The best hotel in Novi Pazar. The location is fantastic—right in the centre, within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and landmarks. The security men do a wonderful job managing the entrance and looking after guests’ cars in the hotel car park, which makes a big difference if you’re driving. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Vrbak, and I can confidently say that my experience was largely positive. The hotel's location in the heart of the city is truly unbeatable. Being able to walk to all the historical sites made my trip so much more enjoyable. One of the standout features of this hotel is its ethnic design. The decor is vibrant and beautifully reflects the local heritage. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety offered was excellent. What made my stay even more memorable was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. The only downside I encountered was the limited number of electrical outlets in the room. In today's world of gadgets and devices, having just one outlet made it challenging to charge my phone, laptop, and other essentials simultaneously. This is something that could definitely use improvement.

That’s the best hotel in Serbia!!! Unbelievable gem in the middle of nowhere, amazing food, very Sarajevo-style Muslim culture around. Must do!
