Beautiful, I was just disappointed in how a situation was handled. We paid good money to stay here and the majority of the reason we chose here was because of the pool. We were booted out, my children and I, because we were supposed to check out 20 minutes prior. I understand the insurance etc. However, I felt like there could have been a better way considering we really had not had a change to utilize the pool and the kids were super excited to finally swim. I realize this is partly my fault because I wasn't paying attention to time, but I felt like they could have done something to give them an extra hour to swim...

We had gone over 24hrs with no power. They were BEYOND friedndly and allowed us to check in early! Shower was clean and had great water pressure. Beds were COMFY! It was great to have a mini fridge AND microwave in our room. Hotel was clean, quiet, and centrally located. Even though I am local to the area I will 100% stay here again!

We had need to contact the hotel because of problems with Hotels.com, and they were VERY nice and responsive to us. Also, the staff and the room were A-1 in our opinion. This hotel is definitely a cut above other hotels of our traveling experience!

The hotel is in a great location! Close to the highway; several food places within walking distance if you choose; several shops, including Kohls and Walmart; the reception staff were helpful and pleasant; our room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We were very pleased with our stay.
