Great location, rooms are nicely remodeled - the rooms are much better inside than the outside would suggest. Very limited staff hours - a $50 charge if you call them after 9 pm? That's wild. Limited parking lot, but we found a space every time. The chairs in the rooms are SPRUNG OUT. Just garbage. No ice machine, no breakfast, no vending machines.

Great property! There is only one parking spot per room rented so just keep that in mind if you have big groups, but it was a great stay. They gave us a parking pass so we could park there for free before check in and not have to battle the crazy parking situation in downtown Leavenworth.

I have to say it was terrible. Mainly because I had to call the front desk two times due to the fact that first the main phone in the room was not working so I’d use my cell phone. And then they have no ice at all offered in the hotel, you have to go to the grocery store or the gas station. Which is not fun when you get there late and have to then go drive somewhere to get ice. I’ve never had that happen in a hotel before. Also we turned the TV on and there was no guide to watch any channels. So I had to call the front desk about that. Then all of a sudden our TV stopped working. So they had to bring me a new one. It was just very low end and I will never stay there again. (Our Tiny TV)

Property is clean and wonderful. Unfortunately, we are on the 3rd floor with no elevator…

Great location for services and river access. It’s not the cutest place but we booked it for its convenient location. We could walk to Starbucks, shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes from the hotel and you’re close to the river if you plan to go tubing or swimming. The hotel room was basic and older but we had what we needed and it was great for us because we were only there for a short time to do some hiking. I believe it had a small bar on site but I’m unsure if they offered food. No ice machines or vending machines.

Room was clean, but small! Totally not worth the price! Awkward set up in room. Need better design. Also, mi ice machine. Could at least put ice trays in the freezer. Tried the wine bar a few times, sign always said closed. There was no mention that we were supposed to ask the desk clerk.

No elevator for third floor room. Very few amenities. Staff unavailable, but friendly and helpful when I saw her one time in the days. Room was clean. Needs modernization.

For over $400 I would have expected to be able to get ice for our room.

WAY overpriced. Old, uncomfortable mattress, old style key that I was afraid of losing and needing to pay for. Very tight and limited parking. Overall, a very clean little motel in a very overpriced overhyped area.

This is the perfect place to stay in Leavenworth! It’s so close to everything! The beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. I will definitely be back.

Was a block away from downtown which was nice. Room just needs a deep cleaning, baseboards were filthy. Door knob was difficult to open, key kept getting stuck. Fridge does not cool. All our dinner we packed went bad, had to go out to eat. Please repair fridge. Was okay for the price

First, this area is and can be a very expensive place to locate and pay for a hotel. There is a lot of options, and one needs to do their research. Management was very helpful but were not able to refund my last day of our lodging since it was booked through Expedia. I did not like the fact that the motel had a rule that the rooms would not be cleaned until one stayed more than 3 nights.

Staff was great, but barely walking on the floors, my feet were black and then my socks were Found several long black hairs on our bathroom linens. Room was small, but cute. beds and linen very comfortable. For the price I think we could’ve gotten something a little nicer and maintained

The room was clean, but the odor of cleaning supplies was strong. The room did not have any sheer blinds, so either the windows were wide open to the outside, or completely dark with the curtains pulled. Also the TV was the most basic that you could have and with no guide available and a clunky remote.

We have stayed at the Leavenworth Inn a number of times. The location is great near the action in Leavenworth. The rooms are clean and is always an enjoyable experience.

I left this morning after two great days. Unfortunately it ended bad when the hotel I stayed at, the Leavenworth Village Inn, had a housekeeper and her family in my aunts room while we went to breakfast. We returned to see her cooking them breakfast and eating at the table and her kids jumping on the bed. They thought my aunt checked out even though her food was still in the fridge (which they said they threw away then brought it to us while we were in the office complaining). Pictured is the pot she was cooking breakfast in my aunts room and the bowls and drinks on the table. The manager still refuses to call me. A sour taste after two nice days in Leavenworth. My aunt walked out of her room and the door locked behind her. She still had her food in the fridge and since we were going to breakfast we just figured we would deal with the key when we got back. This of course says nothing that my room 208 was also opened and stripped and I had my key. I paid for both rooms and wouldn’t it be odd for us to leave and have both our cars still in the tiny parking lot and me have a key still in my possession? And we got back to the room at 9:10.

Great location and the staff were amazing. Not just helpful but truly friendly which nowadays is sometimes hard to come by. Clean, comfortable and very quiet. Will definitely stay again

Motel was conveniently located in downtown Leavenworth with shops, restaurants and close access to the river. Motel was adequate. Very dark room and the bed was too soft for my comfort. Motel is older and smelled a little mildewy that was masked with lots of cleaning products when we first checked into our room.

