet. Also, the panels in the lift were detaching and the carpet on the room floors are very thin, which isn’t a great look and needs attention - no carpet would be much better than bad carpet. Otherwise, this hotel far exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

There are essentially two very different hotels linked in the same large complex marketed with different names. This part was quiet, with a lovely large pool, a nice clean apartment in small white washed blocks with comfortable beds and terrace. The staff was particularly helpful and Vasilis in particular was excellent. If you want you can also access the holiday ‘fishing’ village part adjacent with its large lagoon pool and water park for kids - which is marketed as a different hotel and indeed feels totally different - but if you really liked the tranquility of this bit of the complex you won’t like that as it is crowded noisy and busy.

LOVED my stay at Aliathon, I have stayed here two times. It is about a 2 min walk to the beach, easy parking, lovely staff. The apartments also have little kitchenettes so it was nice to be able to eat in a few times too. I've stayed many different places in Paphos this is my favourite so far!

Beautiful hotel, great location, mostly friendly staff. The hotel itself is spacious, modern and well appointed. A kettle was provided to my room on request and extra towels provided without issue. I was however refused a Cyprus coffee with my breakfast which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard (and in Cyprus) and the breakfast staff seemed disinterested in any form of customer service other than to stand guard around the buffet. Also, the panels in the lift were detaching and the carpet on the room floors are very thin, which isn’t a great look and needs attention - no carpet would be much better than bad carpet. Otherwise, this hotel far exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We have had a lovely relaxing week at the Aliathon. There are lots of good things about this holiday village. The staff are friendly and helpful, there are lots of food and shopping options, the gym is good…however the pools are too cold to enjoy for any length of time- this is a problem with other resorts in the area and since the resort isn’t directly on the sea (which is warm with sandy/rocky beaches) it is hard to spent time in the water. Also, I would say that the furnishings and facilities in the apartments are a bit mean- small towels, not enough storage, not much cutlery and the maid service do a fairly basic job. If you or your kids want a holiday in the pool in autumn, check if it’s warm enough in the water.

Excellent spacious apartment. Nice private pool and good breakfast. Didn’t like the fishing village area but we were far enough away not to be disturbed. Convenient location for our short break. Didn’t like the degrading astroturf areas around the pool with micro plastics everywhere. Coffee machine in room no good and no milk but could get drinks elsewhere no problem. Overall would recommend.

This place is heaven. So Beautiful, clean, lots of nature around, and all the area of the hotel is just stunning. I would add some vegan options for the breakfast, it’s would be amazing. Many people becoming vegan these days, hotels should too. I love the fact that they also have sweet beautiful cats living there, it brings so much joy and peace to the atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you Aegean for your warm welcoming, for the room upgrade and for helping me to extend the room for another 2 nights. can’t wait to be back again.

Very nice hotel! It offers independent apartments with a small yard, as well as apartments in the main building with direct access to the en-suite swimming pool. We stayed in one of the independent apartments, which was fully equipped with kitchen appliances and a small fridge. It was very clean and comfortable. We also had access to three main swimming pools. The breakfast was okay, but the dinner was absolutely fantastic – each night featured a different theme with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel is clearly designed for families. The environment is kid-friendly and offers plenty of activities, especially for younger children.
