Pros: The front desk staff was outstanding, very friendly and professional. This made my stay memorable! Thank you Gabriella! Cons: The room had a bit of a stuffy smell to it. A little like old socks, but maybe it hadn’t been aired out properly enough? The AC unit was very loud. But overall a decent stay. I do wonder if the quality of Hampton Inns in general is slipping. It used to be my reliable go -to, but recently the ones I’ve stayed in have been more on the grungy side. It’s a shame because the price point is increasing.

It was a great location for me, and even if the neighborhood does not look the best, there are many restaurants and stores close by. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, clean rooms, decent breakfast and air conditioning working properly. We got there a little earlier than check-in time, and although the room was ready, they would charge $25 to check-in one hour early. That seemed rude.
