The towels were dirty and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. If I could have received a refund I would have left immediately.

I arrived almost at midnight and needed $25 in cash for the room key deposit, which was returned at checkout. Luckily, I had cash with me. The room was clean.
