From check in to check out it was easy and smooth sailing. The rooms were clean and had everything you’d need fora comfortable stay. An easy drive to Bruce Canyon National Park. A great restaurant right next door, and 10% off breakfast at that restaurant for staying at the motel. Wanderlust Cowgirl Coffee had great coffee and breakfast options. The motel provided free laundry on site after 5pm, which was extremely convenient to wash hiking staples. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit.

Hatten ein Zimmer im hinteren Teil. Dort ist für alle auch ein Grillplatz mit extrem guten großen Gasgrill. Alles sehr sauber und hat gut funktioniert. Man kann sehr schön vor der Türe sitzen. Nahe am Bryce Canyon und preiswert.

The lady running the check in is nice. I travel with my two dogs so when I book rooms it’s at places that allow pets. Booked this room for one night via Expedia however upon check it turns out they don’t allow pets. After some discussion and she honored the Expedia booking with the two dogs she did add a cleaning fee for them but that’s ok. I appreciate her clear communication on the issue. Rooms are nice,comfortable and clean. A+

The Blue Pines is a well maintained motel, cleaner and more comfortable than the big chains we have stayed at. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower spotless. Excellent location next door to the Cowboy smokehouse restaurant for dinner, and The Flying Goat for breakfast across the street.

This motel is outdated but well kept up for its age. It was very clean and the outside was well kept up. Even had real flowers growing outside each of the room entrance doors. I would definitely stay there again and the price was perfect.

This was our last hotel stay on a cross country road trip. After several weeks on the road, I was looking for affordable/nice and this fit the bill. It’s a motel so it’s not a 5 star resort by any means but that’s not what I was looking for. I wanted clean, comfortable, affordable and close to my destination for that portion of my trip and it was all of that at the bargain price of roughly $100. There’s a smokehouse across the street that offers good food and the room had seating options for my college kid to work on homework while we had wifi. We were there maybe 10 hours total - basically to shower / sleep and move on.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the owner it was all positive. So friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Recommended restaurant for dinner and we got discount for staying at blue pine. The room was spotless and the bed had luxury sheets on. All positive. Thank you. Would highly recommend staying.

On the day of departure, at 11:30am, while I was in the shower, someone started aggressively banging on my door. When I answered, I was yelled at to be out in 10 minutes or I’d be charged. I tried to explain that I had a confirmed late checkout, but the woman wouldn’t listen. I had to throw my things together and leave to finish getting ready at a family member’s room at a different location. The whole experience was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional. If you confirm a late checkout, you should honor it. I won’t be returning.

We arrived early from a long drive. Even though check was at 3:00, the helpers/maids graciously cleaned a room and allowed us to check in early. Very gracious and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The Blue Pine was the perfect place for our two night stay to see Bryce Canyon. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and walking distance to everything we needed in the charming pioneer town of Panguitch. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This place is a gem! Quiet, clean and friendly front desk service! After a full 6 hours of driving, loved the fact that we could just cross the street and enjoy the Cowboy Smokehouse! We also enjoyed walking on the Main Street where the motel is located!

Our stay was nice. The room was clean. We had to request extra towels as we were only given two for a double queen room. This hotel was ok but is definitely dated. If you’re looking for small town and basic, this is the place for you. It wasn’t the property owners’ fault but there was a parade of police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances that work us up at 11pm escorting the local track team champions home. It scared us to death to be woke up to sirens that sounded like they were at the hotel parking lot. Again, there’s nothing the hotel could do about that. It was hard to go back to sleep after being rattled like that. The restaurant next door had good food but didn’t seem to have enough staff. The wait was long and service was subpar. Otherwise our stay was good on our way to Bryce.

The Blue Pines is a well maintained motel, cleaner and more comfortable than the big chains we have stayed at. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower spotless. Excellent location next door to the Cowboy smokehouse restaurant for dinner, and The Flying Goat for breakfast across the street.

From check in to check out it was easy and smooth sailing. The rooms were clean and had everything you’d need fora comfortable stay. An easy drive to Bruce Canyon National Park. A great restaurant right next door, and 10% off breakfast at that restaurant for staying at the motel. Wanderlust Cowgirl Coffee had great coffee and breakfast options. The motel provided free laundry on site after 5pm, which was extremely convenient to wash hiking staples. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit.

This place is a gem! Quiet, clean and friendly front desk service! After a full 6 hours of driving, loved the fact that we could just cross the street and enjoy the Cowboy Smokehouse! We also enjoyed walking on the Main Street where the motel is located!

From Check-in to check out we had a wonderful experience. The owners were very friendly, the room was extremely clean, and the room had everything we needed including a coffee maker and a refrigerator. I would highly recommend staying at this refurbished old motor in. Great value.
