Great value for money. We had a 2 bedroom and my son a twin studio. Was clean a nd modern, just around the corner from queen vic market. I was worried about parting with our large 4x4, but parking was fine at the hotel. The pool and spa is beautiful. Would def stay here again

From the moment we arrived we were given first class service. Everything was great and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Breakfasts were really good. Hotels.com did advise on their website that an Italian Restaurant was available at Pegasus but we found that this is not the case as the restaurant ceased to exist some time ago.

Wonderful and clean and the pool is great. Beds and pillows are so comfortable and the staff are amazing. Only down side of this hotel is it has such noisy lifts that bang all the time and keep you awake most of the night.

Comfortable stay. Able to check in early, though appears to be a busy/slow process for the number of people checking in per reception staff. Decent sized pool and basic equipment needs met in the gym. About a 10 min walk to nearest tram.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and having a laundry for guests was much appreciated. I stayed at Pegasus for 8 nights and found it to be convenient to the free tram and sights. I didn’t use the pool but saw many families enjoying it after a long day of sightseeing.

Lifts were out of order and so only 1 out 2 lifts to the higher levels was working. This meant waiting for up to 15-20 mins to go up to your room or come to the ground floor. Staff were apologetic but there wasn’t much they could do. It made the stay that much more inconvenient.

Great location, just on edge of free tram zone, close to supermarket, easy walking distance to main CBD area. Swimming pool is really big and qarm, hot tub is lovely. Rooms are big with a living area and a kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t like you can’t book your car in advance even though I was told to call 2 days in advance but when a spot came available we were alotted one. Love our discount Expedia gave us for our carpark. Staff were helpful with a few small things eg no teaspoons Love the pool. We were out a lot visiting my daughter. Unfortunately there were a lot of stains on the carpet and lounge. Our room was always well cleaned with fresh towels and bed made and amenities replaced eg tea coffee milk etc which was lovely to come back to.

Hotel is well located near Queen Victoria Markets and close to tram stops. Breakfast was satisfactory but nothing spectacular. Reasonable barrister coffee available for $4. Cleaning left a little to be desired, noted a couple of items in public area remained untouched for a week. Don’t think I would stay again.

Property was very well located and furnished. Very comfortable stay. Only downsides were that they were very particular about check in and took a while to go through all the details, and it was surprising how much noise there was on the 20th floor. The office room I had was too loud from external units to concentrate in or talk on calls without a headset.

Great hotel in a great location. Close to good shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. Nice to have coin laundry on site as well as a nice lap pool. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is very convenient which is within free tram zone of CBD. The room is spacious for two persons with a fully equipped kitchenette. Bathroom is reasonably sized. The only drawbacks to our stay is the location of the room assigned. It’s just adjacent to a mechanical room which periodically generated low frequency engines sound disrupting our rest. I should request for change of room after first day.

Two bed apartment was good however it only comes with one split system aircon and one TV both of these are only in living area. So have to run aircon for long time to cool bedrooms. Cleaning was done daily and quite happy with condition of apartment. Sofa in living area can be better though. Free hotel Wifi was very fast. Overall my family was satisfied with our stay.

Unreasonable about check in - wouldn't check me in under the name I booked in (shortened version of my full name) Despite being able to show my drivers license and passport. They did work through that which took time but got there in the end. There was a fire alarm in the evening. I evacuated as per instructions over the speaker and got downstairs to the reception where no one knew that it was going off, there was NO clear communication on evacuation dspite fire engines turning up etc. No leadership, no direction. Very scary if there was in fact a fire (it was a false alarm)

The only downside was check in. My full first name was not on the booking, so they would not let me check in until the name was changed through hotels.com officially. “Name does not match Licence”. Anyway, after a delay of 30 minutes, we could check in. Other than that, I would stay there again.

The staff was always friendly. The service was better than in a normal hotel. But i have one critic point. The late checkout is a yoke. Only 2-3 hours longer with a fee. If the flight at home is late in the evening there is no possibility to stay until the evening . I would pay a bit higher fee but then you have to make a full day booking. Thats bad. Good is that one can use the store for luggage until you drive to the airport.

Handy location for concerts at Marvel. Have stayed multiple times. Recently stayed two nights in a 1 bed apartment for Metallica. Room was as ex̌pected had small kitchenette dinning and sitting area and was clean. Bed was comfy for me soft pillows. Room suited my needs. The indoor pool and spa is a huge plus my favourite part of hotel. Reception staff are friendly. The location is handy for tram access at stations at either la trobe st or William st. Also short walk to Queen Street and Elizabeth st and Melbourne Central shopping centre. Short walk to Queen Victoria market. Hotel not right in CBD in a quiet area but still close to everything. Also a Woolworths Metro 2min walk away.

Friendly staff during check in and check out. Close to Vic market and was nice and quiet away from city centre but still close enough to walk to. They should have curtains for the rooms as lights from the building opposite was coming through the gaps of the blinds onto the bed.

Very well maintained property in the heart of cbd. Queen victoria market is just a minute walk away. Two minutes walk to the tram and train stations. Lots of fooding options nearby. The heated swimming pool and pool spa was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended

Absolute pleasure to stay here..Tram to city 2min walk and a lot of the times we just walked in as its close. The buffet breakfast is so good with so many choices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location for walking into the city and it was only one street over to get a tram/train elsewhere. The pool and spa were excellent and we visited them every day. Breakfast had a good selection and our son particularly liked the pancake machine! We thought it was good value for a two-bedroom apartment so close to the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was very handy to be able to borrow myki transport cards from the reception. We really enjoyed our stay here.
