This is a perfect location for a one-night stay before taking an early morning flight from Delhi. Great location, comfortable rooms, good amenities, pool and a good restaurant. On top we were able to leave some bagage behind during our 6-day trip to Nepal even though we were not coming back for another stay. That was a great help for our travel plans. Rooms are clean and good for a few nights, but the hallways needed a bit maintenance. You don’t notice the highway next door. Staff could need some more attention on guests - especially in the restaurant which was average with the classic indian menus and some international dishes, that didn’t overwhelm me.

Near to the airport even when mired in traffic. Beautiful grounds. Staff service is good. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend for 1 nighter or so transit stay near the airport. Bathroom and room is clean but needed minor repair works, e.g. plastic in toilet seat was peeling off or there was a spot where the wooden veneer on the floor had come off. However this did not affect the overall feeling of cleanliness, it was well kept.

The property is nice because it’s so big. We could walk outside without getting on the main road. I’m general the employees were good. We asked for a quiet room and they assured us the room was quiet but had given us a room right off of the lobby and meeting area. So we got it switched. Wasn’t really a problem but it would’ve been nice to not lie about it at first and give us what we asked for. :) Less hassle. Overall a nice stay tho.

델리공항 근처에 편안한 숙소. 개인적인 목적이라면 가격이 적지 않은 호텔이지만 편안하고 안락한 숙소에서 맛있는 조식을 먹을 수 있습니다. 침대는 탄탄하며 에어컨도 잘 작동합니다. 조식은 인도풍이나 많은 종류의 빵과 신선한 과일주스, 계란 요리들이 있습니다. 인도식사고 호불호가 갈리겠지만 한국 사람 입맛에도 그런데로 잘 맞습니다. 이번 여행에서 특히 Kiran, Asheera, Rajesh는 특별히 잘 챙겨줘서 고맙게 생각합니다. 호텔은 넓게 퍼져 있어서 방위치에 따라 걸어야 하는 구간이 좀 있으나 그리 힘들진 않습니다. 또 기회가 된다면 가고싶은 숙소입니다.

Spacious property with good restaurant and party grounds. Old property. Room was old and smelt musty and had paint chip off everywhere, wall plugs did not work and walls were very thin. There was a party going on outside in the grounds until 1 am and it will impossible to sleep with the sound.

I had booked a single occupancy for two days. Even though the hotel was mostly empty, the front desk executive refused to provide a queen bed and offered a double bed. The bar was serving 6 months old beer. When asked the F&B manager didn’t give a proper response.

The rooms we were in, we heard noises all day long from either the pantry next to it and the dining or bakery below the room. We reported it twice but the noises didnt stop. Finally just gave up on reporting but cut our stay short at this hotel to get the f out of there. Wont get no cabs to come out. Uber would show different locations so be careful. People are nice. The hallway smells like chemicals if you step out of the room. Good breakfast options.

Property was located at a quiet place and staff were good. The food was good. The corridor was foul smelling, no amenities other than tooth brush and tea/coffee and water. The contact details of Four Points were not available. The tel nbr provided was not responding and no email provided when surfing the net. I made several calls but no response.

Dirty rooms, housekeeping seriously needs to be trained well. The washroom trash wasn't emptied and had garbage from previous people. Shower, sinks, toilet, really hot cleaned well at all. Bed linens were the most uncomfortable. Hotel hallways had weird smell of some kind not pleasant at all. In room dining waiter was super unfriendly. Reception staff taking forever to check in, eventhough we mentioned ahead we have only 6 hrs before we check-out for early morning flight and wanted to catch shut eye. Will not recommend and will not stay here again. We have stayed here before when it wasn't under Four Points, service has terribly gone down under Four Points management. Major issue is Cleaningness, also if you book 2 twins bed because you are traveling with a child, beware you can't push the bed together, they have built in night table which is unnecessary.

I stayed for one night before my flight the next day. I was expecting a relaxing and quite night. However, there was a wedding at the hotel which made it quit noisy and I barely got any sleep. The noise continued late into the night, interrupting my sleep and eventually I ended up tossing in my bed most of the night. My guess is that this hotel is a popular venue for weddings and other events given it has a lot of space and open grounds. I would not stay here if you are looking for some quite time.

We stayed here to be close to the airport. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way when we had trouble getting an Uber. Neeta the Duty Manager, Savio at Front Desk, Sheetal the Loyalty Manager and all of their staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are decent and clean. Food at The Eatery was good and plenty of variety.

Horrible checkin experience, did not provide any information about amenities, dining options, Wi-Fi access. Ordered Coffee in room, which was served lukewarm. Dining experience was horrible, with staff inattentive, had to wait for 20 minutes to even have someone bring me water, that too after asking. On positive note, when approached the manager to offer my feedback, they were receptive and apologized, offered free coffee. It does appear to be a training issue for the reception staff.

The guards were very rude to my driver, so I have only given a one star rating for staff. This is sad, as the reception staff were very nice and welcoming. Other staff in the restaurant were ok -- nothing to rave about, but no serious complaints. Management need to seriously review the way in which the guards interact with the drivers.

Great place to stay in Delhi, very close to Airport to avoid the Delhi traffic, very good staff at checkout and check-in. The best staff at restaurant area Shahanawaz & Manpreet Kaur Mgr at Restaurant side were very friendly and polite, this two made me feel like I am eating at my home with their hospitality for this two I will stay at this location whenever I am in Delhi

My Uber for the very nearby airport was not coming and I was getting very tight to catch my flight. I was a little bit desperate so I asked help from the person at the front desk. The person at the front desk said he could get me a taxi for 45$US (5 minute ride). Very poor service and clearly abuse from an hotel of that quality. Very disapointing.

This property is in the middle of nowhere, hard to find. Staff is good. It's close to airport, no shuttle service drop. Instead they charge ₹2,000 for outsourced service where Uber or ola is around ₹250 only Very small rooms. Thermostat and A/C doesn't work. Temperature won't go lower than 24. Good but expensive food in the restaurants.

Hotel was very nice. Just airport to hotel taxi driver had some difficulty locating the property, but perhaps that was down to poor driver experience. Drive back to airport was surprisingly long due to traffic (15-20 min at 11 a.m). Generally I was pleased with hotel at €100/night.

The property is close to the Delhi airport and yet very quiet. Given the heavy traffic in Delhi, you want to be close to the airport. The staff is very supportive. It has become my go-to hotel for when my travels are routed through Delhi.

Dated, old property with a poor restaurant. Bathroom was only thing clean, rooms and hallways had tinge of old carpet smell. TV remote was worn out, TV itself was old. Front desk Staff was good. we ate dinner at their restaurant and had severe diarrhea the next day. will never stay at a four points by sheraton ever again. The only good thing was the staff.
