The view is amazing, and the price is great. No hot water in the room my elderly parents stayed in and the room I was in had a balcony with broken railing. The remote to the TV didn’t work even after getting a second one. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was not great and very pricey.

I had some issues just go round that we’re not expected with the front desk that resulted in a loss of a ton of time. Not to mention a lot of added unnecessary frustration.
