La alberca sucia y el desayuno de cortesía da mucho que desear.

The room was outdated with old carpeting that had a foul odor. I did appreciate the full-size refrigerator. The door key often required reactivation as it often did not work. The breakfast was very limited and did not include eggs, which was disappointing. No orange juice. Not very kid friendly. The pool was essentially out of commission as it was very dirty with green algae and we were not able to use it at all. It is very dark at night, but I feel very safe coming in and out of the hotel. Multiple times times there were large, semi trucks parked right in front of our entryway, which was difficult to get in. On my first day I had a very difficult time getting the luggage through as there was a huge truck parked right in the walkway. Overall, my rating is very poor to the above concerns that were addressed, but some obviously were not resolved. I think the worst comment was regarding the breakfast very disappointing and the pool that was not available which are two major reasons why I chose this hotel, especially since it was in the downtown area and very convenient to transportation and multiple convenience stores, including Oxxo and Soriano

Muy tranquilo cercas del centro tiendas y bares lo único fue la alberca algo sucia el agua lo demás excelente

Very nice overall impression of place. Our room was nothing special, but the staff was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast had some nice surprises, like peppers and zucchini. The best feature was the pool. It was lovely and heated and there were lounge chairs nearby.

Recientemente tuve el placer de hospedarme en este hotel, y debo decir que mi experiencia fue excepcional. Desde el momento en que entré al lobby, me impresionó la elegancia y la atención al detalle que se refleja en cada rincón del hotel. Los pasillos y las habitaciones están impecablemente limpios y ordenados, lo que garantiza un ambiente relajante y acogedor. El personal del hotel es verdaderamente atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a asegurarse de que mi estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, ya que se encuentra en el corazón de la zona centro, lo que facilita el acceso a lugares importantes y puntos de interés. Mi única observación es que, durante esta época del año, el agua de la piscina estaba un poco fría. Sin embargo, esto no fue un inconveniente significativo para mí, y no afectó negativamente mi experiencia en general.

The hotel fell short of my expectations. It differed from the images. The door lacked security, there were cracks in the walls, and an unpleasant smell was present.

En general fue un lugar deficiente, un olor de humedad, mal cuidado ademas de no mantener el precio que se habia obtenido de la aplicación haciendo que se pagara un extra

Esta decaido el hotel. Hay hongos en las paredes del baño. Paredes descarapelandose.

Found a cockroach in my room along with many flies around the sink and room. Towels were very old and coming apart. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Primero me dieron una habitación sucia y con el baño en muy mal estado, nos dieron toallas viejas, rotas y con pelos, no cambiaron de habiatacion al siguiente día y no salia agua caliente, el WC no funcionaba correctamente.

Property was pretty run down. Rooms were not too clean and outdated. Door on the room did not seem very safe. The staff was mostly nice but some of them were too focused on their phone.

Las personas que atienden muy amables y todo bien Sólo que el hotel está en malas condiciones o bueno algunas habitaciones tienen humedad y les falta mejorar la parte de los desayunos Cabe recalcar que en la habitación 203 me picaron en todo el cuerpo chínches

No hot water and the internet is a joke. The floors look like they was never swept and the towels are as thin as the sheets. Horrible

La ventana de la habitación estaba demasiado pequeña y eso no es conveniente para personas con claustrofobia

Unfortunately this place it’s not what it seems online. This place needs to be updated. Everything looks old in the inside. The carpet it’s smelly and makes the whole place smell pretty bad. I suffer from allergies, due to the smell I had a hard time breathing. It’s missing a lot of essentials like, mirrors, trash cans, iron, iron board. The only good thing about this place is that is in downtown and everything is walking distance other than that I am pretty disappointed. This is my first and last time staying in this place.

El hotel estaba muy maltratado , la puerta tenía un golpe y no cerró del todo bien

Excelte, un lugar muy apacible y confrtable. Definitivamento volveria a quedarme. Muy amplio para familias.

