The hotel sits about 7 miles outside of the town of Panguitch. The restaurant at the hotel is not operating so we went into the town for dinner. This was the weekend of the Panguitch Valley Balloon Rally so their were craft vendors set up to walk through. We ate at Pepe's Mexican Grill. They've only been open a short time but the food was good. We got up at 7am to go watch the balloons ascending in the chilly air and the went back for breakfast. Breakfast was a full spread of hot and cold choices.

The property was clean and the room was spacious. The location was very close to Bryce canyon national Park. Only problem was there was only one restaurant at the property and no other place to eat nearby. Had to go to the next town for meals. But the hotel was good.

The hotel is old and worn, needs general safety upkeep (e.g. the handrail on the porch/walkway in front was very wobbly and unsafe) but the bed was comfy, and it was quiet. The porch looked out onto a hill, very pastoral. I was given an accessible room, yet you have to climb 3 rickety steps to the porch, which would be difficult for anyone actually needing that accessibility.

Where do I begin? There are more trip hazards than I could count. The staircase to the breakfast area would not meet code in ANY state. The concrete walkway to the stairs to our room was uneven and presented several trip hazards. I’m not a germaphobe but I observed the breakfast host placing the unwrapped plastic wear in containers with his bare hands. Bottom line is, I would NOT stay at this hotel again. I’m surprised that Quality Inn, which I had equated to good no frills hotels would allow their name to be associated with this place!!! Sorry for such a negative review, but this place is an accident waiting to happen!

The room was fine. The stairwell to the room and the ramp/stairwell to the breakfast area really need some attention. The breakfast was standard fare, not great not bad. The exterior just really needs some attention. Other dining is available about 8 miles.

Absolutely shameful and horrible. I stayed here with two other people and we stayed in two separate rooms (403 and 407 in the Rustlers building). In my room, 403, there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower. The baseboard was disgusting. In the other room, 407, they had soiled sheets on one of the beds and the shower head was also grimy and moldy. The property looked rundown and totally unmaintained. The outsides of the doors were absolutely filthy and looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in years. There was a plunger left outside one of the buildings. On top of all of this, we heard from one of the other guests staying there that the attached restaurant charged $4 for a glass of water with no ice. Like… WHAT?! We stayed in a total of four places during our Utah trip, including this one, and the other three were cheaper and MUCH cleaner with a lot more amenities and friendly service. It is an absolute crime to charge $237 for filthy, disgusting rooms and unmaintained buildings. Avoid at all costs.

What a nice hotel!! We enjoyed our hotel room (#708) immensely. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The bathroom was clean, towels fresh and absorbent, and the shower had plenty of hot water. In our hotel room, There was a large writing desk, a small round table, an oversized chair, a good-sized armoire, a large mini-fridge with a small freezer, a microwave and oodles of channels on the TV. The complimentary breakfast was spot on and tasty. There were waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, white and wheat bread, English muffins, two types of cold cereals, instant oatmeal, apple and orange juice, tea, hot chocolate packets, yogurt, fresh apples and some of the best coffee I’ve ever enjoyed. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. If we are ever in this area again, I would not hesitate to return to this Quality Inn.

I walked into my room and walked right back out. It was incredibly dirty. The carpets were stained, hair in the sink, unrolled toilet paper, the drain stopper had been pulled out and was just sitting on the tub, and overall felt a bit gross and unsafe. They did give me a refund which was really kind of them.

I am relieved we only had to stay here one night. There were bugs flying in the room, some on the curtains, some plastered on the bathroom walls. Soda and coffee stains and spackle were on the walls. It was fine for one night. Breakfast was very basic and make sure you get there well before 930 because they start cleaning up around 915.

The hotel is in pretty bad shape, very old, not properly maintained. The room looks very old, the floor squeaks as you walk, beds are not queen size, they are more like full size. There’s no elevator which makes it very difficult to take the luggage to the second floor. Breakfast was not the best one, eggs did not taste like eggs, for me, the sausage was unsafe to eat. The pictures look a lot better than what the hotel really is. Front office does not smell good, there’s a strange smell in there. It was totally disappointing

Great location to Bryce Canyon! Room was a little outdated, but clean and spacious. Near the town of Panguitch. Not much going on there in March, but the Family Dollar is handy for restocking travel needs. Check out the Red Canyon area nearby if you’re looking for something to do besides Bryce NP!

Buildings are dated and weathered. Interior was clean but dated as well. Was woken up at 2am by a smoke alarm with a dead battery. Kept, "Chirping" every 20 mins. Finally used chair as ladder to remove from ceiling and put under a pillow to muffle the chirping that lasted all night. TV is very small. Bathroom toilet leaked into the bowl all the time which was noisy and a waste of water. Shower head dripped constantly and when turned on was a, "Niagra Falls" experience.

Breakfast at 6a.m. was great for getting on the road to Bryce Canyon park, and it was tasty (eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, etc)! Room had noisy wooden floors, so ask for a top floor room if you're a light sleeper. No shower wand, but the sink area was large and the bed was comfortable. Good A/C.

A gruff man behind the desk at checkin and checkout clearly didn't like the job he was in, displayed zero hospitality towards me upon checkin/checkout. I was given a room that had broken windows that were taped up with blue masking tape. The interior 'security door chain' was setup vertically which is a useless security device. The cleaning staff disregarded the 'do not disturb' door hanger and refreshed my room anyway (for short stays I prefer no service in the room unless I request it). I would advise avoiding this property if possible.

Staff were super helpful, rooms were clean, and location was fantastic. There was a restaurant on site, and the free breakfast was appreciated. The only down side was the rather steep stairs going up to the second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, be sure to ask for a first floor room.

Chose this hotel for a winter visit to Bryce Canyon National Park. It's about a 25 minute drive to the park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was fresh and filling. As a solo female traveler, would recommend! Parking lot was well lit and there's parking available right outside your room.

The Team / Staff in Quality Inn in Bryce Canyon are helpful. (Front Desk Raj and his Team). Breakfast is good. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this hotel. I will recommend this Hotel in our Canadian friends.

Clean and quiet. We had a comfortable sleep. Far away from any dining and the restaurant was closed. We had to drive 7 miles into Panguitch where there was also limited opportunities to eat. Maybe because it was a Sunday? The breakfast was good in the morning at the hotel.

This property needs alot of updating, but it was fairly clean. The shower did not have any where to put the soap, other than on the floor, it needs a shelf inside the shower stall. There was a fridge and coffee maker. The Restaurant/Bar was overpriced and there is no bar to speak of. They did not serve wine and my husband ordered a beer, but he thinks it was non-alcoholic. We think Utah has some rules about alcohol that we don't know about. This hotel is about 10 minutes from town, but we chose it because of it's location to Bryce National Park. I would not choose this hotel again, but the price was good.

My all 3 stars is for the location of this property. Other than that this property is not great. They have horrible breakfast. They had some breads and milk and juice that's all. All fruits were stale. No options and nothing was fresh. If I am paying for a bed and breakfast hotel I would never choose or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean and well cared for. We were there to visit Bryce Canyon and this was an excellent place to stay to enjoy that visit. It is also close to Panguitch so restaurants and groceries are close by for convenience. The breakfast buffet was excellent and being able to visit with the other guests at breakfast just added to the enjoyment of the stay.