The staff was great. And the room was beautiful. The building looks older from the outside but the rooms inside are new and clean and beautifully designed.

Our room was recently updated and the beds were super plush. Hot water was always available and needed after those nippy nights on the town. The location was perfect and allowed us to come back to the room and relax for a bit, then go back out. Would stay here again.

Great room with a friendly staff. Location was close to the main strip (less than 5 minutes walk). The only complaint is the room doesn’t have any dishes other than 2 wine glasses and 2 water glasses.

The hotel is a wooden structure so... When There are many travelers it can be noisy. The mattresses have dips in the middle and could use to be replaced. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and appropriately finished and in close walking distance to anything youmay want to see or eat in Levinworth.

The room itself was good, but you can hear someone showering in a neighbor room as it was next to you. Also, the air conditioner is too loud - I've had a feeling I am close to the airplane that is about to take off

I rented a room that slept 4 with a pull out couch and the hotel didn’t offer a pullout couch so we did not have enought beds!

I've never been to Leavenworth so wasn't sure what to expect. Only downside is being on the 1st or 2nd floor due to wood floors in the rooms. You can hear people above and the jacuzzi tubs vibration is a bit of a nuisance. Good news was it didn't last long. But if there were kids? Oof, that would be bad.

Bed sizes are not as advertised. This room was sold as a queen bedroom. Upon arrival we found that the bed was a double. We questioned the front desk staff if we’d been booked into the wrong room but she assured us that, while she had never measured the mattress, the management had told her they were all queen-sized beds…because this question comes up frequently. It was not a queen bed, it was not comfortable for two adults, & we would not have booked the room had they been truthful about the actual bed size.

Amazing property and beautiful rooms. We were upgraded by the manager before we even arrived, it was a wonderful anniversary surprise!

Very friendly staff, good rooms, free parking, and right next to the Leavenworth shops make this a great place to stay. It's a bit older but not run down. At the time we went it was a very good price and worth every cent.

This motel is bad at communication. After I made my reservation on Expedia, I needed to reach the motel to make sure we had booked a first floor room - like the photo showed. The motel wouldn't answer their phone after multiple tries over multiple days, had no answering machine and didn't list an email address. I had to send them an email through Expedia requesting a first floor room. Upon arrival, we learned the motel had given us a second floor room and insinuated that Expedia never sent them my email. With the realization that the situation wouldn't work for us, we asked for a refund. The clerk told us she could only reach her boss through email and that it could take awhile to okay that. So they left my elderly, disabled sister waiting in a hot parking lot for 2 hours & 50 minutes to tell us they wouldn't give us a refund unless someone else rented the room that night. By then it was nearly 7:00 pm. We ended up paying them $260/night for a 1st floor room with only one bed. :-(

I arrived during business hours, the hotel was closed, lights off, doors locked, no one answered the phone and no information on voicemail. I had to find another place to stay. Expedia and the hotel refused to refund me. The hotel is very run down.

Quant room. Great location. Had no room service or place to purchase water however. Front desk closed from 8p to at least 9a. Thus plan accordingly. The Wi-Fi went out, TV did not work and with no one in-site was not too helpful. Overall would most likely stay again but would need to plan accordingly.

Sarah, the front desk person, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and the bed extremely comfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is the location! Walkable to all Leavenworth main attractions, shops and restaurants. Clean and neat. Beds are super comfy too. The hotel is very, very basic. Advertises they have a wine bar but it was closed both nights. When we checked in we were not given much information about the area, etc. the price is a supply and demand price. No way is this a $350 a night room.

It was a good place to stay and close enough to town, to go back to room, if need be. They had a compact refrigerator, microwave, and coffe maker, in room

The corner tub in the room was quite the touch! Perfect for our weekend getaway, the hotel was within walking distance of downtown. The staff was helpful and informative. As a bonus if you have a chance the old world steak house os a must!

Really great place, just you don’t get breakfast like usual that’s all.

This was the best place we've ever stayed at. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was very accommodating. It's right in town and you can walk to everything. There is no free breakfast, but that's okay because there are great restaurants close by. I highly recommend the Leavenworth Village Inn.

It was a very nice room and much better and bigger then the last one we were at. Different property. But there was some extra cleaning needed in the room but still we were happy and satisfied. Also we wish we could’ve tried a wine in the bar but it was only for sell no taste test like the others. Nice having a little wine spot downstairs. Thank you. We will be returning to this place in the future. Perfect spot in town for the shops we love too.