El servicio de recepción fue muy cordial y amable el buffet de desayuno estaba muy limpio y rico. La suite familiar es muy amplia para dos familias pero definitivamente, es una habitación muy usada, los abanicos estaban en pésimas condiciones hacían ruido durante la noche y no funcionaban todos los focos de los abanicos.

Las chapas de las puertas del baño no cierran y las camas son muy incómodas

Mejorar el aspecto de las habitaciones, estan muy descuidadas y viejas, todo se escucha y el desayuno que está incluido es muy escueto

Bad experience at the hotel, what the description says is a lie, there was no water to bathe, there were no towels for 3 people, the only good thing was the staff was friendly, I do not recommend it in summer

The hotel is ok , well located , very close to shops , restaurants, the main plaza and the Constitution corridor, a nice complimentary free breakfast , the staff at the restaurant are very nice and helpful , the free parking is also good, my room didn't have a complimentary water bottles , or toiletries or toilet paper , I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and I really didn't like at check out time the front desk staff sent the housekeeper to check my room for anything missing , like if I was going to take the raged towels or something as a souvenir , I have stayed at many really good hotels in US and Mexico and never had this inconvenience before, this one that doesn't compare at all , they made me feel like if I was a crook or something , very tasteless from the management part

Lo único que me gustó fue el desayuno, mi habitación mal, sin aire a pesar que lo reporte, limpieza mal, tenía que andar pidiendo de favor que me limpiaran la habitación a pesar de lo malo volveré por la ubicación solo por eso.

No había agua caliente en la regadera. El personal no saluda, solamente los de recepción. El aire acondicionado hacia ruido y no enfriaba bien. El desayuno se sirvió tarde.

Muy céntrica y muy bien

Location was ok, but still noisy until very late.

Muy céntrico, limpio, excelente atención. Muy grande el estacionamiento, muy recomendable el hotel. El precio me parece muy bueno para el hotel. Mi recomendación para el desayuno de cortesía que ofrecen, sería que tal vez únicamente se ofrecieran café y jugos naturales, y los alimentos a la carta. Entendemos que no es posible poner mucha comida en el buffet, pero hay húespedes que prácticamente acaparan todo, por eso creo que los alimentos deben tener un costo.

Location was great as it was walking distance to everything we wanted to see downtown. However, the hotel was older. My room had broken lamps, non-working bulbs, and free breakfast was very limited.

Cons: Heating was not working, the room was cold all the time. Blinders and curtains in bad state. Not enough toiletries for the number of guests. Pros: Location, walking distance from main square, restaurants and museums. Free parking on site.

Sería bueno un banco para poner la maleta y abrirla en alto. Más sillas en el cuarto. Por lo demás, muy cómodo y céntrico. Con gusto regresaría a este lugar.

I liked the location.

The service was ok, but there multiple times I had no hot water and had to call front desk. But the location was great as is by downtown. Other than that I wouldn't stay here again.

Lo unico q no nos gusta, es el desayuno.,, se termina algo y ya no quieren abastecer los alimentos. Si solitas huevos, te dicen q solo a la carta, tienes q pedir en la cocina. No estan al pendiente de lo q hace falta. Las chic@s de reception muy amables y las instalaciones bien. A excepción del servicio de restaurante… solo chilaquiles, calabacita y frijoles, estuvimos 4 noches , es la segunda ocasion, nos gusta mucho su ubicación

Todo bien, menos el desayuno

No había agua caliente en la regadera. El personal no saluda, solamente los de recepción. El aire acondicionado hacia ruido y no enfriaba bien. El desayuno se sirvió tarde.

A pesar de ser un hotel viejo está bien. Sin embargo el desayuno que se ofrece gratis no es del todo bueno.

Me gusto el hospedaje, el desayuno buffet muy limitado, hasta q ven ya no hay comida vuelven hacer… tal vez pa evitar desperdicio😔
