Se Catedral Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

Very good hotel . Breakfast was excellent

5 day stay with family. Clean hotel with great staff smack in the middle of Porto. Great bar to hang out in in-between activities. One thing to note. The small rooms seem to be geared towards shorter stays, with limited hooks and hangers for clothes.

Great location and hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, the only thing that let our stay down was a constant banging from the air conditioning that kept us awake

Amazing staff

We had to change our trip due to major weather issues and flooding throughout the country at the time of our arrival. While we booked a non refundable room weeks before our planned arrival it was not at a discount to the Hilton website and we didn’t realize the situation until it would have been too late to cancel (refundable or not). We like to keep our hotels in one place and booked with Expedia. We requested moving our reservation due to the weather, the hotel took days to respond and basically said they were open and would not honor our request to do anything at all. I get that’s on us but a little disappointed given the contrary was in an announced state of emergency where having tourists would not be ideal. Anyway the hotel won our money but not our business. I can’t say that I feel valued as a Hilton honors member or a user of Expedia.
