The toilet area is rather badly designed with the door impeding access and egress. My room had a very nice view on the river and Namsan / Seoul Tower. The swimming pool is decent although the water temp was too high. Location: Quite good as the Yeouido subway station is nearby. The river park and Yeouido park are also within walking distance. Food: The breakfast is decent, with lots of selections. But some offerings clearly came from frozen stock, like the dumplings. And the fruit selections were good some days, quite poor other days. Service was OK. I was offered refill for my tea only once. The other days, I was given just one cup and that was it. I suppose I could have asked for refills, but in a 5-star hotel, one shouldn't have to do this. The cafe was terrible. I had some cake there one evening with a friend and we both didn't finish it. The Italian restaurant was decent although very expensive for the food it served. Overall, I would say this is a decent business hotel that works well for all the business people I saw everyday at breakfast. But otherwise, nothing exceptional. I will not return.

Great location to the city and at the IFC and Hyundai malls. Abundant and delicious options for breakfast. Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The gym was large and full of new equipment. The staff were eager to assist and genuinely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel near ifc mall and Hyundai mall. Although this hotel is 10yo , it’s still comfortable enough and the service is top notch! People here are kind and they make sure your stay is comfortable. Need to pay if you want to use golf and jacuzzi. The pool has a strong smell of chlorine . Breakfast was good ! Housekeeping was helpful and kind. Front desk upon check in was also friendly.

4인가족 서울 여행 위해 예약한 숙소입니다 2박에 150넘게 예약 후 투숙했는데 위치는 정말 좋지만 호텔은 글쎄요 과연 이 금액을 주고 투숙할만한 가치가 있는지 잘 모르겠습니다 우선 세월의 흔적이 느껴집니다 복도에서부터 깔려있는 카페트때문에 약간 쿰쿰한 냄새 있고요 입실 후 제일 먼저 확인한 건 누군가 먹고 남긴 생수병이 그대로..... 드라이기 옆에 아주 긴 여자분 머리카락도 발견했구요 객실 정비팀이 바로와서 너무 미안해 하며 사과하고 생수 여분으로 많이 주고 가셨지만 그래도 아쉽더라구요 호텔 조식이 별로라는 이야기 많이 들었는데.... 정말 먹을거 별로 없고 커피가 보리차맛입니다 커피 특유의 향이 없어서 결국 ifc몰 스타벅스 매장가서 커피를 사먹었습니다 샐러드 야채도 세척하지 않는건지 로메인 뒤에 벌레가 그대로 붙어있는것도 발견해서 말씀드렸고요 아무튼 2년만의 서울 여행이었는데 아쉬움이 아주 많이 남았습니다 위치는 뭐 말할거 없이 최상입니다

방안은 청소가안되 깨진 플라스틱 가루가 무성했고 먼지는 말할것도없었다. 프론트에 전화를하니 10분 이내로 다시 해준다던 청소는 2시간이 지나서야 진행되었다. 아침식사의 맛 수준도 수준이하였고 서빙하는 직원들의 숙련도도 매우 낮았다.

The front desk staff at Conrad Seoul were unwelcoming when we asked for an early check-in, despite being an Expedia Gold member. They informed us that early check-in was subject to availability, which we completely understood. They mentioned that they would message me when the room became available between 1:30-2:30 pm, so we decided to wait at a restaurant from 12 noon. However, by 2:30 pm, we had not received any notification, so we returned to the hotel to check, only to discover that the room was indeed available, but we had not received any message even though we were using the same mobile SIM card. On our last night, we requested a one-hour late check-out, but once again, we encountered an unfriendly front desk staff member who seemed visibly frustrated with her paperwork. Upon check-in, we asked for additional amenities and towels, as my family and I preferred not to have housekeeping service. To our surprise, the customer service representative questioned why we needed so many items. We had paid for accommodations for four people, but we were unable to obtain the amenities we were supposed to receive. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the service at Conrad Seoul, especially considering the rates were not cheap.

Stayed at Conrad for a couples weekend getaway and it was phenomenal. We dined at the Zest restaurant on Friday for their Lob of Lobster buffet and ordered room service both of which was amazing. The concierge service was great. We received text messages a few times a day asking if we needed anything. Hands down I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Conrad was a great place to stay in Seoul. It is about a 20 to 30 minute cab ride from most of what you want to see in the city. As first timers in Korea, the major surprise was a lot of lost in translation that took place when communicating with staff and taxi drivers.

This property was wonderful it had a great services, the only thing is to get to most places it’s a least a 30 min taxi. Which isn’t bad but just mentally prepare. The 37 restaurant and grill was amazing!!! The food was prepared wonderfully. Also if you do need a taxi the front desk personnel will call one for you, just tell them the destination.

Everything was good. but got some issue with the zest buffet, ask for coffee and tea but only tea arrived and took them longer that we expected like long 20mins or more than 20mins and i told her i want for coffee. and she never came back. so i have to go near the buffet entrance grab my own coffee and use the tea cup.
