The hotel is unprepossessing, on a back street and a bit hard to find. But that is deceptive. once you are inside, the facilities were clean, well maintained and generally good quality. The breakfast was ample -- and good. The hotel has parking, which was full our first day, but they refunded what we had to pay at a local parking garage. The square adjacent to the hotel is very trendy, and as a result, very noisy. Fortunately that does not leak into the hotel. If I was back in Den Haag again soon, I would definitely go back.

Eenvoudig maar goed hotel vlak bij het centrum. Snel inchecken! Parkeren onder het hotel! Prima kamer en badkamer. Goed ontbijt. Vlakbij leuk plein/terras. Je loopt zo het centrum in. Wij komen zeker terug.

Alles was prima. Nette kamer. Alleen een aparte geur in de douche. Goed ontbijt. Makkelijk prive parkeren onder het hotel alleen logischerwijs betaal je er iets meer voor dan bv de openbare parkeerplaatsen.

Vi bodde 7 netter og hadde to dobbeltrom. I det ene rommet luktet det veldig vondt fra sluken i dusjen så vi fikk byttet rom etter et par dager, og rengjøring ble glemt en dag på vårt andre rom. Vi hadde ett rom vendt mot gaten og det var mye bråk fra utestedene så vinduet måtte være lukket om natten. Vårt andre rom vendte inn mot resepsjonen og det kunne ikke åpnes. Det er veldig lytt mellom rommene, så du hører når naboen snakker og snorker. Frokosten er enkel, savnet bacon. Rart at de har eggerøre og bønner i tomatsaus, men ikke bacon.

A very good hotel option for leisure or business travelers. Staff are friendly and helpful, location is very good being in the center of town, and there are numerous venues for eating and drinking very close to the hotel. I was on the 4th floor with a garden view which was nice and quiet. The breakfast was also of good standard with plenty of variety. I would also add that the room was fairly spacious, furnished to a good standard and was clean, especially, the bathroom area which was spotless. Overall 10/10 and well worth the price point.

When we checked in, we were warned there was a private event and given ear plugs. We walked into our room, and it smelled bad. Turns out the toilet had not been flushed and there was feces in it. The noise started at 11, and it was loud. We went down to ask for another room. We were given one “noisy, but less so.” The party lasted until 4am. The next night we had another club party from 11-4am. A hotel room has one job, let me sleep. This one failed at that. My key stopped working. I went down to get a new one. I was told that I had probably done something to the key. But the new one didn’t work either. Finally, the front desk came up with me and was able to open it with a 3rd key. If you are making a once-in-a-lifetime trip to see Maurithuis, find a different hotel, far from the nightclubs.

Fabulous location in the heart of the city. 10 minute walk from the Central train station. Our room was a good size and breakfast had a decent choice of continental items. If you opt to not have your room cleaned they will give you a voucher for a free drink in the bar. I would highly recommend this hotel :)

This hotel is right next to some loud bars and nightclubs and has poor soundproofing. I was woken at 1am by a queue of about 100 people on the street immediately in front of the hotel naturally being very noisy. The doors of the club or bar would be opening regularly spilling loud music onto the street (and into my room). I barely slept all night. Don't stay here if - like me - you are a relatively light sleeper.

From the amazingly fast check in to the superb breakfast, the friendliest and most helpful staff you can imagine and the vouchers for free drinks if you don’t have your room serviced every day, this hotel exceeded our best expectations. The only complaint we had, was the noise at night till the early hours of the morning, for which we cannot hold the hotel responsible. The hotel was excellently situated - smack in the middle of the old town: about 60 metres from Mauritshuis and 70 metres from the Visvijfer.
