Excellent location. Property has a gate that is locked all the time so you have to get someone to let you in or out every time. This is probably a fire hazard. Room didn’t have air conditioning or even a window. We did get a second fan to help. We weee only given a small bar of soap and a small package of shampoo on day 1 of a 4 night stay. One day housekeeping took our partial roll of toilet paper and left us none!

Esta aceptable cerca del centro de Oaxaca no tiene estacionamiento hay que pagar 100 pesos por día y no tiene aire acondicionado lo cual lo hace un poco incomodo pero es seguro caminar en la zona el precio un poco alto para la condición del hotel la regadera salía agua para todos lados y por último la limpieza es buena

It was on a whole an average stay. I wasn't overwhelmed by the hotel but to be honest all i needed was somewhere to stay in a good location and this was perfect. Pictures aren't up to date, it is a bit older than what pics suggest. Still though it was generally clean, but could definitely do with a refurb. Staff were super friendly and happy to help wherever they could. Quite a family run vibe. Very secure as well, the gate is always locked but there is someone there 24/7 for access to guests. My flight was cancelled after I had arrived at the airport and I unexpectedly had one more night in Oaxaca - I went straight back to check in for one more night. So that says something on how much I rated it and didn't feel need to go elswhere.

Location will charge you even if you were physically at the location to cancell, I booked a reservation for my father in law and my mother and they had to cancel the reservation in front of the due to not having a parking spot, the specified having free parking but they had none, and just suggested to go to a parking lot 3 block away, that is a serious inconvenience due to the insecurity in the area, my family went to another hotel but I still got charged even when they requested to cancel this, is this is some sort of scam from this place they will be in serious problems

Muy tranquilo , súper céntrico , el personal siempre amable, habitaciones limpias y cómodas . Me volvería a quedar aquí

Buena opción, sin embargo, al ser zona céntrica hay constante movimiento (ruido) y la cama la primera noche estaba sin sacudir.

Muy descuidado, no había tapa en la coladera del baño, el cuarto polvoso, había telarañas y la televisión no funcionaba.

El hotel esta muy bonito, limpio y en una ubicación exelente. El personal es muy amable y ayudan en todo, a mi me ayudaron con un taxi seguro para el aeropuerto a las 5:00 am. Creo que por el precio está perfecto y aunque hay algunas cosas que pueden mejorar, en general me gustó mucho.

The hotel had several issues; shower head only pour water from 3 holes which meant water was disperse. I wanted to take a shower but did not want to wet my hair and it was impossible. I asked staff for soap as I was given only 1 bar to wash my hands and take a shower. I was given 1 sheet and the coverlet which was not clean. The pillows had no support and was dirty. The night gentleman was helpful and nice. The young lady in the morning informed that she had to ask her boss if I could have to bars of soap. I chose not to have the room clean because it was pointless. The hotel is in a central location. I would not stay there again.

El Nito borders on being charming but it's fairly basic. The key to my room didn't work without a lot of finesse but it was replaced 5 days into my 7 day visit. Wi-fi is spotty. No extras except for a condiment package-sized shampoo and thin bar of soap. Nothing else. No cup. No hair dryer. No AC but decent fan. Room gets cleaned everyday whether you want it or not (have to take out the bathroom trash). Best parts: Alex, the staff member, who assisted me and my party and it was really nice that he spoke English. Other staff are just "ok." Bed is decent. Room is exceptionally clean. Could be improved: info about neighborhood surroundings (where get $ changed, where to eat breakfast, etc.); a *little* extra amenities. Even the shared large bottled water where you can fill up for the day was empty and the answer was "the guy is late." I got the feeling that they don't really care one way or the other. Like the key to the room ("guy was supposed to fix it but he didn't come"). The best way I can describe the hotel is that it's probably perfect for young travelers who don't mind street noise or care about extra amenities.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Sehr empfehlenswert, insbesondere für den Preis.

Room 10 too noisy- the bar next door you can hear music all night long ☹️

there is a bar directly next door that blasts music until morning making it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep…but the hotel itself is cute and nice. Good staff

El hotel está bien en general, habitaciones limpias, aunque le falta mucho mantenimiento a los baños, poca presión de agua, tanto en WC como en regaderas, no salía agua fría, solo caliente, difícil bañarse así, había que esperar hasta que hubiera presión de agua fría. El personal muy amable y buen trato.

Positives: It was very clean. Location was great because it was very walkable. Staff was very nice. Negatives: Toilet did not flush properly throughout our stay. Shower water was incredibly hot - it burned and the cold water didn't come out. There's a bar next door with really loud music... highly recommend ear plugs.

It was over 90° inside of the oven or shall I say the room with no windows one little fan. This can be dangerous for somebody with high blood pressure and we had someone in my party that suffers from it, we opted to leave, even though they wouldn’t give us a refund. When I told the lady that it was super hot in the rooms, she replied she was also hot. No wonder I didn’t see anyone else staying there. Very poor place don’t stay.

Las habitaciones son excesivamente pequeñas, el cuarto que nos asignaron no tenía ventilación, el baño se tapo y el vapor que salía del baño después de bañarse, convertía el cuarto en un auténtico sauna. Tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiarqn a otro cuarto y este estaba mejor y contaba con ventilación. Otro tema son los colchones, están ya muy mal y amanece uno con dolor de espalda. Lo que rescata este espacio es la atención de las señoritas que están ahí. Siempre serviciales y con una sonrisa 😀

No sé porque no sale sufiente agua fria... es muy incomodo bañarse con el agua muy calinte

No windows, no air flow. Old building, bunker like. Only windows on the door. No air conditioner. One noisy fan. The rest is cool.

El servicio es bueno, dan un trato muy amable

Muy Buena Ubicacion, las instalaciones muy bien comparada valor-precio, solo recomendaria mas cortesia de la persona en vespertino, la mucama excelente servicio.

El hotel súper bien ubicado en el centro, caminando llegamos al zócalo y los mercados, muy seguro y no tuvimos ningún problema, nos permitieron dejar las maletas en resguardo antes del check in

Me exigían pago extra a la reservación de Expedia al momento de entregar la habitación, hostigamiento y amenazas de recargos. No había luz en el baño y no nos dieron toallas para la cantidad de personas que reserve, cero recomendable.

J’ai apprécié mon séjour à cet hôtel. Puisque c’est au centre ça peut être bruyant mais l’hôtel est propre et près des services auxquels souhaitent accéder les touristes. Le personnel est disponible et chaleureux.

El personal fue amable. La habitación es muy básica, solo llegamos a dormir. La cama es matrimonial. La ubicación es excelente, a unas cuadras de catedral y el zócalo.

Ubicación it’s excellent. It’s not much the hotel can do about be between two bars and it’s noisy at nights.

Tuve una estancia excelente , el hotel esta localizado muy cerca de todo, tanto del Zocalo , la iglesia de Santo Domingo , el Andador Tristico , El llano , y los mercados principales , y es un lugar muy seguro, las personas q atienden tienen muy buen servicio al cliente, y te ayudan a soluciar cualquier improvisto q pudieras tener.

del hotel no hay queja. Las habitaciones estan muy limpias y son acogedoras. Lo unico malo son los bares de al lado que generan mucho ruido.
