We stayed in a mountain view room at the corner of the building, so we have two sides of the walls are big picture windows with fantastic view of Alps. The room is spacious with a kitchen and fridge. Very big and nice bathroom. Will stay again.

Spacious, quiet, modern room with a great view. Comfortable bed, good shower. Easy walk from the train station. No dining option for a Sunday night but we were able to find a restaurant at the adjacent shopping centre. Only negative was the weirdly shaped, flat pillow which I had to fold in half to get some sleep.

Do not think it warranted its 4 stars. Room was clean, bed comfortable and lovely bathroom, but some issues with electrics and no access to TV international stations. Restaurant closed Sunday. Not great location. Poor social space so restricted to room.

Great hotel exactly as described. Taxi to central station €15 convenient. Alternatively train to Chur West, free if using an interrail ticket. Bus service to town looked convenient & free with hotel coupon. You are staying in a hotel attached to a shopping centre with very limited catering facilities at the weekend. There is a super coop & the hotel has a microwave available which is great with ready meals.

Newish Mercure hotel. Our room was on the 9th floor with big windows on both sides with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel is within walking distance of the cable car to the top of the mountain. Breakfast options are limited. The staff were nice.

Der Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Betten waren sehr hart, wir haben dadurch sehr schlecht geschlafen. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut und auch das Zimmer war grosszügig in der Grösse. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war Standard, nichts spezielles. Der Ausblick war fantastisch.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Unser Raum war plötzlich sehr heiss. Das Restaurant sei wegen Corona geschlossen. Dort wurde früher jeweils das Frühstück serviert. Man wird daher zu einem sehr nahe gelegenen Restaurant zum Essen verwiesen. Dass aber das Frühstück nicht in diesem Restaurant stattfindet wird nicht komuniziert. Ich musste daher mein Frühstück zweimal zahlen. Das Geld wird nicht zurückerstattet. Obwohl die Kommunikation schlecht war. Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt. Ich komme nicht wieder. Für einen grossen Hotelkonzern sehr enttäuschend.

The Mercury is a fantastic quiet hotel with views of the alps. The room was exceptional and large with big picture windows. Very comfortable bed. Reception were very friendly and helpful with a variety of places to eat nearby. The only downside was that the hotel is a little distance from the railway station but a regular bus service drops you to the door, so no real issues. Loved it and would stay again. Huge inflatable Lindt bunny on the roof of the shopping centre

Don’t check in after 10pm. You will have to go to another hotel just to pick up keys. If you don’t have a driver or a car you’re in trouble. We checked inn late because our flight was delayed.

East reach from and to Chur station, you take no 6 bus, from chur station abs it will take you right outside the hotel, 3 Swiss francs for the bus pp . The hotel is adjacent to a small shopping centre and supermarket which is extremely convenient.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Front desk employees all spoke English. My only issue was I was lead to believe that the hotel was next to the train station and in walking distance. 30 minute walk with luggage is really not doable. Yet the hotel provided us with free bus tickets which were great for getting around the city
