I can’t say enough good things about the Rosewood. I’ll admit, a few reviews I read before my stay made me a little nervous, but my experience could not have been more different. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely pristine, the hotel was incredibly clean and beautiful, and the hospitality, service, and attentiveness from the entire staff were amazing. The location truly couldn’t be better, and every detail of my stay was exceptional. I had such a wonderful experience and will never stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Place was clean and in the perfect location, the rooms are decorated very nicely. We loved our stay.

The property is older, has smaller rooms, worn public spaces and not special but charges like it’s the a brand new Ritz or Four seasons. It does not deserve the four stars.

A very nice hotel in a fantastic, bustling neighborhood. The Rosewood experience here is good, though it doesn't quite reach the heights of their flagship properties. I found the front desk service to be lacking the level of competence I expected. While I recommend the hotel, you might find a better price-performance ratio at other luxury hotels in the city.
