La cama king size en realidad es queen, no permiten cambio de habitacion, se paga estacionamiento por 100 la noche adicional a la habitacion, no hay cafe en inventario, hubo mucho ruido en la noche, las intalaciones estan descuidadas, los cajones de estacionamiento son muy pequeños! Ni siquiera es estacionamiento propio.

Feedback, por lo general viajo mucho para los aniversarios con mi esposa y en la mayoría de los hoteles pido que me arreglen con ramo de flores y detalles para festejar, es la primera vez que en un hotel me dicen que no pueden hacer eso. Adicionalmente su barra de bar tiene muy pocas bebidas, prácticamente no tenían mucho que ofrecer.

Nos toco una experiencia que deja mucho a desear, en un principio se reporto una gotera en la habitacion y jamas vinieron a checarla, la alfrombra de la habitacion super sucia, la cama muy dura, faltaba jabon en el baño. pedimos en el restaurante 1 hamburguesa y un burrito, tardaron mucho y la comida llego frio, aparte carisimos los precios. ni en su pagina ni en su publicidad comentan respecto al estacionamiento, mismo que tien eun costo de 80 pesos por dia

Está bien ubicado pero es caro para las instalaciones que tiene, es un hotel viejo y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Limpiaron muy tarde (después de las 3 pm) la habitación 807 y la alfombra muy sucia y llena de manchas.

El hotel esta excelentemente situado si vas al Poliforum. No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel, esta ocasión el hotel tenía un olor desagradable al bajar del elevador en el piso 2, lo que hace que no se perciba como un lugar limpio. En nuestra habitación no pusieron jabón de manos, lo que fue una molestia. El personal en general muy amable.

El hotel esta excelentemente situado si vas al Poliforum. No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel, esta ocasión el hotel tenía un olor desagradable al bajar del elevador en el piso 2, lo que hace que no se perciba como un lugar limpio. Restaurant options in walking distance are meager, so we wished the hotel had a better full service all day restaurant and room service. There is a breakfast. Having a fridge in the room was a plus. The suites also have a microwave. There is a full service grocery store across the street and a mini-market next door. The street designs mean that your ride in and out can be longer than you'd like, in order to deal with no left turn issues, causing a loop around. Pool was good.

Great place to stay . Great location. Handy to have a supermarket right in front of it and walking distance to the stadium and Explora. Service was great. The view is great from rooms facing west. Awesome pool. The only thing is that there was an annoying noise from a generator, I think, or something, it was uncomfortable during the night.

Fui para una competencia, la entrada al inicio un poco escondida, pero ya después es rápido, ya que es como un centro comercial, caminando se llega al estadio, al poliforum, etc etc... y vi la cafetería muy vacía pensé que estaría mal la comida, pero comimos y desayunamos muy rico y abundante, carta o buffet, el staff super amable. Si vas de negocios, tiene unas mesas tipo gabinete redondo como para working lunch, porque tiene pantalla privada como para mostrar alguna presentación pero ahi dentro del mismo espacio de desayuno, muy bueno en general y las habitaciones muy bien. Regresaría.

El hotel esta excelentemente situado si vas al Poliforum. No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel, esta ocasión el hotel tenía un olor desagradable al bajar del elevador en el piso 2, lo que hace que no se perciba como un lugar limpio. En nuestra habitación no pusieron jabón de manos, lo que fue una molestia. El personal en general muy amable.

La verdad todo bien. Pero el colchon era demasiado firme. Lo bueno es q accedieron a colocar un cubrecolchon grueso. El restaurante con muy mal chef. Pedimos carne y estaba muy salada. La tuvimos q regresar. Luego pedimos salmon 3/4 y llego casi crudo. En fin.lo denaa todo muy bien.
