I got a suite for a quick getaway with my wife… the air conditioner was not cooling. I reported it along with the shower head that not working properly either. A maintenance guy went to our room to fix the issues. When we got back to our room the room was super hot still but I thought it was because the setting was 34 Celsius on the ac controller ( the maintenance guy left it like that). I lowered it to 23 Celsius and went to bed because it was 4 am already. Next morning we both woke up sweating because the ac in fact did not got fixed. I requested to speak to the manager in turn ( they had a sign with her name) and they told me she doesn’t work on sundays. The rest of the staff did nothing to give me any sort of compensation or alleviate the situation. Bad customer service, and bad property condition.
