The room was quite big, very clean, comfortable. Parking lot was big, lots of room to park which was complimentary. The hostess/waitress this morning in the man restaurant was excellent! Friendly and prompt service.

Great service responding to our request for a baby crib in the room prior to arrival. Great service by the gentleman at checking in. Very nice and well kept hotel. Elevators are clean and gave a great idea about the hotel. Room was great, only down side was pillows are all too high/thick. Many hotels provide two types pillows these days for comfort preference. A big disappointment is that the hotel does not have a pool or hot tub or sauna… but we will still return for the friendly service, cleanliness and the nice restaurants that are also not overpriced. Thank you!

Yes , clean restaurants was great food , I think the flavour of beer on tap I chose was on the flat side but all good , quite, breakfast was pay not included , they did give a 20% off coupon at check-in for meals , so yeah .

Front desk staff are super friendly, rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Steam room was not working when I tried to use it, but I reported it and they got maintenance right away and it was fixed within a few minutes! We stay here often when we come to Edmonton. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about our stay was very good. The only thing that could’ve made it better was if they would have a pool and hot tub. Had the buffet at the restaurant at the hotel and it was very good as well.

Travelling for medical reasons; the staff were very accommodating when booking our room and helpful when checking in. Parking is out front by the lobby, well lit with security patrolling the lot as well as the hallways of the hotel after dark. Felt very safe walking to and from vehicle alone. This was the quietest most peaceful hotel ive ever stayed at. Breakfast is made to order and on until 10am so no rushing in the morning. Large portions and eggs were well made. Only downside is its a bit tricky getting to the location off of the yellowhead and requires a u-turn or navigating to access. Will most def be staying here again.

I was at this hotel for 2 nights, room appeared clean but you could see grease/other debris on the walls and sheets. Bathroom was not that clean. Shower pressure was not great, toilet didn’t flush well had to flush multiple times. Then I had the GREAT pleasure of listening to super loud base music that shook my walls and TV from downstairs. I had to listen to this until 12:30-1:00 am, made my dog bark because of how obnoxious loud it was. Not great when you have a migraine already. I called front desk and basically was told I had to deal with it until 12:30. I wasn’t even offered an apology or any compensation considering I had to drive home in the morning after maybe 3 hours of sleep. Horrible experience and will never come back!

It was a ok property. Room was nice and big. The main issue it's located next to busy highway and railroad with traffic theoughthe night. So it's noisy and hard to vet a decent sleep. The windows are not very good at keeping the noise down. Anyway for adorable one night stay it's probably a ok stay and that's it.

Good stay overall, up to date accommodations and friendly staff. Worst pillows on the planet. Save yourself the back pain and bring you own. King suites had no air conditioning as advertised and no ability to regulate heat. Had to trade rooms for a queen room with temperature controls.

Good location, a bit hard to follow maps to as it kept making us miss it. Busy freeway beside but good noise dampening in room. For the price it was a great deal. Everything is no more than a fifteen minute drive. Location great.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The bed was comfortable and our room spacious. Staff were welcoming and thorough with details. Since it’s right by a busy hwy I thought noise may creep it but it was very quiet. The lobby is open and inviting and my kids commented how wide the hallways are. We’ll definitely stay again.

Front desk staff very rude and unprofessional! After a 3 day stay with family and having 3 rooms booked the front desk gave me a hassle checking in and tried to make things harder on purpose so she didn’t have to check us in! Felt a really negative vibe and lots of disrespect from The front desk it’s like she was having a bad day and taking it out on guests

I really enjoyed my stay at Chateau Nova Yellowhead. The front desk agent was very helpful and pleasant. Check in was quick and I was offered an upgrade to a suite. The room was so beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed a couple nights at this hotel. The location is convenient off the yellowhead however access to the hotel is not direct, you may find yourself u turning to get into the parking lot. The hotel staff is bare bones. It is a large hotel, with lots of parking. The room with a view of the highway was good, although at night the pipes are loud, if noise sensitive wear ear plugs. The beds were comfortable, there was satellite tv, shower (no tub) bathroom was good with lots of amenities and a small desk. There room has no usb charging ports, bring a charger. Coffee supplied, ironing board. Vending machines and Ice easily accessible. Room cleaning is by request, if you want your room serviced be sure to request it at checkin.
