I've stayed at this property three times. I'm very fond of the people the swimming pool which is only open after November to March so beware. The rooms are great the cleanliness is great the staff hospitality is great everybody is friendly. If you are booking this hotel and I see you better book way ahead of time because it sells out everyday. I would most definitely stay here again as I have three times in the last 5 months.

But despite a menu, only breakfast was available at the hotel and dining options in the area weren't great (all very casual, barely sit down service). Would add a LOT to have an on-site restaurant.

Great hotel, clean, very comfortable and fantastic staff. The only issue the dining room and bar generally closes at 18.00 hrs. everyday. The receptionists were able to assist with other bars and restaurants around the hotel.

The Hotel is very nice and modern, very nice clean Space Room. The Wooden floor in the Room is bit Slippery and dangerous. The Swimming pool is Closed from 1st April to 31st October ( 7 months a year)

From the rude front desk person when I first arrived - yelling at me over an airport driver looking for me but there was no such person holding a sign and the $40 charge was precisely identical to simply getting a taxi inside the terminal - to the lack of filtration resulting in my room being constantly dirty and dusty even after housekeeping- the experience was disappointing to say the least. Even the “free breakfast” was so-so at best. Other front desk workers were pleasant and helpful. The location in the city center was OK, but not easy to walk to the sites. It was very close to the July 9 boulevard (a major street) but be prepared for lengthy walks or taxis. Uber is good and cheap .

We loved this hotel. It had it all, spotlessly clean, comfortable, nice restaurant, great breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants and the staff was outstanding. Great tv in the room with Netflix, You Tube, etc... We really can't praise Esplendor enough. We stay in a ton of hotels, and this is one of the very best.

The superior room was nice but the floors were very slippery and there was no bath robes or slippers. The breakfast was buffet style and basic. The recommendation for the restaurant for dinner was not good as food there was very bad. I had to return the steak. It was tuff as a boot, even knife could not cut it. So lots of room for improvement

We booked into a king suite. The room and hotel were very clean, comfortable and no smell of smoke. We had an inside room and there was no road noise at all. The front desk was always manned with 1 -2 people who were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a very nice assortment of options. There is easy access to the subways, buses, or taxis. We enjoyed our stay here.

The staff was incredibly attentive to our needs. We have rarely experienced such sincere and friendly service. They went out of their way to make our stay a great one. My husband and I spent 10 days in Buenos Aires for our anniversary, and it was a truly memorable experience thanks to the amazing concierge team at Esplendor! The team was very friendly, accommodating and offered the best recommendations for day trips and restaurants in the city. We would highly advise to make arrangements with them for day trips and dinner tango shows as they will take care of everything. It was a VIP experience- from the pick up at the hotel, to the private tours, to the direct drop off at the hotel. It saved us a lot of time planning for ourselves as we just sat back and enjoyed our trip. This was also our very first time in Argentina/ South America so it really went beyond our expectations! If anyone is thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, we would recommend to stay at this hotel. Great location (in the heart of the city and walking distance to the Obelisco), great staff, great breakfast! We are very happy with the service and overall experience at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Concierge group is integrated with check-in group so it is easy to approach them and they were incredibly helpful in booking transit, tours and even things that had no monetary value for them. The hotel stored our luggage (no charge) for several days while we made a side trip even though we had checked out and were not checking back in - They even greeted us by name 4 days later.

The location of this hotel felt like a good central point to any area you might want to tour. Recoletta was just 15 minutes by taxi. We walked home from the Buquebus ferry terminal and went through the Florida Street Pedestrian Mall. Tortoni is just 3 minute walk. Taxi, bus, subway, walking... all was easy, although after dark the area right by the hotel felt sketchy. After dark - take Uber or Cabify! Lobby is a secure entry.

This hotel is situated just off the main Ave 9 de Julio, which was a great location for public transport as well as bars and restaurants. The staff were very polite and helpful. All appeared to be bilingual. The catering was great, with a continental style breakfast. Scrambled eggs were on the menu but omelettes or fried eggs were extra.The room (we had a suite) was very well equipped. The location of the hotel was on a side street, which made is quiet, however there were a number of homeless people sleeping nearby so not all that safe to walk at night if going in the direction of the Plaza de Mayo. On the whole, this hotel was great value for money.

The reception staff were brilliant, the room clean, but the breakfast disappointing. Little variety. Plates, Coffee, medialunas and brown bread ran out every day, the staff smiled but were not on top of this and didn’t seem too worried . Good enough for a 2 star hotel but poor for a four star hotel.

Great location that we were able to get to all of the sites in Buenos Aires.... Staff were great at assisting with 'where' to go... Good restaurant with home made food ... fresh not frozen... and a lovely outside terrace with a living wall.. so peaceful and relaxing to have a drink, meal or coffee! Highly recommended...

The woman at reception (who wore glasses) was exceptional. She checked me in, explained and printed the tours and went out of her way to help me when my tour guide went to the sister hotel. Received a room a upgrade to a suite which was very nice. Walking distance to the main square and Tango theater. Unfortunately, no dinner service and breakfast was the same for the six days that I stayed.
